I've only worn em at inside events n only a few times. Shoes are in great condition. Im never buying Jordan's again n im never shopping at footlocker again. Especially the annarbor Briarwood mall footlocker

Laurie Smith: Gone are the days when you can go to Foot Locker to get knowledge and advice about athletic shoes. I asked for a shoe that has extra arch support, if there was a brand that was known for that. The young gentleman who worked there said "this is a nice shoe" and showed me one on the wall right next to us. I said "Ok, thanks." I walked across the aisle and realized he had shown me a man's shoe. I started looking in the woman's section, and he happened to be right next to me a few moments later. I asked him if the shoe he had just shown me was for men. "Oh, yes... did you want a women's shoe?" Well yes, in fact I did, because I am a female. I again asked if he had a shoe that had more arch support and got the same answer - "This is a nice shoe" and he motioned to the one that happened to be next to us on the wall. I felt inside that shoe and commented that it felt pretty flat inside, like it didn't have much arch support. I again asked for a brand with more arch support. He stammered and didn't really say anything. He didn't offer to find someone who could help me. I came on a mission to buy shoes today, and left disappointed in my experience at Foot Locker.

I had to ask. They informed me that the second is 50% off but they failed to inform me that the clearance is excluded while I’ll keep shopping gentlemen B informed me that I cannot keep stocking the boxes at the register and and I have to get bags and carry them with me which didn’t make sense to me so I asked him why and he said you should carry them with you in bags that we provide I told him that I’m already at five boxes and I’m still shopping. It doesn’t make sense to carry all of this along for no reason he mumbled OK just after he wasted my time.I want to continue my shopping, but after a minute, I couldn’t shake that out of my mind, and just in case They work on commission, I don’t want to give them any bonus, so I stopped and went to check out the gentleman A failed to invite me to join the club which is I’m already a member of. He told me my total and I asked him to enter my email and phone number and after he did I got another $30 discount. So his unprofessional behavior was actually gonna cost me money if I wasn’t aware of system overall very bad experience send them back to training

After the factI quit working there do to MAC Counter Department I didn’t receive proper training. I was just thrown in , I was told using an old cashier register was enough training for me . Over all once I called today to Macys I spoke with a lady who was ABSOLUTELY the only person who treated me with kindness and not say mean things behind my back because I asked for help. I was so glad to hear her voice Ms. Diane o lord Ms. YOUNG WAS ABSOLUTELY NICE AND KIND AS WELL . But over all I just want my GRATIS AWARD that’s the only reason I called . I will let the world know if Macys does right by me and give me my stuff . I will keep you posted thanks. Corporate office ask me to let them know how it goes as well. They told me to contact Ann Arbor 1st and get back to them with the reply they give me because corporate hates the fact of how everything went.

Tyrone Johnson: Most Macy's are always a nice and nostalgic visit for me. First, they have nice things, very modern and attractive. But also because, when my German wife and I lived in Dearborn a long time ago, we used to go to Macy's just to stroll and enjoy seeing the nice things, most of which we could not afford. Then when our first child was born we'd always go to the top floor of Hudsons afterwards for a lovely smooth yogurt ice-cream. Nice memories for me. So, I enjoy most Macy's shopping stores. And, I usually find a good deal and something unusual.. This time too.
