Days Inn by Wyndham Ann Arbor: what do users think?
Corey Amison: I love the manger Eric. He’s turn this place around completely. Helping people who truly don’t have . Y’all are a blessing from god things that y’all do for people and I’m honored to call you a friend.
Theresa Heichel: Rooms: Under renovations, However the new rooms are nice, welcoming colorfully chosen decor matches the Day's Inn color scheme 👍Safety: Cameras 📸 everywhereSo safety is NO ISSUEWalkability: Across the street from Bob Evans, KFC Red lobster, White Castle a Mediterranean restaurant right next door.
prathik shirolkar: Had my family stay at Days Inn. The staff spoke rudely with my family. The hotel cleans ur room once in a week. The bed sheets and comforter weren't clean when we moved in.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Joseph Liptak: This place is good for a cheap hotel, nothing fancy. Utilitarian! On the add on the third party website the exterior color was unique, we got there and they had repainted it. Kind of a bummer!!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
Rex Jiang: The wifi is terrible. It's slow and unstable, and connection gets lost very frequently.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Nicole Parsons: We booked a room with 2 queen beds through priceline. When we got there we were but in a room with 2 twin beds, the lights, fridge and tv were all unplugged. When we got everything plugged in, there was no cable in our room. They put us in another room with 2 twin beds, there was a busted mirror in the room in which we told the front desk it was fine since we had been on the road all day and had another long day ahead of us. Room was clean just didn't get what we booked and it's very uncomfortable for 2 adults to sleep on a twin size bed
John Perdue: I’d have to say this has to be the worst hotel I’ve ever tried to stay at. My wife and I drove almost 9 hours and after having some car problems and getting there late was told they don’t allow for people to check in after 12am.Awful customer service truly appalling.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Anthony: No power to tv, fridge & microwave and how am I supposed to figure that out? Second day juice was not working or turned on. The rooms were decent but hallways smell of BO! I guess this is why it’s the cheapest around!
AstroGummi: Breakfast and service was pretty good, but rooms felt pretty sketchy and had no soaps. location was convenient thoughNearby activities: Convention center 10 minutes away
veronica kashaka: I really don't like leave bad reviews, but this hotel was the worst I ever stayed in,the first room we were given was on the ground floor, the hallway smell like weed, the toilet backed and the water spilled on the floor, the tub did not drain, the fridge need a crowbar to open. No coffee, as most hotels provide, they move us to an upstairs, thing got alittle better, I spend 8 days there, My room was cleaned once, I had to provide my own blankets, the tub again wouldn't drain on my last night , Theres no elevators. My sister and I are seniors, and walking up stairs is very difficult for us. The breakfast the hotel provides, is simply nothing, toast, waffles, bagals and some sort sweet, its was a very nasty experience.I am not sure if they employs a cleaning staff, and I ask front desk repeatedly to have my room clean, it was done on the night last night of my stay. Most of the desk clerk were nice and friendly, in particular a young man named Imani, who was very helpful in getting me some blankets. There were times when the front desk not manned, and guests had wait around. I suggest, anyone wanting to stay there, think twice about it. I hope this helps.
Joseph Walton: WORST HOTEL EVER! I asked for a room with two beds and one of the beds did not have it's blanket and the staff couldn't fix it till our third day of being there we had to buy a blanket from the store. If you run out of toilet paper in your room you will need to go to the store and buy it yourself. I will never come back to this place again.
Calyn Favise: The room was so dirty. Dried blood stains on the carpet and in the bathroom, whole place reeked of cigarettes, dirty bathroom. One roll of toilet paper and two towels, when we asked for more the worker was very rude. Both beds didn’t have blankets, when we asked for more toilet paper, towels and blankets he said “can I do anything more? Do you guys want a cocktail too” very passive aggressive and rude. Don’t stay here y’all.
Coleen Nichols: Rooms: Room was very nice clean. Bed was very comfortable. Hardly any TV channels TV was very fuzzy. No Internet connection.Walkability: Can walk to restaurants very close.Noteworthy details: Not many TV channels No internet connection.
Hugo Cinco: Worst place to stay. First room stank, clearly smoked in. The second room had an open slider door with no Latch or lock. Third room had huge blood stains on the floor between the beds. Fourth room had a wide open slider door as well. I don't feel safe here. We opted just to stay in the first room, but we're not getting any sleep. My 6 year old son with autism was crying for a few hours about having seen all that blood, crying to go home. Looks like they don't even check the rooms between rentals. Stay literally anywhere else.Safety: UNSAFE. doors with no locks and blood stains all over one of the rooms. We are literally unable to sleep in here. We are just sitting here until the morning. My kids can't sleep. Wife can't sleep.

Bell Tower Hotel: what do users think?

jimi adams: Showing its age. Time for some serious renovations.Nearby activities: super convenient to campusWalkability: super convenient to campus
Deborah Matlovsky: The Bell Tower Hotel is a real jewel---cozy and stylish without being too stuffy. The service here is terrific. We had a couple of hiccups upon arrival, but the manager, Tyler, addressed them quickly and could not have been more understanding or helpful. The other front desk staff, from Ann to Martin to Joseph---were equally wonderful. Housekeeping, headed by the Betty, was amazingly well-run and very accomodating. The rooms, while small, are very comfortable and stylish with beds that are so comfy-- it makes getting out of them quite challenging and pillows that are so soft and fluffy that you’re certain you’re floating on air. Our stay at the Bell Tower was stellar in all respects, save, perhaps, that it was too short. We can’t wait to return.PS: I should also mention that the hotel is perfectly located---within walking distance to everything on campus.
Dylan French: My family stayed here from 10/1-3/22 and 10/6-9/2, and I'm pretty sure 2-3 other times before Covid, but I don't remember those visits as well. Our experience at the Bell Tower Hotel last October was fantastic! Most of the staff members were extremely friendly, and the views were great too! Each room has a small dish of candies, and the lobby sometimes has cookies out on a plate. Also, it's within five minutes (walking distance) of the Diag, the M Den, Nickels Arcade, and lots of restaurants. The hotel has valet because there aren't many parking spots. It's the best hotel in the city!Rooms: The rooms were spacious, all with a TV or two, a bathroom, a mini fridge, and a candy dish. There was a queen bed and a sofabed.Nearby activities: You can walk to the Diag, the M Den, Nickels Arcade, and much more!Walkability: The Bell Tower Hotel is a great place to stay if you want to walk around the central campus. Very walkable!
Valerie Daggett: This hotels best asset is it's central location to downtown. King suite is very small but the balcony & bar area is a bonus. Comfy bed, clean room, prime location. * Side note- the valet personnel were unable to operate a manual / stick shift vehicle.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More

Kim Miller: The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, that we had everything that we needed. We rented a room to celebrate our graduate from U of M - and they helped get everything set up. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable - and we had guests from 20 to 80 year olds. Everyone walked away saying if we come back - we will stay here again!
S. Nelson: This is not a Hilton so temper your expectations. It is a 75 year old hotel so the room was not huge. But, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good and the service was on point. We have not been in a small room like that since we stayed in a hotel in Bisbee AZ that was over 100 years old. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay in the heart of town this is a great place with many places near enough to get entertained or to eat. We will be going back.
John Grover: I've stayed here twice because it's close to the UofM hospital. The staff us super nice and the rooms are very comfortable. I thought the real room keys (not cards) were a cool throwbackRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
P & M Eastman: Just ok ✅. Room was $215 and included a very small bathroom and sleeping area. Small window facing west into an adjacent wall - so room was dark. Close to downtown vibe.
黃品翔(Sean): Breakfast is great!
Sharon B: Very clean and comfortable, this last-minute reservation made a stressful time a lot easier for our family. Ideal location. Will definitely stay here again.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Mark Miller: Great staff. Decent free breakfast. I was in a "small queen room" and it would have been too crowded with a partner. Homey. No fridge or safe in room. Great location for central campus especially Michigan league.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
German Riano: In this hotel you will feel right at home: you arrive in the evening and nobody made the bed if you didn't.Response to owner comments below: The first day the room was clean, of course. But the next day after a hard day of work I arrive to find the room in the shape I left it. I called reception and was informed that no housekeeping personnel would be available at that time and that rooms would be cleaned only if I had requested it in advance (but nobody told me this in advance: in fact there was a card to hang on the knob if I wanted to opt-OUT of cleaning). It was also impossible to get a coffee pod for the machine at that time. The next day I did requested the room to be made and that was accepted but only reluctantly and in bad manner and after giving lame excuses about Covid. Covid crisis finished long ago!
LF Brooks: Wouldn't allow a late checkout after a marathon. Only hotel I've ever stayed at that wouldn't allow me to shower after a marathon. Will refer people to stay at other hotels when visiting Ann Arbor.Service: 1/5 …More

Quality Inn & Suites Ann Arbor Hwy 23: what do users think?
Jmayc: The first room they gave us here had rips in the sheets like an animal ripped it up and a bite taken out of the plastic protector on the box spring. The second room we were given wasn’t in great shape either. There’s a mirror missing from the bathroom door with chunks of the mirror’s frame still there, there’s screws on the wall for a missing picture frame, someone stole the landline phone, the curtains are broken, and there’s cracks in the tub. The hall ways smell like someone was smoking cigarets in them. We tried to get a refund to go elsewhere and they don’t offer refunds. I would not recommend going here.Rooms: Like I said in my main review things are broken, missing or stolen, and nothing feels clean.
Desiree Gray: The rooms are decent and fairly clean for the price, but the staff is practically non-existent. When I walked into the lobby, there wasn't an employee standing behind the counter. I had to wait a while before he came from the back room to help me get checked in.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Charles Jones: Hotel was over booked and people who paid for rooms were turned away without refunds. Our room didn't have functioning plumbing and was dirty.Front desh clerk was uncaring and antagonistic toward guests. Stay away until it gets new management.Rooms: Dirty and not maintained
David Paladino: It was alright. Room was clean. Ice machine upstairs didn't work. Soda machine down stairs took my money and my drink got stuck. Vending machine upstairs wouldn't take dollars. Other than that it was a good place to stay since the Marriott was fully booked.Hotel highlights Kid-friendly …More
Jeff Smith: If you care about your privacy and the safety of your belongings, do not go here at all! They will force their way into your rooms before your checkout to steal anything you have of value. Management will play games with you, but at the end of the day switch up and act like they aren't responsible for anything. This place needs new employees that don't extort and steal from guests.Noteworthy details: Also, there is no real customer service to go through for help with any of your concerns. It'll get filed and forgotten, no response whatsoever after a week of constant follow-up....
George Sanders: All of the employees are rude thieves, they will rush you out of your room before the checkout time to take your personal belongings. They will act like they will check for items in their lost and found, but never actually do anything. 0 out of five stars, don't go here unless you want to be treated like trash.Noteworthy details: If you have anything important don't even take it to this place, it will be stolen.
Evan Schut: Locked me out of my room over a $10 pet fee. Go somewhere else unless you hate yourself.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Alex Parent: As with others the staff is rarely at the front desk and nobody is in uniform so good luck finding anyone to help. You can find the maintenance guy but he smells like booze and seems to be responding to few of the many problems clearly present in the rooms. A sheet was on the front desk which shows requests to change rooms. One couple found blood on their sheets. Our room was actually clean, but the rudeness of the staff and the overall threatening atmosphere of a place like this is below the hospitality industry. Below the standards of quality inn and Choice Hotels the group that owns the brand.Eric Temple the General Manager is especially a problem. Besides the words he called my wife, the obvious racism in his bringing up her skin color, he was purely rude and it looks like from the other reviews that he has an "on/off" switch for hospitality. He was purely rude and insulting and refused to help in any way. The only thing he did right was not charge us for the room he refused to give us after we brought some of our complaints to him in hopes of changing rooms and getting a better rate for one more night.I expected them to try and charge it anyway. The place just feels like a trap and a con. Plenty of people had valid reasons for wanting refunds and or a change of room and they would disappear and just brush everything off. It was just a gross run down hotel with nobody in it interested in helping, or doing anything besides shrug you off. The maids were in uniform, but they also peek into rooms through the peephole instead of knocking. If there was a redeemable quality to speak of. There was one person at the front desk the first day who was decent. But that was one fraction of this particular employees day and based on everything else we saw and experienced it's just very unlikely that he was innocent of the same kind of rudeness that seemed to be present in every person who identified themselves as an employee. I wouldn't return here if it was the only warm bed left on the planet. Not after the way the GM spoke to my wife and then the way he spoke to me. If we had gotten one shred of help or understanding maybe I'd feel a little different, but it was pure resistance from the beginning. We should have trusted the reviews and avoided what they all seem to point to is a guaranteed terrible stay at a dreadful hotel.Quality Inn has some work to do as far as oversight and quality control. Shouldn't be hard when it's in the name, but it is clear this sight isn't visited much by any oversight.Noteworthy details: It seems that no matter the complaint or how valid it is that these folks will still try to keep your money and they will be as rude and threatening as they have to be to make you leave.
Robert Lee: The location was the only saving grace. Walking in, the first thing I noticed was in smelled like pot smoke. Yea, it's Michigan, but still. The front desk staff or lack thereof really didn't care about what was going on. When I got to my room, there were no blankets or sheets. I went to the front desk to get sheets, No blankets were available. I went to Meijer to get one. The shower curtain was mounted too high up. Water flooded the bathroom. Somebody could slip, or worse. Most of the lights in the room didn't work. Fortunately, I didn't need light to get sleep. To call this place a roach motel would be an insult to pesticides. Spend an extra ten or twenty bucks and go elsewhere. The only thing that could make this place worse was if they started renting beds by the hour.
Sara Lorenz: If I could give zero stars I would. This facility is not clean, staff is not friendly and they tell you, you can cancel your room but you won’t get your money back…even when it’s an emergency medical situation.Rooms: Not clean.
Gio Thompkins: When we arrived they gave us a room that was still dirty and looked occupied so Our room was charged with no problem, but once in this room the curtains were coming down and the TV did not work so I went to call the front desk and guess what? No phone. Waiting for maintenance. SMHRooms: 1/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Ypsi Guy: This place has gone down hill. I was there and the front desk worker is very rude. My neice was walking the dog and stopped by the room and the front desk worker told her that if the dog steps in the room he was going to charge her room as well for a pet fee. The shower in the room looked like the ceiling was gonna fall through and patches everywhere in the bathroom. I seen a bug on the door that lead to an ajoinong room. I took a pic then image searched it. It was a cockroach or bedbug. I grabbed all our belongings and we checked out of the Hotel.
Heidi Ornalik: From the moment I walked in hotel, dirty, carpet filthy, paint chipping off walls everywhere ceiling leaking in entry way, when I cked out with buckets on floorRooms: 1/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 4/5 …More
monforus: place was dirty.. there was insects and roaches. doors damaged and missing handles everywhere, stains, paint missing, broken tvs. breakfast buffet was not up kept food was old, staff was not there to assist and then rude when we found forks and papertowel refills ourselfs in the cabinet. most rooms smelled of stale cigarettes despite being told it was non smoking.
Tina Taylor: One of the worst hotels so far soooooo dirty everything towels that looked like they have bin sitting by the pool for months dirty bottoms in the hot tub hot tub closed (no wonder) just so bad don't evan waist your money
Cadance House: this place was very misleading. the hot tub was under construction, the online pictures were very misleading
Maddy Dorton: it was very bad , the toilet didn’t work in the first room , then they switched our room, but when we first got here the front desk staff weren’t here.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
W Bryan Jackson: Late check in, gentleman behind the counter went above and beyond. Hot water for shower took awhile to get hot but over all, not bad.Rooms: Had a single room with a king bed, very spacious.

Red Roof Inn Ann Arbor - University of Michigan South: what do users think?
Michael Viger: Absolute worst experience ever. Staff was unbelievably rude, invasive, paid for 2 nights and was going to stay a 3rd but we got delayed 30 mins past check out (during which time they had 3 different staff members aggressively pounding on the door 3 different times, and told them each time we were renewing our stay) due to them not accepting over the phone payments (it’s 2023!!!). When we got cash to take to the desk, they belittled us and said they were within their rights to call the police since we weren’t out at 11. They didn’t offer a prorated extension like other establishments with good service, they threatened to call the police….then refused to renew our stay for a 3rd night. When we went to collect our $40 deposit after getting our belongings out, it had mysteriously disappeared and they told us we didn’t leave a deposit (we did). And we just found ourselves covered in bed bug bites!
Jack Miller: Comfy little spot and easy to get to shops and the mall but that bathrooms are a little cramped and the bathroom fan is crazy loudRooms: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
David Paladino: Check-in was quick. Booked online. Stated online there would be an additional 50$ convenience/service fee of some sort paid in cash at check-in. Never happened so that was a plus. At the counter, the king room appeared to have a fridge and coffee maker of which there was noneFood & drinks: There was a hooters in front with in walking distance and many other choices a quick drive up the street.
jamal ibrahim: I was asked to put 40$ security deposit and when i left I wasn’t refunded ( a different lady was at the reception who knew nothing) anyway i was advised to call later. I called and when i asked for the deposit the lady hung up on me and when i called back she said she wasn’t gonna argue with me and hung up again! Big thieves. Not recommended.
Angela M: Got a room here while my power was out from the recent ice storm. While I wasn't expecting much from a red Roof inn, the pictures online were definitely nicer than the actual room I stayed in. Also, the price of the room was doubled because of the power outages.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Matt Dietrich: You get what you pay for. Close to University of Michigan campus (less than 2 miles). The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. We will leave it at that.

Stephanie Avellino: Horrible horrible place mean evil stall
Courtney Hladish: Room: dirtyAroma: pinesol/mold/smokeVibe: bed bugsThe room was decrepit there were some sort of bugs. The curtains were ripped. There were stains everywhere, bed, chairs countertops. It smelled like moldy smoke with layered in pinesol. Tried to deal with the situation via corporate but was playing phone tag calls back and forth for weeks. No one could help or give a refund after paying for 5 nights and leaving after 10 minutes. The people that work there were extremely inappropriate and rude. It almost seemed like they wanted to escalate an already horrible situation. I would rather lose the money than have to sleep there.I recommend staying at the Sonesta next door. It’s more affordable, clean, and spacious.
Laura Turner: VERY GOOD PPL GOING BAC THIZ WEEK:)Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Pramit Das: Customer service isn't efficient. The place doesn't give basic stuff like toothpaste and brushes in their rooms.

Steve Butterfield: This is an old, tired, motel that has seen it's better days. It is definitely a very basic place to spend the night while you are visiting Ann Arbor. It's okay, nothing more. It's location is great.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More

Madison VanCleave: I don’t even know where to start with my experience at this “hotel”. This is a motel, even though it is advertised as a hotel. Now onto the problems with our first room, it was not clean it looked like there was dried blood on the sheets. You could see outside from the ac system, as well as under the door. Shower was dirty, and hair still on the drain. And nail next to the microwave. We asked for a different room due to the first being unclean and there was no apology or urgency, took us to the second room and the employee admitted that this one wasn’t the cleanest either. As you can see in the last 5 pictures there looked to be bodily fluids still on the carpet, when we looked under the sink there were dirty bags as well as a pop can still there. The sheets were cleaner but they were still very questionable spots. And you can’t forgot about the lovely bug that crawled out of the sink in the morning. This place is not worth your money, go somewhere, you deserve it. I wish I had gone to a different hotel.
Bryan Parson: Stayed there a while back and my wife ended up getting bit by bedbugs multiple times. Not one returned email or phone call. They initially told me that they would refund the last couple days of our stay, then immediately change their story to “not our problem, take it up with the booking agency.” The last couple reviews we tried to leave never ended up showing on Google. I will honestly be shocked if this one does. Long story short, spend your money elsewhere.

Quentin Ikuta: 2 star review for 2 star hotel. You can get what you pay for. The walls and doors are not well insulated or sealed meaning you can easily hear people outside. Had to request fresh sheets and towels due to stains. Stains on everything. Dial pad on microwave was coming off. However, for the cheap price ($75/night after taxes) the location is very good and convenient, heat worked well, beds are of acceptable comfort, shower water was hot, and staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast room was also handy.
Vikram Kulkarni: Location is great. The prices are affordable. The property is old, but gives decent value for your money.Staff was helpful. We had to extend our stay due to flights cancellations caused by winter storm Elliot. The staff was accommodating and allowed us to stay for two more nights at the same rate. We ended up leaving after one day in the extended period and the management refunded the remaining money.
Karen Garvey: You get what you pay for. The room was in need of a good, deep cleaning. Carpet had lots of stains. Comforter on bed was extremely grey and thin. Cobwebs along floorboards. Mini blind in bathroom did not completely cover the window, which overlooks Stadium Blvd. The worst part, however, was the door to the outside. The frame had obviously been broken in the past and patch job was unsightly and looked unsafe. The deadbolt was in dire need of some maintenance and I had a difficult time unlocking it. I chose this motel because it had a good Expedia rating and the room photos were nice, but extremely misleading. I travel to Ann Arbor often but I will not stay here again.
Annette Belonga: The hitel is old and is in need of repair but the room was clean and comfortable. The loction was easily accessible to both Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti. Pulling on to the main room took a bit of time and patience. Staff was curtious and informative.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Stephanie Thornton: Wish we would have read the review from a month ago before staying. Had 3 rooms for an event nearby. All were some level of dirty. Footprints on the wall in one room. Dirty hand prints and some sort of stains in another. Looked like the door had been kicked in at some point. Cheap for the area but for a reason. Tiny bathrooms. Would not recommend staying unless like the other post said you are a group of 19 year olds looking for a room to party in.
Janell Foley: So there was two gentlemen that managed this place they are absolutely delightful and wonderful I love them both seems to me the last time I was here there was a woman manager she was absolutely horrible she illegally barged into my room because it was check out time started screaming at us while we were trying to dry our hair and get ready for the football game it was the worst the worst representative of management I have ever seen so if anybody that sees this that is over her head get rid of her or you're going to get rid of your customers she's horrible don't know her name it was around February of 2022 when I was there and she was horrible the gentleman on the other hand wonderful

Graduate Ann Arbor: what do users think?
joshua tsai: Great place to stay
Michelle Erikson: DO NOT STAY HERE. Terrible/non-existent customer service. Loud rooms. Low quality rooms. This past weekend my husband and I stayed Saturday night. Our room on the third floor seemed fine at first, albeit dark. I soon noticed the floors were dirty and there was hair all over the two small area rugs next to the bed. The bathroom is also oddly designed in such a way that you cannot close the “salon style” doors from the inside of the bathroom (how dumb).I was looking forward to getting a good nights sleep in the comfy bed, however the room has absolutely ZERO sound proofing or insulation and there was a TV on and blasting sound LITERALLY all night long. I never really got to sleep. The TV was still blasting when housekeeping woke us up the next morning to ask when we were checking out (more on that later). We finally called down to the front desk in the middle of the night to complain about the TV noise and while they said they would contact the room, they never did. We never heard them come to the room nor the phone ring in the adjacent room. And the TV noise never stopped. To make matters worse, the next morning around 9:30am, housekeeping knocks to ask what time we are checking out. I was confused and asked to confirm that checkout was 11am and we were planning to check out by 11am and she confirmed yes, check out was 11 or 12. A 4-star hotel should not bother guests before the checkout time! When checking out I very nicely (when asked how my stay was) shared the part about the bathroom doors and loud tv with the woman and the front desk and she didn’t even apologize.I was looking forward to this iconic Ann Arbor hotel, but I certainly won’t ever be returning and I don’t recommend you stay here either.
Sheila Ritchie: Great people to work with :)

Rebekah Duhaime: Pros: beautiful aesthetics, absolutely wonderful valets, and nice front desk staff.Cons: elevators shake and make loud sounds like they’re about to break, you aren’t made aware at check-in where to park if not using the valet, marks, scuffs, and stains on the walls, cheap looking plastic drop ceiling in the bathroom, dirty windows, no microwave, and scratchy sheets and blankets.
Maura S: I loved the vibe of this hotel when I looked at it online and was not disappointed. visually beautiful, and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Their restaurant suggestion was fabulous and we had a beautiful night. I had an issue and Lexi the front desk manager took excellent care of us, truly outstanding customer service. Beautiful place, excellent location. The coffee shop was excellent and the bar was just stunning and such a great place to relax. overall a major treat and great location.
Carrie M Gordon: Shyiyn was one of our valets and took excellent care of our luggage and vehicle. The weather was cold and windy. So glad for warm accommodations so close to campusWalkability: Close to campus 😀Food & drinks: Enjoyed a glass of wine in the bar in the evening
jkgmoss: Great lobby for hanging out. — long library table or upholstered seating areas. Small coffee shop right in lobby. Or walking distance to Zingerman’s. Super convenient to campus.Rooms are nicely decorated — sophisticated, slightly kitschy college theme. Love the toiletry products. Comfortable mattress.
