carl wayzata: Fantastic taxi service, our driver Brahim gave us a great tour of the university of Michigan for my return visit since my graduation in the 70s. The town has changed so much but the friendly and hardworking taxi drivers are still around. They also took us from and to Detroit airport were never late one time, the price we paid was reasonable and we will use Ann Abor Taxi & Airport Cars again.

Aron Charles: Poor customer service. I feel bad everyday that I give aata my money, even if it's just a dollar. Majority of the drivers are rude, the busses does not match the time that the aata app provided nor the booklet that tell you what time the bus arrives. To top it all off the drivers will leave you no matter what. Even if you flag them down. They will act as if the do not see you. If I could leave a no star review I definitely would.
Bruce Popejoy: A group of friends and I took the bus downtown to the Ann Arbor Art Fair as it was cheaper than trying to find parking in that area. Both drivers were courteous, good at their job, but I don't understand why we stopped in both directions at bus stops and didn't pick anybody up but sat there at least 5 minutes.

L.M.: It's nice that there's an inside place where you can wait for the bus + an information desk. Indian Trail buses are hard to find though. I've learned that they park right across from the entrance at S 4th Ave (and yes, there is no sign or something alike on the street telling you this lol). however, the bus drivers usually also enter the Transit Center and tell people that they have arrived, so I guess you would be fine to wait for them inside.

Eric Stewart: Don't rely on them to hold a job because you're in for a lot of problems with attendance and tardiness. You'll LOSE your job. Oh, it's reliable when school is in session but, as soon as the students leave for the summer, everything goes nuts. Once they're back everything will be fine so if you only work from September through August then you are fine. It's as if the people that make Ann Arbor actually run simply don't matter.

Alice Fox: I have never felt more disrespected in my life than the drivers of these buses treat me. I feel bullied from almost all driver just because i look low income. Like tonight the 32 bus driver lectured me about my face mask when there was nothing wrong with it, and told me to pull my cart in when this new bus has no room for strollers or carts. Even my dog gets criticesed from all drivers and ive had to show my card on several occasions.
Some dude: The #4 to Ann Arbor is always late or doesn't even show up at all during scheduled time. I get up early to make it to an earlier scheduled bus to try to avoid this, only to have it not show up during that time. Drivers pull over to check their phones all the time causing me to be late. Drivers on this route slam breaks and suddenly accelerate while you are walking to a seat on the bus, causing people to trip or walk into things. Once I saw a driver pull up to a stop, open and close the door in front of a person waiting to get on and drive off. The fact that these guys are now charging again is laughable.
Dana Murray: AATA bus drivers used to be so much better to patrons. The bus drivers used to be somewhat courteous. But now they only respect you if you're either a college student, an elderly White person, or Asian. AATA has grown over the years and serve a larger area of Ypsilanti than it used to. However, the level of customer service has obviously declined a whole lot in recent years.I think they've resorted to hiring bus drivers who've escaped from the D-DOT and SMART bus system. This Is Ann Arbor, Not Detroit. And they need to recognize that

David Douthat: We have used Care Transport many times to take my mother to her eye injection appointments. She is in a wheelchair and on continuous oxygen. The transport vans are well equipped and the drivers are knowledgeable, friendly and very courteous. When we contact the company to schedule pick ups the phone staff is great. We highly recommend their services and will continue to use them in the future.

Cami Prater: The price gouging is insane. Most of the individuals using their services are handicapped but in a matter of 6 months prices are increasing over $100 per ride. Drivers are hit or miss with professionalism. Scheduling can also be hit or miss. Make sure you verify your rides or you may not even be on the schedule and miss your appointments!

I Kadria Portuesi: I was diaresied during the day & on the way back from the hospital to the rehab center needed to stop where there wasn't easy access to a restroom. I was in a wheelchair and when we stopped at a gas station the restroom wasn't viable. He drove me to a RiteAid due to urgency. We handled the situation with the help of a couple of RiteAid employees. My driver's name is Fathi whose English isn't that well but he handled my situation brilliantly. Thank you.
Sharron Russell: I had to go from south of Belleville to St. Joseph Hospital in Brighton for surgery and used your service. I am writing to say the service was great. The driver was at my house at the designated pickup time and dropped off me and my daughter at the hospital with time to spare so we did not have to rush to get me to the designated surgery area without having to rush. After the surgery when it was time to go home my daughter called the number and by the time the nurse had brought me to the front entrance the driver was there waiting for us for the return trip which also went perfect. I will use this service again and would recommend it to my family and friends. Great Job Care Transport keep up the good work!
I Swan: The driver arrived early and seemed very impatient with everyone. Then didn’t wear a mask in the van. After our doctor visit, it has so far been 40 minutes since I called to say we were done. No one is here yet. We have used them before and often have a 45 minute wait or so. The hospital entry cleared out with people leaving with peoples express and other transport agencies at least 4 times over so far today. Only we are left here like fixtures.

Peggy: The driver came unprepared to get my husband in the house. He was rude and tried to blame me because he didn't know what to do. My husband sat in my garage for an hour before he got help and put him in the house. Then his partner said we can't put him in his wheelchair you have to. This is my second and last time they will be allowed to transport my husband. I wouldn't let them to transport my dog.

Marsha Corey: When I required daily medical treatment for over six weeks Care Transport provided excellent service. The office people were very helpful in assisting me to get financial aid. The dispatchers were reliable and accommodating when my schedule fluctuated. But mostly, the drivers were all ( I had 7 different drivers overall ) kind, respectful, and very caring. The system allowed this and gave a confirmation of change. I did not know I was to check the email (which I never saw) and then ignore the confirmation via the website as it is not actually confirmed this way.I was texted at the original pick up time that they were waiting outside. I immediately texted the driver that the reservation was changed and extended my apologies and let himKnow I understood if heCould not keep the reservation (I know from years and years of living in chicago traveling weekly that car services have a schedule to keep).There was no response at all to my text from the driver.After the updated reservation time had passed and I had loaded my car to drive to the airport, I texted one last time out of courteousy to ask if he was planning to come back (maybe he went to get a coffee?).Finally a response but aMini van arrived not a sedan. I was informed there would be an up charge. I called dispatch and main office. No answer. I received a text telling me all the reasons why this reservation was not correct and had to ask 4 times for the fee to understand what I would be charged. Which obviously I will pay. I’m not unreasonable.Now I am being schooled on the policy and never once has there been any apology for an inaccurate system, lack of communication and sending a different vehicle than pictured.I would recommend a more reliable and accurate device.

When attempting to resolve, no response for 2 hours. Provider threatened to sue customer. I have never experienced a situation where I was threatened before. Under no situation should anyone consider this company. They are inaccurate, inflexible, and will trap you into excessive charges and then not deliver service

Adrienne Nemura: I was extremely disappointed with the customer service by the dispatcher and the manager. I've used this service for about a decade but doubt I will be back. My flight into DTW was late by 3.5 hours and the cab driver tracked it and was ready for me at 11:00pm, along with a fellow passenger. Imagine my surprise when we were 1/2 to Ann Arbor and the driver was instructed by the dispatcher to "turn around" and go pick up another passenger. I called the dispatcher to voice my frustration and was basically told that I should be grateful that they handle things this way ("you should have expected this - that's what shared rides are all about", "how would YOU feel if you were the one that was left at the airport and waiting for 35 minutes") and that we were only "5 minutes" from the airport (not true! I got home about 35 minutes later than I would have). When I asked why they didn't just send another cab, I was told "we don't have any other cabs." The driver was frustrated too b/c he had two angry customers and had to pay another airport pickup fee ($10) out of his own pocket b/c the dispatcher screwed up and didn't inform him of this other passenger. To make matters worse, I left 2 messages with the manager who still after 4 days has not returned my calls. It's a shame because I used to always get good service.

C. Ryan: Avoid at all costs. Unreliable. Booked online and pick up time was wrong, corrected by email. No show at pick up time. I called and they told me (incorrectly) that I cancelled the reservation (email below). No car coming, forced me to scramble to make my flight. Michael Stengel: Had a confirmed reservation arriving late into DTW. Driver didn’t show up, and didn’t get a call or text even though they had my number. Pulled the same stunt with my friend the following day. Perhaps they’ve decided not to do late pickups, but they confirmed the reservation and did not communicate otherwise so we got left high and dry at 1am at the airport.
Alan Weiss: Do not use this car service! I booked them for an airport ride and they never called to say they were running late. When I called them the dispatcher said the driver should have called me but would be there in ten minutes. Then after ten minutes I had to call the dispatcher again and he told toild me it would be another 15 minutes. Twenty five minutes late for a twenty five minute ride. It was impossible to believe that this was accurate so I made alternative arrangements. The dispatcher assured me they would not bill me for a ride they never provided but there was the charge this morning. I guess that is why the AMEX dispute center has employees. They will not get paid for a ride they never provided. Liars on how late they were running. Liars on not billing my account. Do not use this service if you need a timely ride to the airport!

Lawrence Hendricks: Terrible service!!!!! I received a text message after my flight arrived in DOW that the freeways were closed & get a taxi. Unbelievable!!!! The freeways weren't closed for for others.
Stuart and Alison Ellis: Having arrived from the UK, the driver was already waiting for us even though we were more than an hour earlier than we had booked. He was excellent in every way, and the "reasonable" price charged was exactly as stated on the website with no hidden extras. Very good indeed (as was the car).
Steve Gorman: Very professional and courteous. Tony picked us up at home and drove us to the airport and brought us home as well. Eliminated the off site airport parking and daily fees. This is the second time we've used A-1 and it's been A-1 both times.

He was very courteous, professional, and helpful with all my luggage. His driving was smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend this service and will use them again in the future.
William Harrison: Good service, but do not believe their website/booking people. I called and booked what they said would be a flat rate. I asked specifically if there would be any more charges on top of the flat rate, and they said no, but still charged an extra $15 anyway.

Our experience with A1 was excellent both to and from the airport. The drivers where on time, courteous and profesional. From now on we always use A1 for airport travel.

Teri Perdue: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,ValueComputer system was down so everything had to be done manually and must have been very stressful but still the young lady who answered was helpful, positive, and was great to work with. No company is perfect but the employees for the most part are cheerful and polite. It's usually a good experience.
