I was in AA for the holidays and poked in to see if there was any chance they could help me since my eyes were so itchy and irritated and the ladies were so kind, supportive, and helpful. Bee: I've had four appointments so far and if my stylist wasn't so darn good I would STOP going immediately(if things don't drastically improve I will take my business elsewhere).The last two appointments my credit card was charged without my permission or knowledge beyond the original fees and gratuity. I've had to contact the facility to find out what was going on because they don't, in anyway contact you first to acknowledge or correct their mistake.More importantly and MOST disturbingly my last two visits I've felt like I was intruding in on a girl's sleepover party.There are multiple staff members lingering in the lobby, sitting on the counters, legs draped over the chairs(like they're at home) watching Tik Tok on their phones, face timing with their friends, eating food that is spread all over the counters(obviously NOT working). Empty pop bottles on the tables in the lobby. The seats in the lobby were occupied by staff and NOT one staff member got up from a seat to offer a chair to me, A PAYING CUSTOMER!!Not only is it unprofessional, it's completely uncomfortable and not welcoming at all. It's disgusting, rude, thoughtless, bad business and completely takes away from the stylist and her exceptional work. I'm super disappointed and disturbed with what is going on.The first impression when a customer walks in the door is usually the longest lasting. Clean up your act ladies...behave like you're at work and not a sleepover. I pay good money and don't appreciate the lack of care and total disregard for your costumers. Take your break where you are supposed to... in the break room!! There is ALWAYS work to be done, instead of sitting around like you own the joint(wash windows, dust the shelves, sweep, go through inventory). You can do better than this!!If you don't have the good sense to take initiative while you're at work and ACTUALLY WORK....go home, stop waisting the owner's money and the customer's money, time and comfort!!THOROUGHLY DISGUSTED 😔🤢😫

Jessica Hernandez-souza: DO NOT visit the lash lounge. 2 months ago I made my lash perm appointment. I was excited for my appointment day to come because I am traveling out of the country and who doesn’t want pretty lashes for a trip! Well… once my service was done my lash technician asked me if my lashes usually take during a perm and then proceeded to brush my lashes and I immediately knew something was wrong. She explained to me that she didn’t understand why my lashes did not take because she followed every step for my perm. She continued to brush my lashes and then handed me a mirror and that’s when I seen my lashes had looked like nothing was done to them. She then left me on the bed and said she needed to go speak with her manager. When she came back she then attempted to convince me that my lashes were curled and I was all set to go even though she previously stated that my lashes did not take. I was upset and sad because I drove 45 minutes for my appointment but part of me understood that mistakes happen. When I went up to the desk the assistant manager immediately went outside and even looked at me on her way out! The receptionist wanted to check me out as normal as if my lash technician did not explain to them what had happened. As the assistant manager she should have spoke to me about my service and been apologetic for my service. But no! She left to go outside and stand in front of the building. Clearly the assistant manager does not understand her role and this business has a huge opportunity. When I questioned the receptionist about my service she immediately got up and ran outside to get the assistant manager. When the assistant manager came in she tried to convince me that my lashes took and they were going to charge me and offered no ways to accommodate me. When I told her that my lash technician even said my lashes did not take she then said they were going to accommodate me. Clearly she knew what was going on because she was so quick to accommodate me without speaking to the lash technician again. I see many opportunities for this business and I think additional training is needed in many areas.Service:Lash perms

Brandi Lorrey: I’ve had lash extensions since 2017 and never had a re-do or issue. I’m very regimented when it comes to maintenance, routine and following directions.After my full set, I had to return one week later (and pay full price) for a fill.I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, and consider that perhaps I slept wrong or my skin is producing more oil than usual.She suggested a $200 pillow to correct my sleeping position. To which I took her suggestion but found a less expensive version.At my next fill (two weeks later) we decided to bump up to volume.I specifically suggested that we use shorter lashes as my lashes are already short.The fill exceeded two hours, and I woke up with heavy lashes touching my eyelids.Later that evening they fell out with the gentle swipe of my fingertip and lash brush.I was trying to adjust them as they were essentially mangled.The photo shows the initial shedding but they all fell out that night.I appreciate the offer of a re-do but my busy schedule wouldn’t allow another two hours that week.I requested a refund for that fill service, nothing more.She refused. I understand that her time was valuable but so is mine.I spent approximately $450 in one month. I think it was a reasonable request. She has the potential to run a quality business. Investing in more education and better quality glue/lashes before charging these prices would be a good investment.

Maddy: awful experience. not only was the final product not at all what I asked for in terms of volume (I even gave a reference picture from her own portfolio!), but the lashes started falling off IMMEDIATELY after my appointment.attached is a pic of the lashes I picked off my shirt after sitting down in my car outside the appointment having not even touched my lashes. just an hour later I’ve lost probably 30+ lashes and have obvious gaps.I called right after leaving to express my disappointment and ask if there was some remedy or refund policy, I was told “this has literally never happened before” (which you can see isn’t true by other reviews) and my only option was to get a refill in the next two days. apparently it isn’t her policy to give refunds of any sort. $130 for shoddy service isn’t a great deal, so it looks like I’ll be pursuing this with my credit card company instead.overall, incredibly disappointing service and response.

Sophie Kelly: Highly recommend Milan. Was gifted a full classic set with her by a friend in prep for a wedding - I was super nervous about it but once I got there Milan’s space is so comforting and calming, and she is such a wonderful presence. I twitched a bit to start and she took a moment to talk to me about my nerves and let me calm down, and as we got started again reminded me that I was doing good. I finally relaxed enough to sleep on her table, which I never expected!! Now I can’t stop looking at myself in the mirror admiring my beautiful lashes 😍 what a confidence boost. If you’re thinking about it, schedule with her. You will not be disappointed!

Carson Fox: Really nice girl did my lashes, did a great job and was super sweet to me. I noticed after a few days a lot of lashes were falling off and there weren’t any of my real lashes attached to them. I didn’t shower wash my face or steam anything until after 48 hours and I’ve had extensions before and this has never happened. I payed $200 for lashes that need a fill after a week.

Abbee: Milan is so sweet and professional! Her space is beautiful and I always feel so comfortable while getting my services. She is an expert at all eye and lash types. I have a sensitivity to certain adhesives but she identified that ahead of time during a consultation and already had the alternative adhesive on hand. Ive had my lashes done a few times in the past, but I’ve had no sensitivity issues since seeing Milan. I look forward to my appointments so much and am so very glad I found her!

Golden Green: This was my worse experience ever. She will make you as comfortable as she can. Very good person. But her work is questionable. My first time making an appointment with her was 10/6/2021 and today is 10/22/2021. And I’ve been back. 3 times for an new set& fill in. And her defense was 48 hours I should not shower or do no bathing. But I never had problems with my lashes falling off in 2 days be for coming to this lady. By the third day I had spaces in all my lashes. So you tell me. And I’ve been getting my lashes done for the last 3 years from other professionals. Never had this problem. I guess this is why I was driving to the city every 3weeks.

Makaela Cranmore: I have tried a few different lash artists this year and I will be sticking with Milan! My lashes look great and hold up so nicely for a full 2 weeks. Milan is super friendly and she really makes you feel comfortable. Her salon is also very clean and relaxing.

I first didn’t know what I wanted but after describing to her the look I was going for she took care of me above and beyond. Milan provides a very soothing environment and is very careful, she is more than a perfectionist. Everytime I leave the state I make sure I’m back for a fill. Milan does such a great job my lashes survived jet skiing in Miami and tequila pours in Jersey. Everytime I get asked about my lashes I always send them to Milan.
