Edwin Grillot: This was an incredible experience among a super stressful time in my life. Jay showed up at the nursing home the exact minute they told me they’d be there, professional, friendly, and helpful. He gently and respectfully got my mother and her gear along with mine( I rode along at no charge) into their sanitized and comfortable air ride van and away we went.Jay was extremely friendly and professional and set off on our 7 hr trip from central Ohio to northern Michigan. The entire trip our wishes came first, rest breaks etc.Alie set everything up so simple that I was waiting for it to backfire but to my relief nothing went wrong.Alie and jay are the real deal, family folks, very patriotic, and living the American dream and doing a great service while charging an extremely fair price compare to others I contacted. Jay took me to my place after delivering my mother and you can really tell they love what they do,,,helping people.I highly recommend Med-Sync to anyone needing non emergency state to state long distance medical transportation and I’m convinced no matter what you need they will rise to the occasion.I feel I’ve made friends with them and am proud to recommend their services.
Sarah Swanson: Wow!! This long distance transport company is amazing!!! I hired Med Sync to transport my mom who needed specialty equipment to transfer her from michigan that no one else did. They transferred her out of state about 800 miles away and they performed way beyond than any other company I called. I could tell that Medsync was the right company. The dispatcher was really informative, helpful, provided me with resources advice and so much more… I must have called 10 times because I was so nervous about my mom. The driver and assistant who we hired were very attentive, compassionate, and went above and beyond to making sure my loved one was comfortable in every way possible.Thank you so much for what you have done.I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for long distance transfer. Jessica Stauffer: With only about 40 hours to figure out how to get my loved one who was recently hospitalized and wheelchair-bound from the hospital to the airport so she could get to her out-of-state home, I found MedSync through Googling. I reached out and the gals (I called a few times) I talked to were incredibly friendly and helpful! I asked all sorts of questions never having done something like this and they had the answers and were patient with me. I was also worried because all of this was happening on a Friday afternoon and I needed the transportation Sunday. I asked when they closed and the gal on the phone reassured me that they were basically 24 hours and to not worry. We got it scheduled. Jay showed up about 10 minutes early and my loved one was treated like she was a VIP. The service, professionalism, vehicle, everything was excellent! I was able to ride along to the airport and Jay did a fantastic job treating her with kindness and respect. Jay also said he would hang nearby the airport to make sure we were able to get to our gate and on the plane alright as you never know what could happen in these situations. I am so grateful for this group of amazing people and I am going to sing their praises (and certainly work with them again if the need presents itself)!!!

Ronald Oblander: I've used MedSync a few times and they have always been great. They go out of their way. For instance during my most recent trip I somehow dropped my cell phone and they were so good that they retraced my steps in hopes of finding it. And on the same day, I had a snafu with a friend picking me up after surgery, and they sent someone out specially to pick me up. And they drove me to a pharmacy and paid for a medication, because I didn't have my wallet (one of the rules of the surgery was leave all that stuff at home)

Kate S: I am wheelchair bound, was discharged from University of Michigan Hospital who hired two separate transport companies that showed up to my room. Needless to say, u of m didn’t have me ready, so both transport companies Neglected to transport me. Then, comes along MedSync, who were just: absolutely delightful, understanding of my whole situation, were paitent during the TWO HOUR WAIT because nurses still did not have me ready to go and out of bed. During the trip, I got very very ill and MedSync went above and beyond to help alleviate my situation, which took and extra 2 hours to deal with. They were properly equipped and trained to deal with my situation, ride was awesome, and the service was more than I ever expected to receive compared to the other local company’s in town which are absolute trash. Trevor Heisler: If I cited give 0 stars I would horrible service today is the third time the have messed up appointments for my mom who is wheel bound . First time they didnt even show up or call m second time they were over an hour late third time they didnt show and today they were over an hour late and by the time we got to the doctors office the doctor had already left so not only wasted everyone's time but everyone money they are totally incompetent and very inconsiderate to be operating as a business especially transporting people with health issues .

Bert Shimabukuro: My father is currently recovering from a painful ankle surgery and needs to be transferred to appointments from his rehab center. The slightest bump to his foot sends him into stabbing pain. All of the drivers have been very careful in handling him and driving carefully to avoid sudden movement. Highly recommended for sensitive patients.

David Douthat: We have used Care Transport many times to take my mother to her eye injection appointments. She is in a wheelchair and on continuous oxygen. The transport vans are well equipped and the drivers are knowledgeable, friendly and very courteous. When we contact the company to schedule pick ups the phone staff is great. We highly recommend their services and will continue to use them in the future.

Cami Prater: The price gouging is insane. Most of the individuals using their services are handicapped but in a matter of 6 months prices are increasing over $100 per ride. Drivers are hit or miss with professionalism. Scheduling can also be hit or miss. Make sure you verify your rides or you may not even be on the schedule and miss your appointments!

I Kadria Portuesi: I was diaresied during the day & on the way back from the hospital to the rehab center needed to stop where there wasn't easy access to a restroom. I was in a wheelchair and when we stopped at a gas station the restroom wasn't viable. He drove me to a RiteAid due to urgency. We handled the situation with the help of a couple of RiteAid employees. My driver's name is Fathi whose English isn't that well but he handled my situation brilliantly. Thank you.
Sharron Russell: I had to go from south of Belleville to St. Joseph Hospital in Brighton for surgery and used your service. I am writing to say the service was great. The driver was at my house at the designated pickup time and dropped off me and my daughter at the hospital with time to spare so we did not have to rush to get me to the designated surgery area without having to rush. After the surgery when it was time to go home my daughter called the number and by the time the nurse had brought me to the front entrance the driver was there waiting for us for the return trip which also went perfect. I will use this service again and would recommend it to my family and friends. Great Job Care Transport keep up the good work!
I Swan: The driver arrived early and seemed very impatient with everyone. Then didn’t wear a mask in the van. After our doctor visit, it has so far been 40 minutes since I called to say we were done. No one is here yet. We have used them before and often have a 45 minute wait or so. The hospital entry cleared out with people leaving with peoples express and other transport agencies at least 4 times over so far today. Only we are left here like fixtures.

Peggy: The driver came unprepared to get my husband in the house. He was rude and tried to blame me because he didn't know what to do. My husband sat in my garage for an hour before he got help and put him in the house. Then his partner said we can't put him in his wheelchair you have to. This is my second and last time they will be allowed to transport my husband. I wouldn't let them to transport my dog.

Marsha Corey: When I required daily medical treatment for over six weeks Care Transport provided excellent service. The office people were very helpful in assisting me to get financial aid. The dispatchers were reliable and accommodating when my schedule fluctuated. But mostly, the drivers were all ( I had 7 different drivers overall ) kind, respectful, and very caring. They made a painful and difficult time in my life easier.

Bruce C: The fat driver on the 46 doesn't believe in stopping for passengers. I know times are tough but you need to vet your drivers for at least bare minimum standards.Almost ran over by 44 bus at 5:14 Sept 2. You were almost sued! If I would have been hit you would be out a few million easy. Two witnesses.
Eric Langewicz: I'd give my experience today 0 stars if I could. Bus routes, printed and live updated, failed to reflect reality all day. Bus driver missed a turn on the 5 today and wasted more time. She didn't even go the right way after the fact. I had to walk miles in 90 degree heat because of you guys.
Hollyrock90: I came here specifically to buy a fare deal card and a new bus pass, and where others would've let me span spend an arm and a leg on my bus pass the receptionist let me know that the price on the bus passes go down on Sunday August 28th. She was very professional and I truly appreciate that. This company is 5 stars all the way in my book
Aron Charles: Poor customer service. I feel bad everyday that I give aata my money, even if it's just a dollar. Majority of the drivers are rude, the busses does not match the time that the aata app provided nor the booklet that tell you what time the bus arrives. To top it all off the drivers will leave you no matter what. Even if you flag them down. They will act as if the do not see you. If I could leave a no star review I definitely would.
Bruce Popejoy: A group of friends and I took the bus downtown to the Ann Arbor Art Fair as it was cheaper than trying to find parking in that area. Both drivers were courteous, good at their job, but I don't understand why we stopped in both directions at bus stops and didn't pick anybody up but sat there at least 5 minutes.

They always treated my 92-year-old mother with dignity and respect when transporting her in her wheelchair to dialysis for about 3 months. With rehab, she is now able to get into our car. They really helped her and our family through a very difficult time when she became wheelchair-bound after several falls. The drivers were usually very prompt and always reliable. We knew our mother was in good hands. They often took extra steps to make sure she was comfortable during her ride like putting a blanket on her, driving carefully over bumps to make the ride smoother for her., and trying to cheer her up when she was having a bad day. We are very grateful for LA Medical Transportation for all their great service and support. If we need wheelchair rides in the future, we will not hesitate to call on them again!
