Romario Thartori: The cashier was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. Denied access to the bathroom because according to him it’s not a good idea to let people use the bathroom at night and went crazy on me for picking up my receipt.Do better, stop hiring people who don’t know how to communicate and have zero customer service etiquette.
Pamela Sawatzki: Parked here for the U of M game. Paying on line was easy. Just remember to download your code before getting near the over 100K fans...your phone service will be iffy.
Rohit Karthaa: I was surprised at how many items they have. It’s big things in small packages, totally. You can find so many beverages and food items for quick grab and go shopping.
Quinn Formoso: Easy go to place for snacks and drinks. Love the staff, they're hilarious and really nice. Go there at least a couple times a week.

Angela Thomas: I am really big on customer service. I approached the cash register and the lady did not say Hello or anything. She rung up my items and did not say what the amount was and just gave me a blank stare. I’m like do I suppose to guess the amount . She was so rude and it seemed like she didn’t want to be at work. I came into the store on 2-20-2: at 3:07 pm and will not be back to this location. You greet customers and tell them the amount needed to pay.

Aaron Pressel: Not a typical convenience store. They have great snacks that you can't find at most gas stations. Excellent place to grab snacks if you are hungry.
ravi daitota: The review is purely based on the EV charging station not for regular gasoline or convenience store. The station has a DC fast charging with 2 plug option but the touch screen on the machine does not work half the time. Unless you have a EVgo / EZ charge card, do not rely upon this station for recharging your EV. I spent more than 20 minutes trying to get it to work with no results. The credit card slot does not work every time, when it works, touch screen stops responding. Access is from West bound Eisenhower or Northbound state street. Parking is limited. The dedicated EV parking is occupied by gasoline engine cars most of the time preventing EV vehicles access to charging station. I had to wait for one of the regular cars to move out before accessing the EV charging station.

Arielle 9892: Stopped in a little bit ago to get some change, as I’m a student who lives down the street from Circle K and have coin laundry. While coin laundry is already inconvenient enough, it doesn’t help that the lady working was rude with me, and wouldn’t give me quarters for my bills despite me telling her I’d done that there previously. Each week I get gas at this gas station and then get some quarters so I can do laundry for the week because it’s conveniently right down the street, haven’t had any issues doing so until today when I was rudely cut off by the lady working who told me that “we just don’t do that” after I’d purchased $20 worth of gas. Was unsure if she was just lazy or having a bad day or if this is an actual policy in place, because it’s not like I didn’t spend any money there before asking for change. I usually have a pretty good experience at this Circle K and I see there are other reviews about probably the same person. Very disappointed with my experience today…

Water and ice is a EBT approved product and these people refuse to follow the law to just make more profit it is sickening that there are people out there who want to take advantage of the most in need. Erin: I stopped here in desperate need of a restroom on my way home from surgery. I was told there was no public restroom, so I quickly explained that it was a medical emergency and I was about to pee myself. The man at the counter retorted that it was company policy and there was nothing he could do. It would seem company policy is more important than human decency in this day and age.

Eddie Smith: Okay gas station that offers niche products like firewood and also has updated gas pumps that accept digital wallet payments. However, this place was kinda filthy... almost every garbage can was overflowing and there was trash on the ground.

Jay Baxter: For 24 hour gas station they’re hardly ever open
Marlon Anderson: I've been coming here for months buying the deal that's advertised on the fridge door. I've had issues with their systems changing and not recognizing their own deals but they do their best to keep their word. I'm very thankful and pleased because they seem to address any issues, unlike 7 eleven up the street towards downtown. I just hope they keep the labbats at 3 for $5! With that, I don't mind paying a little extra for my gas because Shell is known to have better quality fuel, if you do your research you'll see why, but sadly I guess I'll just have to find another place to fuel my car and my belly when the deal ends.

You say you’re open 24 hours but never open when I stop by. I will be going somewhere else that I know is truly open 24/7. Christina Watkins: Yesterday while visiting this location I was given poor customer service by a girl (with purple and silver hair not sure what color it was supposed to be) behind the counter she was clearly racist and she had a attitude with us from the moment we walked in. My boyfriend asked her could he see what a pint and half a pint looked like and she walked over grabbed half a pint and when he asked her again to see the other one she then got loud and caught a attitude breathing hard and say Oh My Goodness. Then she kept saying do you have id which is normal but it was the way she said it and I showed her my Id but she didn’t have on a mask and no gloves so I refused to let her touch it she then started to yell put it on the counter. I put my id on the counter and I asked her why are you acting like this is a clam nice voice and she ignored me. The girl was so mad she couldn’t even read my Id and I had to tell her multiple times my date of birth. She then got mad because she put all of my items in one thin bag and I told her to double bag it which she had a problem with and as I was reaching for the bag to do it myself she then pushed my items which she is lucky nothing hit me because I would be pressing charges for assault. I know she was being racist because there was a white women behind us who she didn’t treat like that only us.
Lucas: This is a pretty nice gas station. Great selection of all kinds of snacks, food, drinks, alcohol, etc. The bathrooms are clean, but it is only a single person restroom. Very close to the Michigan stadium.
Thomas Roelofs: Avoid LIquor Store. The sign outside says prices at state minimum. Bought a 750 Beefeater Gin and then found out later that I paid $2 over the state minimum. Flat out lying and false advertising.

Cassandra: For those looking to add air to your tires after the minimum temperature on November 3, 2019 shot down to 27 degrees Fahrenheit – DO NOT attempt to add air to your tires at this location. After I spent over $9 on the air pump which lacked any indication that it was broken despite taking my money, I ultimately gave up on the prospect of adding air to my tires once I saw two other people attempt to add air to theirs (unsuccessfully) and drive away. I was able to add gas to my vehicle but I had to go elsewhere to add air to my tires. I am hoping that management will see this review and mark the air pump as broken instead of siphoning small change away from unknowing customers.

GNS: This has been my go-to gas station for nearly two years. It can be crowded and somewhat messy, but the prices are good.Today though, I was overcharged. My car has a 23-gallon tank and I pulled in with 6-7 gallons in the tank. The pump was exceptionally slow (took app. 10 minutes to fill) and claims to have dispensed 21.7 gallons. I know my car well and this is simply not possible. I have contacted BP customer service and am awaiting their response.

Tony Emerson: Price is excellent, but place gets crowded and fender benders are common. No bathrooms for the public. Staff gets tired and cranky with the overwhelming traffic. A few cents more and you can avoid the problems. If it’s all about price, then this is the place for you.

Matt Postiff: This station is often busy. I like to give it my business not only because it is near where I work but also because they often had good prices the last two years. Sometimes I wish the car wash was still operational.One tip...if you pull in from Washtenaw and end up facing north when you pump gas, you can drive straight out the back of the gas station. Just go around the right side of the building like you are going to the car wash and continue past the car wash and make a quick left to get out to Washtenaw via the old Arby's, or go straight and it will take you to Glenwood where you can turn left and get to the light at Washtenaw.
