Kim Batchelor: I'm pretty picky when it comes to Mediterranean food because I grew up eating that type of food homemade so I'm always a little wary going into a new place but WOW 10/10 tastes just like my aunt made it. The bubba was nice and smokey and the wrap had a nice crunch and was well seasoned. Also a good deal amount of food for a reasonable price. If you dont go for the side then you can easily get out for under 10 dollars and still be full. As it is I now have leftovers (exciting!) I think this place just became my new comfort food place for whenever I'm missing the taste of home. Also, the gentleman at the register was very nice and the food came out very promptly! :)Vegetarian options: Got the eggplant wrap and it was so good. Also they have a whole section on the menu labeled with veggie options.

Artem: No complaints. My tawook and tabbouli wrap was delicious, the chicken was cooked well and was tender, and the gentleman behind the register was incredibly nice. The price was pretty reasonable too, all things considered. I'm upset it took me so long to finally eat here.

Fey Fishy: -Expensive-Tasty wraps-Abysmal, tiny portions-Disinterested, distracted employeesFood was good, but as you can see very little food for $91. Small baba ganoush costs $4 and literally was just a sauce cup worth. Rice was $5 and wasn't impressive size wise and wasn't even garnished. The largest portion of food was the fattoush salad.I ordered my food over 2 hours early for pickup at 4:15, I had to wait 17 minutes for it to be ready with only two other customers eating in the store. I'm all for employees to be comfortable at work(they had earbuds in), but they were talking with family/off the clock employee behind the counter. Didn't apologize for my wait, and if I hadn't checked through my order then they would have let me walk out without two $6 drinks. They were pretty uninterested and distracted. Upgraded my drinks for free($1 value) but didn't apologize for forgetting them in the first place.This place is best for takeout-lunch, look somewhere else if you want decent service, or fair food portions for money. Inside of the restaurant is pretty boring looking and undecorated, wouldn't suggest dining in.Parking: Few parking spaces in front of restaurant, in a very awkward spot.

Jami A: This 1-star review is based purely on the taste of my chicken shawarma sandwich... it was abysmal. Even my toddler refused to eat it, and chicken shawarma is one of his favorite treats. This sandwich’s chicken tasted like dead animal. There was only a smidge of garlic to hide the taste. Absolutely nauseating. Two other quick observations: 1) I was told my order would take 10 minutes, but it took 30, and 2) only one sandwich was made; I’d ordered two.

Sulaf Al-Tamimi: Zamaan cafe is a must try for authentic Persian/middle eastern food. The food is a 10/10 and the ambience is very relaxing and cozy. Perfect little lunch escape from a busy day at work. Customer service is also exceptional!

Blake Horn: The food is wonderful..really top notch...but the main reason we drive here rather than places closer to us is Hoda. She is such a wonderful, courteous, and tough lady(MAKE SURE YOU DONT WASTE FOOD!) that we genuinely enjoy coming just for our experiences with her. We have little ones and she is great with them. I swear if those food serving robots force her to leave we wouldn't be back on principle alone. The human experience here is unmatched elsewhere and pairing that with the awesome food...Palm Palace on Carpenter is the best offering for Mediterranean around!

Pamela Bennett: We went in to have dinner for our second time on Sunday 8-21. We got Hoda as our server again. Very cheerful and efficient with fulfilling all of our service needs. E J: The palace itself, the food and most notably our server Hoda, made this one of the most memorable and enjoyable meals of my life. The flavors of Lebanon brought me back to my childhood, the grape leaves were perfect. The chicken shawarma phenomenal. Ask to be seated in Hoda’s section. You’ll feel like you’re at your aunt’s house getting stuffed as plate after plate of delicious food is brought to you. Amazing 10/10
