Shawn Young: Poor customer service and business. Wholesaler only will not help the people in the city. Businesses like this show how far we've become disconnected as a society. Hope no one is ever in need of parts for repair.

Kyle Lashbrook: Since the pandemic these guys really went down hill. Never have the stock needed. They still make you wait outside even for simple pick ups like drain fittings or silicone. Id advise looking for supplies else where

jackie reaume: After another company tried numerous times to repair my furnace before they decided it had to be replaced, I asked for some credit on the $700 I already spent on unsuccessful repairs. I called several times a day for a week and they would not answer me. One call to THC and they came out as promised. Quoted my new furnace. The came back 2 days later to replace it. They worked around my work schedule. Jeff and Gabe worked very efficient and professionally. They even swept the floor around the furnace when they were done. Aahar of Troy: They should stick to their specialty and not say they know about restaurant hood, electrical and fire safety. After three different appointments and over $2,000 in total charges, inspection was not approved. Had to get another electrical company and first attempt got it approved. Waste of time and money.
Nathan KNAL: The blower motors on my two year old carrier 5 ton rooftop units went out in a power surge. I have been on back order since January 13th to get two of them from carrier. I have been scouring the internet trying to find these motors because apparently carrier doesn't make replacement parts available for 2 year old units. I saw on their website on sunday night that they had them in stock so I emailed them. Monday morning at 7:15 I got an email back from mykel that they had them. I am in retail and these are my showroom AC units. It gets brutally hot in Houston, Texas during the summer, so THANK YOU Technical Hot and Cold, for having these units available and getting them sent to me right away!
