Hyatt Place Ann Arbor: what do users think?
John Morris: Stayed at this great hotel while visiting the University of Michigan. Excellent value for the price: spotless room with very comfortable beds, friendly staff, free breakfast and beautiful lobby! Convenient location just off I-94. This is my go-to hotel when visiting beautiful Ann Arbor in the future!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Royal House Media: This place is nice. It’s in a good location not far from The University of Michigan. Breakfast was on point, gym was good and staff was cool.
Dolly D: Love this Hyatt. The location is central to all major attractions, the staff is very professional, courteous and helpful and the rooms are clean. One of my favorite locations!
Rachel S: Highly disappointed with the way the sales team handled my room block for my wedding. If you are having your wedding in Chelsea & thinking about using this hotel I would steer away. Unresolved issues with both Richard Letko and Erin Hill. Ended up having to get a block at a completely different hotel to accommodate all guests. People in sales very unfriendly and uncaring. I will say the property was very clean and people at front desk were super nice...but that would not be enough to make me come back & stay here.
Yoon Choi: The hotel was fairly new so the rooms were very clean and modern. There is a fitness center and a swimming pool on the first floor that are very spacious, as well as a bar in the lobby.I took out a star off Service because the front desk was less responsive compared to other hotels of the same grade. For example, I was told that they provide housekeeping only upon request. However, a housekeeper barged into my colleague's room when he was in the restroom when he didn't request the service. When I told the front desk about it to make sure they don't do that again, they were quite indifferent. They just said 'Okay. I will take a note.' and that was it.Overall, I recommend the hotel.
Stacy Thunder Camara: One of my favorite hotels in the Ann Arbor area! Love staying there but my next visit I am staying somewhere else due to them raising the rooms from $180 to $604…yes it’s Graduation weekend…Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Hayley Braun: We couldn’t be happier to have chosen Hyatt Place Ann Arbor as our wedding hotel. Nearly all of our wedding guests stayed there as well, and the first-floor breakfast/bar/restaurant/lounge area was the perfect place for us to see everyone and relax and chat. All our guests were really grateful for the free and really delicious breakfast that was included with the room and the rooms themselves were really nice too! We were also so happy that the hotel shuttle was able to transport a lot of our guests to our wedding venue. The staff was also super kind and were nice enough to give my fiancé and I a little wedding gift bag when we arrived. We will definitely be staying here for all our future Ann Arbor visits!
Rebecca Webb: Very nice hotel, the view from our room was nice, the staff were very friendly and we loved that they offered breakfast in the morning. Very good selection of food. We got burgers from the bar in the hotel and they were delicious as well! Also very convenient that it's right across the street from the mall.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Zach Kuhn: Great room, tons of amenities, excellent service.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Derek Getman: We enjoyed our stay! Clean and comfortable rooms with decent accomodations throughout the hotel. Note the pool is pretty cold (but the room it's in is warm).
Vishnu Thankachan: I have stayed at Hyatt place's across the country and this is by far the best Hyatt Place. Brand new infrastructure with great service.Rooms: New rooms.
Kevin Gardner: Very nice location. The road out front is a bit squirrelly to get around but once you figure it out, it's not too bad. The rooms are superb with Chromecast on the TV units so you can stream whatever you want. They actually have good shower shampoo, conditioner and body wash! Overall super clean. Service could be a little better but the staff are friendly and do a good job overall.

Graduate Ann Arbor: what do users think?
joshua tsai: Great place to stay
Michelle Erikson: DO NOT STAY HERE. Terrible/non-existent customer service. Loud rooms. Low quality rooms. This past weekend my husband and I stayed Saturday night. Our room on the third floor seemed fine at first, albeit dark. I soon noticed the floors were dirty and there was hair all over the two small area rugs next to the bed. The bathroom is also oddly designed in such a way that you cannot close the “salon style” doors from the inside of the bathroom (how dumb).I was looking forward to getting a good nights sleep in the comfy bed, however the room has absolutely ZERO sound proofing or insulation and there was a TV on and blasting sound LITERALLY all night long. I never really got to sleep. The TV was still blasting when housekeeping woke us up the next morning to ask when we were checking out (more on that later). We finally called down to the front desk in the middle of the night to complain about the TV noise and while they said they would contact the room, they never did. We never heard them come to the room nor the phone ring in the adjacent room. And the TV noise never stopped. To make matters worse, the next morning around 9:30am, housekeeping knocks to ask what time we are checking out. I was confused and asked to confirm that checkout was 11am and we were planning to check out by 11am and she confirmed yes, check out was 11 or 12. A 4-star hotel should not bother guests before the checkout time! When checking out I very nicely (when asked how my stay was) shared the part about the bathroom doors and loud tv with the woman and the front desk and she didn’t even apologize.I was looking forward to this iconic Ann Arbor hotel, but I certainly won’t ever be returning and I don’t recommend you stay here either.
Sheila Ritchie: Great people to work with :)
Josh Goodman: A nice hotel styled after the UM Law Library that is a short walk to campus/downtown. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Wifi signal was strong in my room and conference rooms. Parking is limited to valet for $30 a day.Walkability: Very walkable to downtown and campus.
Nutri Steph: Loved the retro vibe and that they are pet friendly wow!! Just a perfect place to enjoy and rest with my little puppy she was so welcome. The view from the bedroom was awesome.I’m very happy to know this place and the friendly service and front desk people.

Rebekah Duhaime: Pros: beautiful aesthetics, absolutely wonderful valets, and nice front desk staff.Cons: elevators shake and make loud sounds like they’re about to break, you aren’t made aware at check-in where to park if not using the valet, marks, scuffs, and stains on the walls, cheap looking plastic drop ceiling in the bathroom, dirty windows, no microwave, and scratchy sheets and blankets.
Maura S: I loved the vibe of this hotel when I looked at it online and was not disappointed. visually beautiful, and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Their restaurant suggestion was fabulous and we had a beautiful night. I had an issue and Lexi the front desk manager took excellent care of us, truly outstanding customer service. Beautiful place, excellent location. The coffee shop was excellent and the bar was just stunning and such a great place to relax. overall a major treat and great location.
Carrie M Gordon: Shyiyn was one of our valets and took excellent care of our luggage and vehicle. The weather was cold and windy. So glad for warm accommodations so close to campusWalkability: Close to campus 😀Food & drinks: Enjoyed a glass of wine in the bar in the evening
jkgmoss: Great lobby for hanging out. — long library table or upholstered seating areas. Small coffee shop right in lobby. Or walking distance to Zingerman’s. Super convenient to campus.Rooms are nicely decorated — sophisticated, slightly kitschy college theme. Love the toiletry products. Comfortable mattress.

Gino Gisondo: Room was nice. Location is great. You can basically walk anywhere in downtown Ann Arbor. It was insanely dry, but most hotels are. Main pitfall was that the shower didn't drain. Very common problem in hotels, but it always sucks and makes the stay way less enjoyable.Rooms: Very spacious. Beds not yet ruined by years of use or over weight guests. Clean.Walkability: Extremely walkable
Patrick Martin: Parking here is a pain to fine and then the parking lot is $28 a night which gets really expensive when you want to spend a weekend hereRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Tonya Owens: House keeping once a week. And no room service. Breakfast wasn't so goodRooms: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5 …More
DY Lin: This hotel is ideally situated to explore downtown Ann Arbor & access the university. Everywhere we needed to go was within walking distance. The property was extremely clean and well maintained (one of my pet peeves is slow drains in hotels, but that was not a problem here). One small improvement would be the lighting in the rooms - overall, the lighting is quite dim & cast an unpleasant institutional glow in the rooms. The building is kept at a comfortable temperature, so there was no need to use the in-room heater (i.e., made for a quieter night & better sleep). The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and quick to award the benefits associated with membership status. (Thank you, Walter!) Would definitely stay here again.
Edward Zamora: Great experience, Love to stay here again...
Chris Trechter: Pretty average hotel experience. Room was clean but had terrible sound insulation and could only be boiling hot or freezing cold. Can't expect much more from your average American hotel chain these days.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5 …More

Janna Zielke: We love this hotel! The staff are very friendly, the rooms are comfortable for any length of stay, and the fitness room is great. We always stay here when in town - location is AMAZING and you can walk anywhere downtown Ann Arbor. I wish it was less expensive but due to size of room and location, it is still worth it. We tried a cheaper airbnb apartment nearby and it was just not the same, and of course you can stay somewhere not downtown for much cheaper but then you have to uber. Definitely recommend this place!
Bill Bickel: Extremely happy with my arrival and the service of the front desk. I needed extra blankets due to special circumstances and I had them in 60 seconds. I hsd some additional requests out of the ordinary and Steve at the front desk treated me like he knew me my whole life. He was authentic and helpful and efficient and after the long 24 hours I had, this was very much a welcome atmosphere.
Mary Lemmer: I’ve stayed here several times and always had a good experience! Great customer service and high quality rooms!
Cindy Warber: We went to Ann Arbor for a girl's weekend with shopping and a comedy show. Everything was within walking distance. The suite was perfect, and breakfast was very delicious and had a great variety.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Clare Dewhurst: Overall a good experience, however we needed to check out a day early because my son got sick. Nobody was available at the front desk and I waited for 15 minutes for them to return. Finally housekeeping saw me waiting and called for the desk person but they couldn't find him. They called him and he rudely said I'm busy checking rooms and you can tell her she still has to pay for the night because it's after noon. I already knew that I would be expected to pay for the second night I was just giving the courtesy so that they could possibly get the room turned around that day. There was absolutely no need for the rudeness.
Justin Preston: Staff was great! Location is great! Pool was green🤔. Hot tub is no longer there😐. handicapped pool lift did not work... or even have a remote to control it. Carpet was duct taped together at the seams on the 1st and 2nd floor that I saw🙄. It seems like every hotel in the area took out the hot tub to make room for a fitness center. Still trying to find a decent family friendly hotel to stay at near the children's hospital. And also the breakfast served in jail I'm sure is better than the breakfast served here.

Check-in was fast and easy, the room was clean and well-appointed with everything I could need, the bed was extremely comfortable, and each person working the front-desk was knowledgeable and friendly. I especially appreciated the late check-out and the fitness center. Sometimes the little things add up to a great stay, and that’s definitely the case here! As a Hilton Diamond member, I was very pleased with my stay. Great work everyone.

Jan Baer: We were here for 3 nights, attending our nephew's graduation from University of Michigan. We felt the rooms were overpriced $420 per night for a basic hotel room. The included breakfast was very average and the elevator was out for a day. None of the fitness equipment worked in the gym, every piece of equipment was broken except for one which was the 50 lb dumbbell 🙄 The only good thing for the bar where we were able to order a pizza which was delicious! The kids staying at the hotel seem to be enjoying the pool.We are loyal Hilton members so next time we'll stay with them.

Amy Ko: I came for a week long visit to the University of Michigan. The room had a bed and was quiet, and the Wi-Fi was solid, but those were the only upsides. There were many downsides:- The bus line that stops nearby only comes every 30-60 minutes. There were no side walks to get to the bus, no shelter during rain. The Spin scooters don’t make it this far out.- The shower wouldn’t drain and the staff wouldn’t fix it- Housekeeping sometimes wouldn’t come, or wouldn’t restock basic things like toilet paper- When checking out, they’re computers didn’t work. It took 10 minutes while I was trying to leave for the airport.- People are rarely at the front desk, so you have to shout to some back room to get their attention.- My key card stopped working twice during the week.- The room was moldy, aggravating my allergies- The lights were dim- There was no makeup mirrorI wouldn’t recommend it unless you need a very cheap stay and have a car.
John McQue: I just happened to grow up less than a mile from here, it used to be a Holiday Inn, and was in such old and used shape they were going to renew it entire place but decided to just sell it rather than put the money to renew the place. Make this place the last resort if you have to stay here during game season's.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Carl Idler: We were there for an event and we're so busy taking care of things. The night we came back into our hotel room. We found mold exposed wires paint coming off the ceiling and when we went to the desk they said well you can leave or get a new room and the Hotel was booked so we couldn't get another room so they basically told us we had to leave. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in we were there from April 17th to 19th Our event was ruined by this hotel and it's staff You would think working for Hotel chain they would have more respect And not treat you like trash my Recommendation for anybody that stays there not to stay They don't Care about their guests nor care about their health
randy weldon: From the time we checked in until we checked out, this place was a disappointment. They said they were overbooked and had to put us in the tower rooms. This resulted in a $40 per night upcharge. I was able to talk with management and get the upcharge removed. The air in the room didn't work. We had a dinner with a group. The ribs were so tough you couldn't eat them. The pool closes at 10pm. They come in a 9pm and turn off the heater for the whirlpool. Several locations had bugs and we found bugs swimming in the apple juice at breakfast. The breakfast eggs and sausage were cold. Although we saw maids, our room was not serviced, but it was obvious that eating breakfast was more important to the maid staff as 10am every morning you could find them at the breakfast area.I will nor stay here again and recommend the same to anyone considering this establishment.Rooms: Rooms were being remodeled and they were still putting people in these rooms. Plaster was falling off ceilings, no hot water in several rooms, and outdated look everywhere.Food & drinks: Ribs were so tough, you couldn't eat them. We were supposed to have tea, water, and coffee which none were offered. Had to use the cash bar instead. Breakfast buffet was poor. Hot food cold and bugs in food and apple juice.

jimi adams: Showing its age. Time for some serious renovations.Apparently management here thinks it necessary to defend a surface-only renovation that layered updates on top of an aged building. For example, the tv screens in the bathroom mirrors are clearly a recent addition. But the poorly draining showers that literally leaked into the room, and the extremely loud an inefficient cooling/hearing system don't appear to have been touched when they redid things. When you only improve the veneer, the old bits that still show through are just that much more noticeable. (I.e., yes, I am sure I'm reviewing the right hotel.)Nearby activities: super convenient to campusWalkability: super convenient to campus

Deborah Matlovsky: The Bell Tower Hotel is a real jewel---cozy and stylish without being too stuffy. The service here is terrific. We had a couple of hiccups upon arrival, but the manager, Tyler, addressed them quickly and could not have been more understanding or helpful. The other front desk staff, from Ann to Martin to Joseph---were equally wonderful. Housekeeping, headed by the Betty, was amazingly well-run and very accomodating. The rooms, while small, are very comfortable and stylish with beds that are so comfy-- it makes getting out of them quite challenging and pillows that are so soft and fluffy that you’re certain you’re floating on air. Our stay at the Bell Tower was stellar in all respects, save, perhaps, that it was too short. We can’t wait to return.PS: I should also mention that the hotel is perfectly located---within walking distance to everything on campus.
Dylan French: My family stayed here from 10/1-3/22 and 10/6-9/2, and I'm pretty sure 2-3 other times before Covid, but I don't remember those visits as well. Our experience at the Bell Tower Hotel last October was fantastic! Most of the staff members were extremely friendly, and the views were great too! Each room has a small dish of candies, and the lobby sometimes has cookies out on a plate. Also, it's within five minutes (walking distance) of the Diag, the M Den, Nickels Arcade, and lots of restaurants. The hotel has valet because there aren't many parking spots. It's the best hotel in the city!Rooms: The rooms were spacious, all with a TV or two, a bathroom, a mini fridge, and a candy dish. There was a queen bed and a sofabed.Nearby activities: You can walk to the Diag, the M Den, Nickels Arcade, and much more!Walkability: The Bell Tower Hotel is a great place to stay if you want to walk around the central campus. Very walkable!
Valerie Daggett: This hotels best asset is it's central location to downtown. King suite is very small but the balcony & bar area is a bonus. We rented a room to celebrate our graduate from U of M - and they helped get everything set up. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable - and we had guests from 20 to 80 year olds. Everyone walked away saying if we come back - we will stay here again!
S. Nelson: This is not a Hilton so temper your expectations. It is a 75 year old hotel so the room was not huge. But, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good and the service was on point. We have not been in a small room like that since we stayed in a hotel in Bisbee AZ that was over 100 years old. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay in the heart of town this is a great place with many places near enough to get entertained or to eat. We will be going back.

Weber's Boutique Hotel: what do users think?
Johnny 5: Luxury? No. Everything closes early. Extremely rude staff. No food options whatsoever after 830. 4 staff members refused to seat our party at 820 while they stood around and talked. Took a drink at the bar and immediately the bar closed at about 9pm as well. All patrons were asked to sign their checks and leave. Rude. Kids are allowed to scream and run amok in the poolside area, however, any well mannered teenagers are immediately kicked out of the pool area itself, even if just sitting quietly. Pool itself is entirely empty and unused, so not sure why this is an issue, however they are rude about that as well. No directions on how to get to room given at check in. Or on where to park. I would consider this a $70 at best hotel. Totally unimpressive. Do not recommend.

Rebekah Delmotte: Such a beautiful hotel! The suites are amazing and love that all the mirrors have Bluetooth built in!
Wei Xu: Very clean and friendly staffs. But please fix the mini fridge in room 306. Still deserve a 5 star.
Mike Giles: Rooms: Great 👍Food & drinks: Out standing 💪
Timothy Bowman: Food & drinks: We only came here to eat at the restaurant in which we have always enjoyed. They have high quality steaks, prime rib and seafood, all of which are always prepared with excellence. They have good seafood/pasta dishes and the desserts are fantastic. The service has always been excellent. It's pricey if you indulge in drinks, appetizers, dinner and desserts, but whatever you order you will enjoy it.
Sheila James: I only ate in the restaurant.Food & drinks: The food was delicious and I got dessert for free. It was my birthday.

BRANDON CAREY: Had to pay a $5/night parking charge for dinner "maintenance we have planned". Elevator has been out of order for a long time. I stay at Hampton Inns a lot but not at this one again... The one on the other end of town is at least functional...Rooms: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Harold Figgins: Please note that the local Manager is charging a 5 dollar parking fee on top of your room fee.Noteworthy details: Hidden parking fee!

Jenny Zaruba: I generally like Hamptons but this facility was fairly run down. The good: pretty quiet, decent staff, nice breakfast area. The bad: this place really needs a reno. Everything is old, outdated, and dirty. Lots of creaks, weird stains, and holes in the hallway ceilings. Most notably, the shower did not have hot water which is what drove me to write this review. Overpriced for the value given. Find another place to stay.
Dennis Douglas: Rooms are always clean, breakfast is good and services with a smileRooms: Clean and the beds are comfortable everything you need for a good stayFood & drinks: Breakfast is good and they have plenty of juices and coffee and etc.
Katie Berhent: Checked in to an untouched room- soda cans blankets towels on the floor. Only one elevator works but is a little sketchy. Ice machine broken on our floor, and they charge 5 bucks a night for parking.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Mandi Horning: Rooms were nice and clean, the shower pressure for being at a hotel was really good! All the workers were very nice. A very special shout out to Laura though, she was so friendly and helpful!Good breakfast in the morning as well. If there was any area that could be improved it would be the gym area.
Jeff Raymond: Showed up with confirmation number, and proof that I had paid for the room. They did not give me my room and forced me to do a bunch of digging around online. They also made me negotiate with the booking website. Unprofessional and a bunch of hassle. I do not recommend this hotel for business or any other type of travel.
Rahul Deshmukh: Broken place, rooms and surroundings are in a dilapidated condition. They don't even offer you water, if not diamond or gold member. Micro sized toiletries, not even sufficient for one person. Will not be staying here in the future.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Elsie Chappell: Breakfast was fine (I didn't know they could slide bacon so thin, but you can take as much as you want)
kim sarver: Our room was run down which is fine but way overpriced and extremely dirty. It was disgusting. There were other people's things left behind on the floor and they were there when we checked in. If the room was cleaned, these items would have been found. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. We would not even shower there.Rooms: Run down and dirty.

Erin Murray: Rooms were clean, odd setup but comfy. Beds very comfortable and surprisingly actually had hot water. Could hear neighboring rooms easily through walls. Elevators were jumpy and made a lot of noise, got worse through the stay. No hot tub but pool was nice. Breakfast was not included and not good, do not recommend. Go get fast food. Didn't try lunch or dinner but it did say kids eat free with adult purchase. Side doors to parking lots were all broken and there were a lot of people wandering the parking lot that were clearly not staying in the hotel.Safety: Lots of people in the lot that were clearly not staying at the hotel. Broken exterior doors that key cards did not work on the staff failed to inform but were aware were broken and not working.
Monicka Butzin: Sweet little place. The staff was super friendly, the room was inviting and comfortable, the food was good, and the location was great. Will def be back!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Charlene Armstrong: Nice great stay.
Robert Mooney: They have clean rooms, offer no breakfast thats not paid for. We are gold members and told we have to pay for breakfast. Go next door to Quality suites, same rooms, free breakfast. Paid for 2 rooms, one week and will NEVER stay here again...Rooms: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Some Guy: Overpriced and neglected
Ibrahim Osman: Rooms & Suites are available. The rooms & place in general are clean. Excellent comfortable king beds. Easy & close by Highway, shopping centers & restaurants. Easy & close by Michigan University sports stadiums.Rooms: Spacious suitesNearby activities: Shopping, stadiums, restaurants.
Victor Johnson: We stayed here for 3 nights. We had great service from everyone that worked there! We had some issues checking in because we went through Priceline. But the staff made sure we were taken care of for our inconvenience. The food at the breakfast bar was good and the prices were reasonable. We would recommend staying here and will again if we need to stay in the area again. Again, the entire staff was excellent!!
Heather Murray: I booked a room for 1/15/23. I arrived to check in and was told by the girl working the front desk told me I did not have a room, she only looked it up by my name, not by the reservation number. I was told there were no other rooms and no manager on duty. I called the next day to find out why I didn’t have a room, the guy I spoke to on the phone was very dismissive, he transferred me to the manager’s voicemail, who has never called me back. Thankfully the Courtyard Marriott next door had a room, which ended up being a suite that he gave us a great deal on.
Shane Wilson: Wonderful stay, extremely clean room, tons of space, and I absolutely took advantage of the jacuzzi tub in room.
Dan Gunter: Overall quite a nice place with easy check in and good parking close to one of the several entries to the building. Some small oddities like that the electric sockets built into the desk on the far side of the room from the doorway are turned on and off by the switch for the light back in the doorway! That took some figuring out. The bottom of the bathtub is oddly angled and some of the switch covers are screwed firmly into place but crooked. And, like so many places, the pillows were quite soft though it was very easy to get more until they were closer to a reasonable firmness. Somehow we missed that there was not the usual included breakfast but rather a small breakfast counter where you could order and pay from a limited menu. This was someone balanced by the surprise that there was also a full bar available to either drink at or take back to your room. Friendly helpful staff, clean well-kept accommodations, no concerns with all the basics. Just these sort of fit and finish quibbles.
tom nugent: Check in always takes ridiculously long. Rooms are subpar and outdated for the price. Wish there was a drury inn nearby as both the holiday inn and holiday inn express around here are trash.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More

Helena Ruiz: Food & drinks: I recently had the pleasure of visiting with a friend, and I have to say, I have zero complaints. The food was pretty good and the drinks were great! What really stood out to me was the incredible service provided by our bartender, Jamie.First off, let's talk about the food. We ordered a couple dishes to share, and every single one was delicious! The appetizers were crispy and flavorful, and the entrees were cooked perfectly! I especially enjoyed the burger, which was juicy and piled high with toppings. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty meal. Now, on to the drinks. The bar had a great selection, but what really impressed me were the cocktails made by our bartender, Jamie. She took the time to ask us about our preferences and made some fantastic drinks based on our tastes. I tried a few different cocktails throughout the night, and each one was better than the last. I particularly enjoyed the spicy margarita she made, just the right amount of kick! But what really made our night was Jamie herself. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in, and she had us laughing and chatting throughout the night. She was attentive without being overbearing, and she made sure that both my friend and I were having a great time. Her good energy was infectious, and I can honestly say that she made our night even more memorable.Overall, I would definitely recommend this little bar to anyone looking for great food, fantastic drinks, and amazing service. And if you're lucky enough to have Jamie as your bartender, you're in for a real treat!
Carrie Hill: Clean rooms; small. Common spaces were nice.Nearby activities: Briarwood mall is adjacent.Food & drinks: Breakfast is very expensive.
