Grumpy Dragon: This is the only Walgreens I'll ever go to. Why? Because of Matthew! He is the kindest person ever and very knowledgeable. I appreciate that. Also, I might add that the cashier Larry was most helpful and very courteous. This place not only meets my expectations, it exceeds them wonderfully.
Feroze: My doctor sent a 90 days prescription for schedule II medication to the pharmacy.Without informing me at all, they just filled 30 days. When I called later and asked why this was only filled for 30 days they told me the insurance would only pay for 30 days and I can pick up the rest next month.When I come to pick up the rest I am now told partial filling voids the entire prescription for schedule II medications.The employees here are irresponsible and do not care about the patients it has been proven to me.Look at this situation think about it, they knowingly partially fill it and don't tell the customer. Then when I call later that day they tell me my insurance only covered 30 days and I can get rest next month. Then they tell me the prescription has been voided.This is pure carelessness and disregard for patients well being. I am deeply saddened by this pharmacy and the way they treat their patients without any care for their well being. The amount of stress anxiety and sadness they have caused me hurts me greatly.
Eris Beltran: This Walgreens needs to train it's employees to read IDs in multiple languages. Not all legal US IDs are exclusively in English. Why was a client requested a US passport for ID when they were carrying a US Real-ID license with them?

heather stevenson: I was extremely frustrated with this pharmacy. I was extremely weak and dizzy that day. I checked Google and it said it was open. I called before I left home to confirm that all three of my prescriptions were ready for pickup and no one answered even though I called twice. The third time I called, I spoke with one of the cashiers from the lower level and they immediately transferred me to pharmacy without even giving me the chance to say that I already selected that option and no one answered. There is no drive-thru which is common in Ann Arbor but I went to pick up my prescription and there was construction on the road in front of the pharmacy so all the parking was blocked off and unusable (not their fault) so I had to park a few blocks or so away and walk there. I get there and they have a sign on the pharmacy security gate saying that they are out for lunch and will be back 40 minutes later. That is completely unacceptable to me in the healthcare industry. I was exceedingly ill, had to park my car, walk there, find a sign saying they were gone, walk back to my car, sit there for twenty minutes and then walk there and back to my vehicle again. Additionally, I had a prescription for Tamiflu and they didn’t have it in stock and couldn’t get it until the next day which isn’t unreasonable but had someone been there and answered one of my calls they could have told me and I wouldn’t have wasted that trip. You have multiple people working in that department, yes it’s nice to all grab lunch together but when it boils down to peoples health and safety when their ill or in pain, you rotate your lunch shifts, not leave the counter and phone unattended in the afternoon.

SwagRight Show: Prices are sometimes twice what walgreens.com advertises and what they sell items for at other stores. Items listed in stock online are often not in stock in store. The store is almost always short staffed or only one person as a cashier. If your black be prepared to be followed if they are fully staffed

My cousin from the other side of the State was in the hospital and her wife was there supporting her and needed her medications to allow her to function at a level that she could support my cousin. The pharmacy worked with equal portions of diligence, efficiency, integrity and compassion. So thankful that this store is here to support in this way! --- Also, the store had a huge selection, was well laid out and exceptionally organized.

Colleen Kim: Pharmacy techs keep you waiting and waiting and if there is any issue at all, they are extremely unhelpful. Surprisingly the Ypsi Walgreen pharmacy never has these problems. I was so sorry the doctor sent it to this store by accident. I will never come back here.
Chelsea Hanson: This pharmacy is the worst I've ever been to. It's constantly slow (15-30+ minute to even begin to have someone speak to you) and they are constantly rude when people express their concerns. If they are short staffed, it needs to be remedied to be able to appropriately support customers.
SwagRight Show: Doctor sent my script over on Thursday and I didn't have time to pick it up until Saturday because of my work hours and they still don't have it filled. they tried to tell me to come back in a few hours. I understand you're short staffed but just neglecting to fill prescriptions then asking to further inconvenience me just is not acceptable. It's really not that hard to have someone put 50 pills in two bottles while I wait as they did when I refused to leave and come back.
Elise Witmer: Not to be dramatic but this Walgreens Pharmacy really saved my butt. I found out I urgently needed to start a course of antibiotics 1.5 hours before I had to leave the state. I called the pharmacy and explained the situation, and they were able to fill it within five minutes. Thank you!!!!

Ann S: Would not recommend this pharmacy. They gave me the wrong vaccine and when asked what they would do differently to ensure this wouldn’t happen again to someone else, the pharmacist was unable to give an example of something actionable that they would do to prevent it. All they did was give me the 1-800 number to leave a complaint. This is certainly a huge concern given different vaccines have different compounds in it and not all of them are appropriate for certain individuals. Medical care is too important for this lack of attention to detail.

Manja Holland: The pharmacy at this location is absolutely horrible. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY! They routinely do not have prescriptions ready even after they text or call to indicate that they have been filled. My most recent experience is that after 15 minutes of waiting at the counter (after my prescriptions were supposedly filled), they let me know that they did not have either of the drugs in stock! I then found a new pharmacy that has the drugs in stock and they will not cooperate with them to transfer the prescriptions. I have had to call both of my doctors offices to have the prescriptions re-sent to the new pharmacy. This is terrible customer service and the staff are extremely rude and lack basic pharmacy knowledge and skills. I am hoping to save others from similar pain and struggle with this store.

The ladies room had no toilet paper, urine was all over the seat and the floor needed to be swept. The men's room had a broken paper towel dispenser. When walking around the store passed several employees without getting offered assistance. Went to the front to pay didn't get a greeted just a "I will ring you on this one", as the cashier followed us up to the register after breaking away from her conversation with 2 other male coworkers at the photo counter. Kinda lacking in service.

Jacqui Blue: This is my neighborhood pharmacy and I happen to know they close at 10:00 p.m. I rushed there knowing that they would close soon but that I could make it and walked up to the doors that were locked at 9:55 p.m.(which was plenty of time to grab a bottled water and self-check out). I was told the doors lock at 9:50pm because the employees need to be leaving by 10:00 p.m. and this was by a manager through the glass door. The sign should say 9:50 p.m. then not 10:00 p.m. Super unprofessional, rude, and I will no longer be shopping there ever.

I was relieved to arrive before closing although it was only about 5 minutes. They took my prescription and wrote up a pharmacy order and then said, you can pick it up tomorrow - we are now closed. The pharmacist had already packed up and was standing waiting for the clock to strike 6pm to bolt out the door. I explained that i was in pain and needed to start taking medicine. There was no apology, no desire to help at all. Just brought down the shade/gate instead. TERRIBLE customer service!!! The pharmacy was still open when I arrived - why take the prescription if you are not planning to fill it. The reason they took it was they could not say they were closed for another 5 minutes - so then they wait until after 6pm and say - oops now were are closed - you'll have to come back tomorrow. Open means open until you're closed. FIND ANOTHER PHARMACY!!!!! The team has no interest in helping their customers - just doing the absolute minimum to collect a check - not even that! Am sure Walgreen's would not appreciate that team's work ethic. Try another chain until corporate wakes up to how they treat people! AVOID AVOID AVOID

David Dang: I ordered a store pick up order to be delivered to this Walgreen's location for detergent a few months ago. When I arrived, I was told "the item has already been picked up by you." This was untrue. I never picked up the item, and I haven't been to this Walgreen's store for months.The person that I spoke to continued to state that I already picked up this order and began to insinuate that I'm lying/frauding or words to that effect. I eventually told them to just check the security cameras to see that I was never at the store. At this point, the person that I spoke to had a change in tone and said something to the effect of "As a one time exception, we will give you the order AGAIN, but we can't do this for you AGAIN in the future" (passive aggressively insinuating that I already picked up the order when I haven't).This was a really negative and frustrating experience for me and they essentially accused me of stealing repeatedly. Not only was it offensive, but a complete waste of my time for a $3.50 order.On another occasion (prior to the above incident), I ordered another store pick up item and received an email stating it was available for pick up. I arrived at the store and was told the item was not available for pick up and has been canceled.Overall, I've just had terrible experiences with this Walgreen's location.
Mackenzie Smith: This is now the 5th month out of the last 6th that this location has been out of stock of one of my medications resulting in me going days without it. I'm not able to refill the prescription any sooner and I can only get one month at a time, so this has resulted in a lapse in my medication FIVE TIMES in the last six months. The longest lasted nearly 10 days and I was experiencing withdrawal symptoms for the last week of it. There are so many medications with dangerous side effects if stopped abruptly, not to mention the underlying conditions left unaddressed for which the medications are prescribed. This is plain negligence and I'm never able to get clear answers from the staff as to what is going on and what my options are. There was even an incident last month where I was told it was out of stock, and when I pressed the pharmacist (not tech) about this happening every time I try to fill the prescription, he somehow went into the back and found some. Walgreens is a large chain with buckets of money and there is no excuse for a systemic failure of this kind.
Alexis Foos: Today 2/27/2022 I went into Walgreens at 5:50pm to pick up a prescription for my daughter. The pharmacy hours are clearly stated that they are open until 6:00pm. When I walked back, the pharmacy was closed. I then talked to Al who I assume is the store manager, and he told me that the pharmacist could only work until 4:00pm. My daughter has seizures, and her script is HIGHLY controlled so her insurance only gives us exactly enough and we can only fill it when we are basically out. Al today me I was out of luck, and there was nothing I could do to get this life saving medication for my daughter. I understand there are staffing issues in the world, but I can’t help but think about other families AND adults who are on medications that if they don’t receive them, it could kill them. My daughter is 5 and doesn’t understand. Hire a pharmacist who can work the pharmacy hours, and get a manager who AT THE VERY LEAST can be sympathetic to situations instead of blowing people off. He didn’t even apologize. Do better Walgreens.

It's convenient and, some of the staff are respectful but, the rest of them either need to learn how to respect ALL customers including regular customers.Either treat everyone the same way or not at all. This isn't the kind of business where you get to pick and, choose who you're nice to and, who you get to treat like trash or outright ignore when you say hi to them.Be careful when you shop there because you just might get no greeting when you walk in.

There's no reason I had to sit there for 10 minutes or more when I'm literally the only person there. They simply don't care anymore. Avoid this cvs at all costs.

Micah Warschausky: Arrived at 9:25pm to find it is closed, despite hours saying open on website and Google. This is a pharmacy - people are relying on you. Update your Google and website hours to reflect the true hours of operation then reply to my review and I will be happy to change it. Also check expiration dates on supplements and medicines - many expired on shelves. I understand there is a worker shortage: pay your people more to attract and retain workers. Again, the community is relying on you.
M W: Parking lot and lights need to be fixed, too dark at night, which creates an unsafe vibe in the evening. Fix the pot holes in the parking. The Tom's deodorant is too expensive(over 9.00 with tax) compared to other retailers in the area. The pharmacy techs are always nice and helpful. Calling to speak to the pharmacy been on hold over an hour, call dropped, recalled the pharmacy still on hold. Why doesn't anybody answer the phone in the pharmacy today. Over an hour and 36 minutes, for my call to be answered. Pay your pharmacist more money, and get them more help at this store, to answer the phones for your paying customers 😠
Zach Basler: I've been waiting an hour (and counting) in the drive through to take my COVID test. But I've almost finished the last season of What We Do in the Shadows so it hasn't been a complete waste. Highly recommend the show. This CVS, not so much.
Aurora Vesper: Don’t go here on Thursday during the day if you’re not white. Lady running the drive through will not be safe or provide good care. Pushed my test swab up against a dirty window and then made me reach into the box full of COVID samples to reclean my test bag. I’m literally going to have to get another test to deal with the unnecessary exposure she subjected me to for the sake of her own ego. Please protect yourselves.
Carlota: Cashier was super friendly, but staff in white coat was extremely rude to not only customers but his coworkers. Also very long wait time for prescription
Abigail Cash: Pharmacy somewhat understaffed but stocked alright and they are doing their best - wait times high between 4-5pm and sometimes on weekends. Pretty low stocked shelves but normally have the basics. They do passport photos if you can find a clerk. Just do self-check out, then you won’t wait long. Overall not a great establishment but there is worse out there.

Jonathan Chaiken: Least efficient and least knowledgeable pharmacy technician working the window at 12:30 PM 1/12/2022. Arrogant and obnoxious. Couldn’t read my birthdate off of my ID, which is a an Active Duty military ID, so she threatened me by saying “I’ll take you name off of the list.” Barely qualified to run a cash register let alone push a COVID test kit through a window.
dominic stefani: Went their for a covid test. Had an appointment, got turned down because of some technology issue on their end that "can only be fixed over night". They didn't try to reschedule or anything. Inconvenienced me, wasted my time & gas going there. Won't be back at that CVS or any CVS for that matter again.
Joe Devera: Went in today and they don't have cashiers working anymore. You get to ring your own stuff up. Awesome if you're an employee and get a 10 or 25% discount but if you're a normal person why should you have to do their job?
Abood Ramadan: It is worth driving a couple extra miles to go to another CVS or even Walgreens and not to bother visiting this one, I live across the street from this one and I always drive to any other CVS after the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy. When you’re sick and need your prescription filled you don’t want those jerks to work on it for you because they keep on complaining that they are busy and don’t have the time to help you.
David Van Dijcke: Got a drive-thru COVID test in the afternoon. The pharmacist was very helpful and friendly and the results came back around midnight the next day.
Raleigh S: The pharmacy staff, especially Rohit, as well as the front check-out staff, Moses, in particular, are who keep me and my family returning to this store. They are helpful, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Best customer service and consistent staffing I have encountered at many stores in decades.

Danielle Banos: I have been going to this CVS for two years and my experience has been a phenomenal experience with the pharmacy and with the employees. The pharmacist Will goes above and beyond, and will educate me regarding my prescriptions. Will is the most kindest person in the world. We are very lucky to have Will as our pharmacist and ANN ARBOR.
Gail Reyer: I still haven't heard from anyone in corporate or from the manager regarding how horribly the pharmacist, Will treated me.
Aimee Stumler: Unpleasant experience. Pharmacist was was not sympathetic to another customers situation. Just be nice.
Amy Berg: Will, the pharmacist was very rude to a customer today. He was not helpful at all and outright mean to her. I am going to tell everyone I know not to come to this store as long as they let these things happen. People come there to try and feel better, but she left feeling worse than when she arrived. He is in the wrong business.

This is the second time he’s been rude to me for no reason and of course he apologized that I took it that way because he’s not a really rude person but if you look at the reviews, he obviously is, he wouldn’t let me use the bathroom. Your customers are in annoyance. You need to get a different job. I told him that I would go to a different pharmacy and he said well I hope you get better service there.

Dan Lim: Do not use this store at all cost for any prescription orders. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and careless with customer's prescription orders. Told that my prescription will be ready on Friday b4 6pm (order was placed on Thursday morning and when I called to confirm around 5:45pm Friday, I was told that maybe it's 50/50 that they would even get it on Monday. Wow....They could've told me to call around other pharmacies to see if they carry the medication before 5pm. I would have been able to call my doctor and change the pick up location. Extremely unprofessional. It's a Money grabbing store (that's all the pharmacist cares). Now I am sick and I don't have my medication till Monday (and that's 50/50 at best).Will never use this place ever again.
Amber Fargo: They close the pharmacy with a paper sign in the pharmacy window regardless of store hours. The self checkout malfunctions and there’s never anyone at the registers. One of the absolute worse pharmacies in A2.
AJ: I went online and arranged an appointment for both the Covid vaccine and a flu shot at this CVS. From the moment I arrived the pharmacist treated me terribly for no apparent reason. It took him over twenty minutes on the computer to find the records he needed. He clearly did not know to access the appropriate records.He wanted to charge me for the flu shot which I knew was covered by my insurance. It was only upon my insistence that he kept checking and finally and very nastily agreed that it was covered.At this point I was so put off by his terrible manners that I told him I was canceling the requested vaccines. Who wants to receive shots from a disgruntled nasty pharmacist? I told him I was going to Costco and he stated that he didn’t care where I went!Well as luck would have it, I was able to get an appointment at Costco later that afternoon (yesterday). When I arrived there the paperwork had already been printed and I was treated professionally and respectfully. Do not go to CVS for any of your pharmacy needs! Try Costco instead.

Angela Stier: I'm visiting from Florida and, as an asthmatic, have been struggling with the cold and low humidity. It is especially hard to breathe and the dryness means I'm constantly drinking water. I had my Dr call in a rescue inhaler to this pharmacy, only to arrive and find that they close at 5 PM on the weekend. There are no hours posted to know otherwise. I'm not happy at all and up here for a wedding so don't have time to switch pharmacies as this was on the way to the reception.Annoyed and having difficulty breathing. Please update your hours.

M Tong: This is the best Cvs that ever existed! Lemme explain: just moved north from Georgia and I’d gotten sick as a dog. Cold from hell. Not covid. I got tested. Anyway, we were in the midst of moving all our doctors and medications from Atlanta to Ann Arbor. This is not something you want to try to do when you feel terrible. I wasn’t nice or patient with anybody, but the Pharmacy people here were so kind and patient and helped me out so much. When there was an issue with my insurance for one of my meds that I had run out of, they found a discount card that saved me over $100. Seriously. Best people. Thank you to the whole pharmacy team for being absolutely amazing people to me and my husband!
Eva Gouin-Davis: I DO NOT recommend using this store as your pharmacy. The pharmacy staff (with the exception of one male pharmacist and one female tech) is deliberately unhelpful and rude, every single time i visit, without fail. take your business somewhere else and save yourself being treated like trash by your pharmacist.
Heide: Slowest CVS pharmacy I’ve ever been to. 3 times I’ve had to wait 20+ minutes on a script ordered over 24 hours beforehand. I’ll order them somewhere else. The pharmacist told me it would be ready the night before and I told her I would come in the next day. Next day at noon it is not ready.
Josh Guberman: The pharmacy staff are great. Some of the retail staff don't wear masks, though. One employee, in particular, always seems to have their mask around their neck as they stock shelves and/or move around the store. It's incredibly disappointing
