Ellinor Linnea: Kind, helpful associates, who are great at selling a quality product without feeling pressured to buy. Will always come back when I need ergonomic shoes. And the expensive insoles completely fixed my uncomfortable heels, saving a $300 pair of shoes!
Alisa Antonelli: I went today just to see if there were sandals I might be interested in. The salesman was very polite and intuitive. He brought out the ones I was looking at and then another suggestion he thought might work. It totally worked and was a much better fit for me and my style.He also helped me find a pair of shoes and was deftly switching between me and other customers. He gave great service to all and was very good with add on suggestions of socks and special care sprays for the shoes.I highly recommend this store for the excellent customer service and fantastic selection.

Pamela Ortner: I can’t sing enough praises about Kelton, who was my salesperson and who I later learned is the manager of the Ann Arbor store. Kelton took his time with me and was respectful of this older woman; remaining patient while I tried on and walked around In several different makes and styles of shoes. They have the best brands, Birkenstock, Dansko and Aetrex among others. Good prices as well!

I was helped by two associates who were very friendly and professional, one of whom had only been there a day, but knew a lot about the shoes I was getting. Very happy with the service and the shoes, and was even more thrilled when I later found out that the company is employee owned. Will definitely come back here in the future.

T. J. Shaw: 100% satisfied and I will definitely shop here again. We stopped in at random because it was a brand new store. My 12 year old daughter had birthday cash to blow and suddenly decided she wanted some Birkenstocks. The associate sat her down and carefully sized both of her feet. When my daughter told her what style she liked, the associate came back with a few different brands of similar style. My daughter fell in love with a pair and low and behold they were on sale and only cost $33. I was very impressed that they recognized the situation and did the best thing for the customer, all on their own. That kind of service is rare these days and very much appreciated.

Jodi Wallo: I had an amazing experience at Mast Shoes today! For starters, I brought an older pair of good-as-new black Naot shoes that I thought had become too big. My wonderful salesperson William, showed me that the inner sole from the Naot's is actually an orthotic & the problem is I was wearing my orthotic on top of it. Whoops! Afterward, I chose to look for a versatile pair of "brownish" shoes. I ended up choosing another pair of Naot's, a gorgeous soft leather low boot. I love them! Thank you William & Mast Shoes for a wonderful shoe buying experience!

Gabi Mulder: Their website and some reviews claim that they carry a wide range of shoes in terms of size and width. Going in person, I did not find this to be true. Finding shoes that fit me is such a struggle that we drove an hour just to come here because of the claim that they carry wide width shoes. However, the selection of wide width shoes they do carry is extremely limited. I was able to try on a total of three shoes, none of which were what I came here for and only one pair fit. Overall, incredibly disappointing. Staff were nice but not helpful.ETA: the shoes I was looking for were a pair of dress boots

Chris Helms: My son and I visited Mast shoes on 12/16. We were warmly greeted by Christa as we were looking for a type of boot for my son as he was involved in a horrific work accident over the summer. He was recently given the ok to start walking and his orthopedic surgeon recommended a taller shoe/boot for additional support and Mast was recommended to us. We were extremely pleased at the knowledge and helpfulness that Christs had with us. My 19 year old son was just as pleased as I was with the pair of boots that was suggested to us. Rebecca Emanuelsen: This is a wonderful shoe store. I have wide, flat feet that require good arch support, and Mast Shoes carries many brands that cater to this need. Also, I recently purchased a pair of fashionable waterproof boots for the winter that not only fit my wide feet but also accommodated a wider calf. I have not been able to find boots like this for years!In addition, the staff members are friendly and the service is great. They measure your feet and help fit the shoes.

Donna Mimikos: If you want to engage in this business know what you are getting for the cost. I was fitted for ready made inserts and told the charge would be $1500.00. I bartered for a partial package of one pair of inserts which also was quoted at $650 again said too much. They then offered them to me for $500. At this point I did purchase them but while driving home felt extreme buyers remorse. Called the store and spoke with the owner who was extremely rude and refused to give me a refund. I had only had the inserts in procession for two hours. After a most disgusting conversation with the owner he offered me a $200 discount. In whole this was a miserable experience with the owner. I would advise anyone considering this establishment to know all the details and costs of these items. Shop other places and ask around. You will find there are better, more reasonable options and certainly more professional exchanges with owners.
Catherine McAran: As an avid runner, with some plantar fasciitis / foot pain, I went there with high hopes, and bought them for $16 thinking I had 90 days to return. They really hurt my whole body, feet, ankles, knees, hip, back. I tried to return them after 2 days, they made me wait, so waited 2 more, following instructions. My condition only worsened. The whole right leg. I had to take a week off of running, see an ortho specialist, and have still not fully recovered. So after 4 days of following instructions, I received only half of my money back which I think is very unfair.

Jeff Moore: I am on my feet all day and walk around 10K steps just for work. My feet gotten so bad that I could barely walk by lunchtime. I met Doug and Shelly at the Plymouth Art Fair about 5 weeks ago. They fitted and got me the support I needed. At least 75% of my foot pain is gone now. I am grateful for that. I visited the Plymouth store today to be refitted for a higher arch support. I believe their products work and I'm confident that 100% of my foot pain will be gone. UPDATE 3-14-23. I upgraded to the next stiffer support after two months for no charge. This gave me the additional support needed to relieve the remainder of pain. I have been 100% pain free for months now. These are really helping me. Thanks !!

Trisha McCoy: My husband suffered a foot injury two years ago and has been in extreme pain ever since. 2 surgeries, a skin graft, broke toe, bunion and heel spur is what we were dealing with. We went in today and after walking down the hall he was in tears, but tears of joy! For the first time in 2.5 years he walked with minimal pain. Shelly was super nice, informative, and caring. I spoke with the owner over the phone a few days ago as we had to reschedule our original appointment because my husband was in too much pain that day. He was very understanding and nice. Definitely recommend!!!

Ordered another pair and accidentally sent it to the wrong address and called them and they fixed it immediately with so much kindness! Unfortunately they called and said my item was out of stock and I said no problem. They said they would put me on the notification list if they got some in stock. The next day they got them in stock and they called me to inform me and we got them ordered! Each employee that I spoke to had so much kindness and patience! Paul is the one name I remember and there was another employee that helped me! Thank you so much! Kari Hofmann: Informative about the product itself. But when it comes to being hands on like an "old fashioned full service" shoe store they did not check out where your toe is etc. We had to ask. New shoe buyers won't know what to check for a proper fit. It was college kids working the day we went so I'm guessing that's just part of the way things are now.

Andy Urbaniak: Not much for customer service. I have been wearing Red wings for over 30 years and this was my first warranty issue. I stopped in the store and asked the salesman what I needed to do to get a claim going. The boots were only 3 months old and a safety toe was coming loose and this is the store I purchased them at.He said I should look on the internet to try and find a redwing national phone number because he was busy. I asked him if he could give me a number and he said to check Google. I then asked to speak with a manager and he told me there was no need for that because the manger was just going to tell me the same thing. I finally found a number online and explained my situation and told them about my store experience. Red wing USA handled it immediately with first class service. I sent them in and received a new pair 3 days later. I will take my business elsewhere in the future to get my Red Wings

Scott Ward: Stay away from buying anything from here. I bought some Irish Setter from here that just hurt my feet and back. Went to return and was told they have a no return policy on this brand no matter if they don't meet the customers satisfaction. I was never told this when I purchased. Wore them once.
Matthew Burch: These guys went above and beyond there call of duty. They helped me custom fit my boots to my weird feet shape and got me back to walking on sunshine. 10/10 I would recommend stepping up you’re boot game with these professionals.

They did not have the boot, but could order for me - I called ahead for a specific reason. That reason, was to ensure what I desired, was available for purchase.Yes people make mistakes. That aside, my time and fuel have a value. The employees lack of effort (ensuring the product was available) resulted in a loss for myself. In return, this store lost a guaranteed sale and return customer .I left two stars, as I have made two successful purchases in the past. Now that I know exactly what I wish to purchase, I will purchase online. Will more than likely receive faster, and no time or fuel expended.I would like to thank the store employee, for my experience today. You have saved me time and money in the future. I would also like to sympathize with the franchise owner, and to all small business owners. I know the difficulty of finding dependable, quality workers. In these difficult times, every missed opportunity, impacts your ability to remain in business. I wish your location all the best for the future.

Marcella Araiza: I dropped off my husband's boots yesterday to be cleaned. Having major pregnancy brain i told my husband I think the gentleman said to just bring in the ticket tomorrow. I had him call this morning to double check since he would be over that way and we didn't want the employees to feel like we were rushing them. My husband called to get an idea of the time they would be ready. An employee named Joe answered and said" I literally just turned on the open sign." We weren't trying to hassle anyone we just had wanted to ask. I feel that was extremely inappropriate. Very disappointed with customer service.
Travis Adenau: I had a great experience here, the staff member who helped me had an expert knowledge of the brand and their current offerings. He was kind, knowledgeable, and patient. One of my feet is a bit larger than the other and this can sometimes make shopping for shoes agonizing, he brought out four different pairs and did a great job describing how the boots should fit.

Dean Hellerud: The staff was not very friendly was like they did not wish to be there. While it is a pandemic I realize that it is hard to keep up with need but only 4 designs in my size and only 1 was steel toe. Staff did not seem to know return policy or warranties. The store however was very nice a bit hard to get in and out of the parking but very nice well kept also.

CT Fulton: My advice to new patients is to make sure the clinic has run the prescription for your orthotic/prosthetic through your insurance BEFORE going in to the fitting (do not assume that they will have done this already). If they have not, you will have no idea of the cost and you will be on the phone with your insurance company most of the appointment trying to figure it out.If you can't get the clinic to run it through the insurance before the appointment at least speak to your insurance company before going in because if you decide not to take the orthotic/prosthetic at the fitting, the clinic will charge you $52 anyway for filling the appointment slot even though the fitter didn’t really do anything.
Colleen Crouch: If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. First, the technician told me that they could not give me a Playmaker knee brace because I was already wearing one...I was wearing a T-scope. I had to google a picture of the playmaker knee brace as well as show her the "BREG T-Scope" label on my current brace. She was going to send me home without a knee brace at all. After ten minutes of arguing, she finally realized I was correct. Then she fitted me with the wrong knee brace which I mentioned to her that it did not feel right, and she said it was supposed to feel that way. At my next PT appointment, it was confirmed that the knee place was incorrect: wrong size, wrong length, even wrong type of Playmaker. Now I am stuck with the wrong brace, and may have to pay out of pocket for a new (correct) brace upwards of $850. The pricing is quite a scam too: they pay a licensing fee to get their logo on the brace. Do not go here especially if you are going to see Janice Powers! Medsport is much more qualified, helpful, courteous, respectful..the list goes on.
Q. L.: I wasn't able to be seen because the front desk told me I could walk-in for an appointment any time that day. Unfortunately, traffic was pretty bad so I got there with about 15 minutes to spare. The receptionist noted I only left 5 minutes and put in the system then told me I would not be able to be seen. While there the other front desk staff were discussing how it is okay to steal items from someone who is dead.
Renae Peterson: terrible, rude office staff and people who answer the phone, uneducated... and do not know anything about any of the patients needs..... Poor customer service

Darius Buckley: The receptionist was quite rude. When she didn't hear me she responded with "WHAT" instead of "excuse me" in a professional way. Her name was Jenny, I still gave it a few stars because I have yet to see the rest of staff but if Jenny was any indicator of how the staff is I will be back with another review
RODNEY ROYAL: 1 of the hospitals I've been to "and I've been to many hospitals".The only reason I didn't give 5 starts is because it's a teaching hospital so sometimes you have to deal with kids trying to learn how to be a doctors

Curt Schuler: We just adopted a 10 year old without legs. These guys are GREAT. They were very nice and helpful. They are working with us to figure out what is the best fit for our son and what type of prosthesis he should get. They even tried to adjust his old ones that are falling apart so he can keep using them until his new ones are ready. This was the best experience I have ever had with any medical facility ever!
Aaron Cooper: I have been waiting 2 months for my sons bnb's because of how slow this place is and he relapsed because of it, and they could care less, please stay away, you dont have to go their, find another place
Michael Draper: I recently took my 82 year old mother to this center for foot and ankle pain. The people there could not have been nicer. The receptionist was very courteous and the doctor was exceptional. He took his time explained what he was doing and what needed to be done. He was very gentle and very knowledgeable of the problem she was having, as well as, what needed to be done. He prescribed a set of orthotics for her. The female technician that made the casts of her feet was also very gentle, kind and considerate. She went way out of her way to make sure that the fit would be correct and comfortable. Les J: Rude receptionist by the name of Sabrina, I believe, makes it sound like they are doing you a favor. Must fax script to them for an appointment. She stated they would get back within 2 days. Its been a week now.Everywhere else I've been at UM Health System has been professional and first rate. Not this branch:(
