Greyhound: Bus Station: what do users think?
Dana Murray: The Greyhound bus is the absolute worst way to travel. However, the Bus Station is in the Amtrak Station, which is OK.TAKE THE TRAIN INSTEAD!
Melanie Murray: The lady who helped me was super nice and helpful. Great staff.
Random Human: Clean with friendly staff and the bus came on time what more do you want...
Kristy mc: The Ann Arbor bus and Amtrak station is phenomenal love it
Vivek Rai: Bus station is reasonably maintained. Does not feel unsafe. The bus I traveled with came about 2.5 hours late but I feel that was because of weekend rush or other issues. Overall, there weren't any problems apart from delay.
Anna Ronen: GREYHOUND NO LONGER USABLE. Greyhound has been bought and that apparently means they’re done being a remotely reliable service. They provided no notice that the bus had been cancelled, in fact the Greyhound hotline didn’t even know it had been, you have to call the origin station to get the information. The A2 Amtrak station says that they cannot do anything Greyhound while they greyhound hotline says everything has to be done in person. Customer service knows nothing and can do nothing. Greyhound is apparently done, don’t rely on using them
Yousef Rizkallah: 2hours late
Anatoliy Shuba: Amtrack shares their small and nice rail way station with the Greyhound
Victoria Burnie: Weird that the bus doesn't come until midnight yet the station closes at 11 pm. Luckily, that night the train was late and the station manager who had to wait for the train (very nicely) did not toss me or the other woman waiting for the bus out into the frigid cold weather at precisely 11 pm. I'm glad that there are still good-hearted people in this world. 👍
Elizabeth Chamberlain: Gets me to my family
Daveed Binne: A lot better than others. In compare to other stations... cleaner.
Toriiee Vee: Easy parking and nice staff
Kimberly Walker: The lobby and restroom were clean and recently updated. Plenty of charging outlets. The two gentleman working the desk were friendly and professional and helpful. They clearly and honestly communicated schedules and all information in a way we all understood. These guys should write the book on how to train Greyhound employees! Great customer service and housekeeping!
Nabanita Saha: Clean. Pandemic rules are followed. Staffs are friendly.
Veronica Bullard: This is extreme. No bus routes available for September 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th 2021. This is for the route from Ann Arbor to Lansing. Is this to be expected from greyhound? Is this how they conduct their business? I prefer to take my business elsewhere.
Edison Zhu: Needs a tad more staff
Husam Hammadi: Bus never showed up, waited 5 hours
Ms Johnson: It closes to early....
Kassandra fowlkes: Very clean, quiet, the gentleman that worked there was very helpful. Clean restrooms. The vending machines are a tad expensive. $2 for a bottle of water and $1.75 for snacks can be expensive if you have more than one child. It is wise to bring snacks beforehand. Save some money
Noah Taplin: Customer service with this company is a joke.

Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority/TheRide: what do users think?
Thomas Baker: Everyone was so helpful and friendly to acquire my ADA bus pass!
Chance Springer: Clean busses my fav is Nova Bus
Mark Erichson: Well, it's a small office to which you have to go to do boring tasks. But it was clean, there was seating, the process (getting a bus pass) was straightforward and pretty quick, and the staffer was very pleasant. Not exactly a place I'd take out-of-town guests to, but not a place I'd dread revisiting, either.
kai peter stabell: 31 oh 31 - what is really the value in any schedule?
Julia Norton: Mostly crowded buses but the drivers are friendly and very helpful I love the transit will continue to use the bus for my travel needs with 3.00 a day it's a lot cheaper and safer than driving yourself so thanks Ann arbor transit authority
Nishant Jain: On time and clean
Billy Williams: Clean on time changing ports behind various seats informative drivers cost effective
Steve Polykernopolis: Van 942 trying to drag race cars down huron st in ann arbor 1-7-23 going 45mph in a 25 mph zone
Katherine Read: Timely reliable convenient
Ayodeji Arojo: Well organized system.
sujana ranjit: Best service in Ann Arbor for those who doesn't drive.
Mamie Rudd: Love the bus service in Ypsilanti! Buses are clean and drivers are kind.
Kyle Newmeyer: Got my senior citizen pass for free bus rides all over Ann Arbor
Hannah J: 👍Great
Jessica Remmert: Very helpful and courteous front staff and drivers.
Victoria Poole: AWESOME JOB!!!! I respect each and every one of you Wonderful Drivers!
Bruce C: The fat driver on the 46 doesn't believe in stopping for passengers. I know times are tough but you need to vet your drivers for at least bare minimum standards.Almost ran over by 44 bus at 5:14 Sept 2. You were almost sued! If I would have been hit you would be out a few million easy. Two witnesses.
Eric Langewicz: I'd give my experience today 0 stars if I could. Bus routes, printed and live updated, failed to reflect reality all day. Bus driver missed a turn on the 5 today and wasted more time. She didn't even go the right way after the fact. I had to walk miles in 90 degree heat because of you guys.
Hollyrock90: I came here specifically to buy a fare deal card and a new bus pass, and where others would've let me span spend an arm and a leg on my bus pass the receptionist let me know that the price on the bus passes go down on Sunday August 28th. She was very professional and I truly appreciate that. This company is 5 stars all the way in my book
Aron Charles: Poor customer service. I feel bad everyday that I give aata my money, even if it's just a dollar. Majority of the drivers are rude, the busses does not match the time that the aata app provided nor the booklet that tell you what time the bus arrives. To top it all off the drivers will leave you no matter what. Even if you flag them down. They will act as if the do not see you. If I could leave a no star review I definitely would.
Bruce Popejoy: A group of friends and I took the bus downtown to the Ann Arbor Art Fair as it was cheaper than trying to find parking in that area. Both drivers were courteous, good at their job, but I don't understand why we stopped in both directions at bus stops and didn't pick anybody up but sat there at least 5 minutes.

Michigan Flyer/Air Ride: what do users think?
Sophie Grillet: Great service!Would be terrific if there were signs in the airport telling you where to find the bus
Jeffrey Basch: This an AWESOME service. So much more convenient and less stressful than driving, taxi, or uber. And with $12-$15 tickets and only $2 per day to park right next to the station, the price cannot be beat. Outlets, bathroom, reclining seats, and wifi on board. Friendly and helpful drive was pure bonus.
Austin Campbell: Wonderful service that I have used for years to get between Ann Arbor and DTW. If you have any problems with your travel, just give them a call. Their customer service has always been top notch, and in my experience they are always very willing to accommodate your needs.
Susan Way: Clean, safe, easy to use, reasonably priced transportation option between Ann Arbor and DTW. I can only give 4 stars instead of 5 because of the limited schedule: when I take the bus, I often have to kill several hours at the airport, and the last daily bus from the airport is quite early in the evening, which limits flight choices and can be a nail-biter in the event of flight delays. Parking options are also nice, but could be improved by being able to park longer than the current max 14 days.
Paul F: Jeff the driver went above and beyond this morning. I had a ticket for the future that I was unable to change online. He efficiently identified how to get me on the partially full bus and personally called the company to make it happen. He also accommodated another traveller with a same day ticket change. Despite all of these additional stresses, he was a calm and focused driver.
Noel Sibley: Very convenient, comfortable transportation to airport at a reasonable price. We have used Michigan Flyer many times without any issues. Will definitely continue to use this service.
Mark Miller: Comfortable, expensive transportation. I want able to use their wifi.
Darthenia Chambers: Love the ease and comfort
Diane Hurley: Fantastic ride service from East Lansing to Detroit airport. Bus pulls up to Marriott. There is car parking on 7th level, if you need to leave your car. Economical price!! Bus shuttles to Brighton then to Ann Arbor. Like riding on a cloud. Comfy & roomy!! Wi-fi available. Love Huge windows! Can get great pics!
Kendall Phone: I've had consistently great experience pre and post COVID. Humane, sensible and great quality service.
Tom Kirkconnell: Why drive, or drive& Park to Metro. A safe, pleasant,& cheap alternative. Bus drivers, great
Brock Parker: Easy peasy
Samuel Stentz: Very clean bus with consistent travel, good wifi, charging ports, etc. No bottled water due to covid.
Rachel Doane: I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the Michigan flyer! Highly recommend.
Susan Hsu: Very prompt and on time. Driver's are very efficient. Bus is clean and air conditioning is great.
Heather Skiles: When i was there this pulled up and you couldnt slap the smile off my face its first class
Margaret Chaaban: My sister in law took the bus today to Brighton and she had a driver by the name of chris who was extremely kind and helpful to her. I wanted to thank him and your service as she uses it often and has always had nice experiences.
James Lee: Super fast reliable transpiration bus. I don’t like taking greyhound or megabus but Michigan is so lucky to have such a quick and affordable bus to the airport!
Ken Fox: Hands down the best way to get to the airport from Ann Arbor. Faster and easier than driving. Much much much cheaper than parking.
Bonnie: Always on time and great service. I love to use the ride to avoid parking at the airport. Even my family from out of town use it!
sweetlemon1979: Thank you Rachel for changing my bus reservation after my flight got cancelled.

Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority - Blake Transit Center: what do users think?
L.M.: It's nice that there's an inside place where you can wait for the bus + an information desk. Indian Trail buses are hard to find though. I've learned that they park right across from the entrance at S 4th Ave (and yes, there is no sign or something alike on the street telling you this lol). however, the bus drivers usually also enter the Transit Center and tell people that they have arrived, so I guess you would be fine to wait for them inside.
Camila Burky: Lugar calentito para esperar el bus
Cyle Lowe: Good spot there's buses that also go to Detroit Romulus Lansing Brighton Ypsilanti to
ALAN TAYLOR: Staff is very friendly and welcoming security guards there seem very friendly knowledgeable and helpful
Jordan Murdock: AATA staff are the best! The amount of bologna they put up with from disorderly members of the public, and still do their jobs professionally, it’s amazing!
T J: Great transportation services
Eric Stewart: Don't rely on them to hold a job because you're in for a lot of problems with attendance and tardiness. You'll LOSE your job. Oh, it's reliable when school is in session but, as soon as the students leave for the summer, everything goes nuts. Once they're back everything will be fine so if you only work from September through August then you are fine. It's as if the people that make Ann Arbor actually run simply don't matter.
John Smith: During the week bus service is top-notch, when it's a weekend it's not good
Ian “EmeansEmissary” Gearhart: Bus drivers are for the most part helpful
Alice Fox: I have never felt more disrespected in my life than the drivers of these buses treat me. I feel bullied from almost all driver just because i look low income. Like tonight the 32 bus driver lectured me about my face mask when there was nothing wrong with it, and told me to pull my cart in when this new bus has no room for strollers or carts. Even my dog gets criticesed from all drivers and ive had to show my card on several occasions.
Some dude: The #4 to Ann Arbor is always late or doesn't even show up at all during scheduled time. I get up early to make it to an earlier scheduled bus to try to avoid this, only to have it not show up during that time. Drivers pull over to check their phones all the time causing me to be late. Drivers on this route slam breaks and suddenly accelerate while you are walking to a seat on the bus, causing people to trip or walk into things. Once I saw a driver pull up to a stop, open and close the door in front of a person waiting to get on and drive off. The fact that these guys are now charging again is laughable.
Dana Murray: AATA bus drivers used to be so much better to patrons. The bus drivers used to be somewhat courteous. But now they only respect you if you're either a college student, an elderly White person, or Asian. AATA has grown over the years and serve a larger area of Ypsilanti than it used to. However, the level of customer service has obviously declined a whole lot in recent years.I think they've resorted to hiring bus drivers who've escaped from the D-DOT and SMART bus system. This Is Ann Arbor, Not Detroit. And they need to recognize that
Dora Diaspora: Get anywhere without a car!
Yin Yin Chen: Clean and easy to get to the bus stop that will take me from Ann arbor to dtw airport.
Lena Reeves: They lock the handicap restroom after banking hours. Even when it's open, you still have to travel back and forth across the building just to get them to buzz the door so you can enter the restroom. Another example of how wheelchair users are treated as nuisances in most public places.
Sherry Veal: Bus ride was fun with my great grand son but the roads still need work, as usual....
Alexander Harmata: Most drivers are nice and the frequency of buses is good. Bus ride to DTW is pretty affordable (12 dollars if arranged in advance). Decent number of people around the transit center at all times either waiting for a bus or just hanging out. The inside and outside of the transit center seem clean and safe.
Suzette Hammond: Clean bus
D C: Alot of rude drivers.
Danielle Wheeler: Newer drivers( weekend, evening) aren't very nice however; the punctuality of the buses seems to be improving.
Ryan Stewart: Most of the bus drivers are very unprofessional and dont obey basic traffic safety.

Ann Arbor Amtrak Train Station: what do users think?
Doreen Zappia: Clean station and restrooms with helpful employees to guide you. Plenty of free parking available on the other side of the tracks. I have never had an issue leaving my car there
Paula Sizemore: Haven't been on the train in decades. A2 station is small, clean, with siper helpful staff. Nice trip. The seats (coach) are still uncomfortable if you're not used to sitting rigidly straight. Neck pillows help. I enjoyed the trip, and will be choosing Amtrak train over plane for my short trips from now on.
Collier Collier: Always excellent! Love how people in this community know how to use the train!
Patricia L.: Restrooms not serviced. Disinterested customer service staff and little customer service engagement.
Dana Murray: The absolute best way to travel.
James Danford: The train station is super nice but early day may make traffic a pain took 17 minuets for an opening. Otherwise nice experience.
Cyle Lowe: Good spot to go to Dearborn transit center the Amtrak train station in Dearborn on Michigan Avenue
Benjimin Green: A fun and pleasant train ride experience! I would do it again.
Kal Edmondson: Clean bathroom, cool staff. Its always a joy to pee at this place before or after my journeys
Tejas Desai: Directions should say to take the exit to go to the bottom of the bridge for the station.
Svetomir Maksimovic: The Girl there really love her job and give great service
Thomas: Nice waiting area!
Mohammed Aqeel: Well organised
Michael Sherman: No train status updates
Eva Milstein-Touesnard: Pretty clean!
Anatoliy Shuba: Small and nice station
Zain Hameed: Clean, reliable station for trains and greyhounds. Parking lot makes Uber/Lyft convenient. Pre-covid expect delays, but during COVID my experience is that my trips have always been on time
Paul Bodziony: Best Travel experience nicest person working the counter
Mike Siu: Good service
Gary Sieloff: Very informative
Jane Haun: Pleasant and helpful service
