Francesca Tucci: I have had a very pleasant experience with this company. Alexandria is truly amazing at her job and extremely professional. Any maintenance issue is resolved within 30 minutes to an hour. You won’t find a better leasing company in Ann Arbor - they truly are the best.

Zachary Goldston: Excellent, professional, friendly, and willing to work with individuals to try and find places. I had the pleasure in staying in one of Eladott's recently acquired properties from their merger with Wickfield Properties. By move-in, they had done work to the outside of the building, smaller yet necessary repairs, replaced the older washing units, and made sure that parking spots are only held by actual pass owners instead of random strangers in the night.Maintenance was responsive, even in the middle of the night when we had a lock issue. The leasing office communicated when there was going to be maintenance done and for re-signing when the time came, before they showed the place to other potential leasers. Eladott truly has made themselves stand out for renting as a college student in Ann Arbor, and I hope they continue their strong track record and professionalism in the future.
Spencer Chin: We had a great experience renting through Eladott. They took over our apartment complex mid-lease and I immediately noticed an improvement in customer service. I worked mainly with Alexandria- she was very easy to communicate with and always responded promptly. In addition, repairs were taken care of quickly and the property was well maintained in general. Highly recommended!
Anna Pomper: I've lived in an eladott building for all of a week and I have to write a review because of how impressed I am. From installing new wooden floors before move in, to installing my ac unit and plastering over a dent in a wall (my fault, heavy furniture in a narrow staircase), without complaint or fees, they've really gone above and beyond. I really appreciate it, and it makes a huge difference when it comes to making the unavoidable stress of a new place more than manageable.

Matthew Wamser: Eladott bought the building I lived in while I was mid-lease, so I only had a few months of experience with them. In that time they made a very good impression and were much more professional than my previous landlords in Ann Arbor. Eladott's communication with tenants is superb. Jen was very professional when she inspected our unit. And they handled our move out and security deposit refund very promptly. They would definitely be my first choice of landlord if I ever move back to Ann Arbor.

Management was always responsive and easy to work with, I communicated with Allie and she was always so sweet and helpful! She even helped me find subtenants when personal circumstances required me to move out before my lease was up. I can't recommend them enough!

Linda Lee: Jen and her team were incredibly responsive and kind in their property management throughout our lease with Eladott. Their maintenance crew was also very reliable and kept up with any issues (usually small) that came up. Especially this year with the pandemic and other hardships that came by, they were always willing to listen and reasonably work with their tenants! Even months after our lease together was over and I had moved away, they remained just as quick in their communications, helping me with documents/references that I needed to move again from a tough living situation. High recommend for their professionalism and quality of their units.

John Wilberding: I used Jones Management for over 4 years to manage an apt house downtown.They routinely overcharged me on maintenance, lowering my return.For example, one day I arrived at my 6 unit apt building to find a disheveled man with a broom on the porch. I watched him sweep the front porch into the basement courtyard. He spent one minute there. I asked, who are you? He said he was with Jones. So this useless kid who didn’t even have a dustpan was generating scam money for Jones, pretending to do “maintenance.”Jones charged me almost twenty thousand dollars in one year on repairs he didn’t do. When I asked for a tour of the property to show what work he did for 20k, Jones came over but could not show the work. He even admitted it, saying maintenance is where they make money.The company has major holdings of their own in Ann Arbor. If you are an owner, avoid them. They will rip you off.
Joe Hillman: Sublet an apartment with them. A few weeks before moving in, they found a leak in the apartment that made the closet unusable. It took them over a month to fix the leak, and they have yet to repair the closet. The staff is very nice, but frankly it’s ridiculous at how slowly they maintain their building.
Claire Shiple: We signed a lease and handed over a security deposit -- then were informed that there was a miscommunication and actually the apartment had been reserved for another group (and the person we met for the lease signing thought we were them??). Even though the other group hadn't even signed a lease yet and we had, Jones nullified our contract (because they hadn't signed it). They gave us our security deposit back and were apologetic, but it was overall a really bad experience that left us scrambling for housing.

Elizabeth Chander: The absolute best property owners in Ann Arbor. I have lived in many places over my four years here and no apartment building or other landlord compares. Service is perfect and excellent. Any time there is a problem, a maintenance person is at the door within the hour. The emails are always filled with tricks and tips on how to stay safe in the weather. They really are a family and treat their tenents as the same. 10/10.
Hanna Drake: Jones Properties is one of the best in Ann Arbor for student housing, as this was my experience. Even at short notice, if we needed anything or if something had broken, a worker was at our door ASAP. The landlord was very polite and made sure our needs were always met. Also on a high note, the houses are gorgeous!
Emily: Ugh. The landlord was dishonest and even though they promised us updates to our place, the heat didn't work, the power always shut off, and the fridge broke. They frequently misattributed our rent checks and tried to tell us we missed/were short on rent and would have to pay a late fee - even when we payed in full on time. Oftentimes our trash wouldn't be collected and lot wouldn't be plowed. The place was also not ready to move into when they said it would be. They charge way too much - pay just as much for an apartment somewhere better with amenities vs Jones houses!
