R Joseph: Outstanding service with Becca ( Rebecca) I needed extra help finding a product for my cat's. Becca was able to handle answering the phone. She handled all the customers who stopped her along the way as she tried to show me where the item was on the shelf. She is an outstanding employee. This is the best customer experience I've had in retail in years! Excellent service from Becca. I highly recommend shopping at this CVS.Also, this is my favorite place for perscriptions. Always ready and on-time. Once a medication was so expensive the pharmacist helped me find a cheaper place for it.I get all my regular perscriptions filled here. Excellent service.

Ali Fleih: A+ pharmacy. The CVS Pharmacy branch on S. State Street is an excellent place to fill your prescriptions. The staff are welcoming and helpful, and they make sure you get the best possible service. The store is always clean and organized, and the pharmacists are knowledgeable and efficient. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for my prescriptions, and the prices are fair. The MinuteClinic on the second floor is also a great resource for quick and convenient medical care. Finally, the store is conveniently located near many other shops and restaurants, so you can easily make a day of it. I highly recommend this pharmacy for anyone in the area! They helped me out a lot and made my day, and one way to show my gratitude is by this review.

Paul: Had a work emergency (healthcare related) at the time of my scheduled TB test read...I called to see if the clinic could accommodate within the 48-72 hour time frame and they were unable to see me unless it was a scheduled appointment. A TB test takes about 15 seconds.
Max Herzog: I mean it's a CVS. It does in a pinch but if you are expecting great deals and awesome service why are you at CVS? Things are pretty overpriced, but again - it does in a pinch. With the Target now next door I imagine myself visiting this place less and less.

Emily Daum: Not the best customer service. Brought disposable cameras in to be developed and was told that I will be notified when they're ready in the next 2 weeks. One month later, no answer. I email them and get no response. Another month passes by with no response or update on the status so I call them. When I called them, I was told that "they don't notify when orders are in" when I was specifically told that they do. Then when he checked for my order, they said that the photos could not be located. This took 3 months after I brought the cameras in.

Rob Murphy: The absolute worst! Run, don't walk away from this pharmacy. Two days to fill a script, filled it wrong twice and then said we had to pick it up someplace else but WOULD NOT TELL US WHERE. Now insurance wont let us get it fill someplace else. Meanwhile my kid just keeps getting worse!!!!

Danielle Banos: I have been going to this CVS for two years and my experience has been a phenomenal experience with the pharmacy and with the employees. The pharmacist Will goes above and beyond, and will educate me regarding my prescriptions. Will is the most kindest person in the world. We are very lucky to have Will as our pharmacist and ANN ARBOR.
Gail Reyer: I still haven't heard from anyone in corporate or from the manager regarding how horribly the pharmacist, Will treated me.
Aimee Stumler: Unpleasant experience. Pharmacist was was not sympathetic to another customers situation. Just be nice.

Dan Lim: Do not use this store at all cost for any prescription orders. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and careless with customer's prescription orders. Told that my prescription will be ready on Friday b4 6pm (order was placed on Thursday morning and when I called to confirm around 5:45pm Friday, I was told that maybe it's 50/50 that they would even get it on Monday. Wow....They could've told me to call around other pharmacies to see if they carry the medication before 5pm. I would have been able to call my doctor and change the pick up location. Extremely unprofessional. It's a Money grabbing store (that's all the pharmacist cares). Now I am sick and I don't have my medication till Monday (and that's 50/50 at best).Will never use this place ever again.

AJ: I went online and arranged an appointment for both the Covid vaccine and a flu shot at this CVS. From the moment I arrived the pharmacist treated me terribly for no apparent reason. It took him over twenty minutes on the computer to find the records he needed. He clearly did not know to access the appropriate records.He wanted to charge me for the flu shot which I knew was covered by my insurance. It was only upon my insistence that he kept checking and finally and very nastily agreed that it was covered.At this point I was so put off by his terrible manners that I told him I was canceling the requested vaccines. Who wants to receive shots from a disgruntled nasty pharmacist? I told him I was going to Costco and he stated that he didn’t care where I went!Well as luck would have it, I was able to get an appointment at Costco later that afternoon (yesterday). When I arrived there the paperwork had already been printed and I was treated professionally and respectfully. Do not go to CVS for any of your pharmacy needs! Try Costco instead.

Angela Stier: I'm visiting from Florida and, as an asthmatic, have been struggling with the cold and low humidity. It is especially hard to breathe and the dryness means I'm constantly drinking water. I had my Dr call in a rescue inhaler to this pharmacy, only to arrive and find that they close at 5 PM on the weekend. There are no hours posted to know otherwise. I'm not happy at all and up here for a wedding so don't have time to switch pharmacies as this was on the way to the reception.Annoyed and having difficulty breathing. Please update your hours.

M Tong: This is the best Cvs that ever existed! Lemme explain: just moved north from Georgia and I’d gotten sick as a dog. Cold from hell. Not covid. I got tested. Anyway, we were in the midst of moving all our doctors and medications from Atlanta to Ann Arbor. This is not something you want to try to do when you feel terrible. I wasn’t nice or patient with anybody, but the Pharmacy people here were so kind and patient and helped me out so much. When there was an issue with my insurance for one of my meds that I had run out of, they found a discount card that saved me over $100. Seriously. Best people. Thank you to the whole pharmacy team for being absolutely amazing people to me and my husband!

The pharmacy staff (with the exception of one male pharmacist and one female tech) is deliberately unhelpful and rude, every single time i visit, without fail. take your business somewhere else and save yourself being treated like trash by your pharmacist.
Heide: Slowest CVS pharmacy I’ve ever been to. 3 times I’ve had to wait 20+ minutes on a script ordered over 24 hours beforehand. I’ll order them somewhere else. The pharmacist told me it would be ready the night before and I told her I would come in the next day. Next day at noon it is not ready.
Josh Guberman: The pharmacy staff are great. Some of the retail staff don't wear masks, though. One employee, in particular, always seems to have their mask around their neck as they stock shelves and/or move around the store. It's incredibly disappointing

Bill Marr: There's a few good things about this location. It's convenient and, some of the staff are respectful but, the rest of them either need to learn how to respect ALL customers including regular customers.Either treat everyone the same way or not at all. This isn't the kind of business where you get to pick and, choose who you're nice to and, who you get to treat like trash or outright ignore when you say hi to them.Be careful when you shop there because you just might get no greeting when you walk in.

kris miller: I'm not sure who was running the pharmacy the day I stopped by but he didn't even look like he worked in the pharmacy after taking my info to get the meds he took 6 straight minutes of that time to run around and put boxes and other random things away, he refused to see if my hsa card could cover the purchase of one of my meds, tried to give me needles that were 2 inches bigger than what I doctor prescribed and was just flat out rude and had no idea what he was doing. There's no reason I had to sit there for 10 minutes or more when I'm literally the only person there. They simply don't care anymore. Avoid this cvs at all costs.

Micah Warschausky: Arrived at 9:25pm to find it is closed, despite hours saying open on website and Google. This is a pharmacy - people are relying on you. Update your Google and website hours to reflect the true hours of operation then reply to my review and I will be happy to change it. Also check expiration dates on supplements and medicines - many expired on shelves. I understand there is a worker shortage: pay your people more to attract and retain workers. Again, the community is relying on you.
M W: Parking lot and lights need to be fixed, too dark at night, which creates an unsafe vibe in the evening. Fix the pot holes in the parking. The Tom's deodorant is too expensive(over 9.00 with tax) compared to other retailers in the area. The pharmacy techs are always nice and helpful. Calling to speak to the pharmacy been on hold over an hour, call dropped, recalled the pharmacy still on hold. Why doesn't anybody answer the phone in the pharmacy today. Over an hour and 36 minutes, for my call to be answered. Pay your pharmacist more money, and get them more help at this store, to answer the phones for your paying customers 😠
Zach Basler: I've been waiting an hour (and counting) in the drive through to take my COVID test. But I've almost finished the last season of What We Do in the Shadows so it hasn't been a complete waste. Highly recommend the show. This CVS, not so much.
Aurora Vesper: Don’t go here on Thursday during the day if you’re not white. Lady running the drive through will not be safe or provide good care. Pushed my test swab up against a dirty window and then made me reach into the box full of COVID samples to reclean my test bag. I’m literally going to have to get another test to deal with the unnecessary exposure she subjected me to for the sake of her own ego. Please protect yourselves.

Pretty low stocked shelves but normally have the basics. They do passport photos if you can find a clerk. Just do self-check out, then you won’t wait long. Overall not a great establishment but there is worse out there.

Couldn’t read my birthdate off of my ID, which is a an Active Duty military ID, so she threatened me by saying “I’ll take you name off of the list.” Barely qualified to run a cash register let alone push a COVID test kit through a window.

They didn't try to reschedule or anything. Inconvenienced me, wasted my time & gas going there. Won't be back at that CVS or any CVS for that matter again.

Abood Ramadan: It is worth driving a couple extra miles to go to another CVS or even Walgreens and not to bother visiting this one, I live across the street from this one and I always drive to any other CVS after the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy. When you’re sick and need your prescription filled you don’t want those jerks to work on it for you because they keep on complaining that they are busy and don’t have the time to help you.
David Van Dijcke: Got a drive-thru COVID test in the afternoon. The pharmacist was very helpful and friendly and the results came back around midnight the next day.

Theresa T: This is the worst pharmacy in town. No one greets you. You wait for 30+ minutes in drivethru no matter how many cars are in line. When you finally talk to someone they are rude, short, and seem to take pleasure in making you wait. There are also seemingly untrained techs there now who have no idea what is going on. They have to ask a senior tech even the simplest questions causing you to have to wait even longer. Avoid this CVS at all costs.
Andrew Eldridge: This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Came in to pick up a prescription that was supposed to be ready by noon. was told it's not ready and that it would be 15 minuets. I was in a hurry so I said I would come back the following day to get it. came back the next day and was again told it's not ready and that it would be 15 minuets. I told them to just cancel it, I'm going somewhere else.
Denise Merie: Think I’m switching to another pharmacy. 2 months in a row they said they were out of stock of a med I’ve been getting here for years. This time they were late filling it. Then I dropped off 2 scrips for my dog at the drive through - supposed to be ready at 5. Got here - nothing in the computer system. I saw a woman pull them out of a box over near the window. They said they didn’t have my info. My name was on both scrips! I will have waited in 3 lines. The inconvenience the past few months is frustrating.

Kathryn Lavender: I don't usually leave reviews about a negative experience. All I have to say is, they printed my photo book backwards. I spent a good deal of time compiling the thing online and I don't understand why it was wrong. I didnt have time for them to reprint it and asked for a discount/some reimbursement but they only offered to reprint it, which as I told them I didnt have time. I will not be going to this cvs again.
Casey Nowak: They were less than helpful, they were inhumane. I truly felt like they were going out of their way to keep me from getting the medication I rely on to function. I have consulted so many people on the experience I had here, including people who work in pharmacies, and they were all appalled by the way I was treated. Dont work in medicine if you're going to treat everyone like a scammer. Just dont.

This is unacceptable, I have never heard of any pharmacy chain not taking GoodRX until now.If that wasn't enough to give them one star, they also never tell me when my medication is available for pick-up. I always have to call them, the wait on the call is usually at least 10 minutes, it really is a terrible experience here. The only good pharmacy I have found is inconvenient to get to (Walgreens on State Street).
Annie Wilson: The most rude pharmacists of any other CVS in Ann Arbor. They told me my prescription would not be able to be ready on time only to have the automated text tell me hours later to say they didn’t even have it in and would need to order it. I can’t say enough about how rude these people are. Go to the State St CVS. Well worth the trip.
Ausar The Vile: I wouldn't trust this pharmacy with any medication. I'm a tech at a different pharmacy, and I stopped by the pharmacy to ask if Losartan 100/25 was on backorder for them as well. The tech at the register had no idea what I was talking about even after I repeated the question 3 times, so she went to get the pharmacist (didn't check the shelf for it and spent maybe 5 seconds at the computer).I asked the pharmacist the same question, and she flat out told me that what I was asking about didn't exist. I tried again, this time calling it the generic of Hyzaar (I was hoping the brand name would ring a bell). She recognised it, but looked at me like I was stupid and said that the 100/25 combo didn't exist, only the 100/12.5 (which is not true in the slightest, as my own pharmacist confirmed earlier today). It's also worth mentioning this medication is among the top 100 for most commonly prescribed drugs in the country.Condescending, incompetent, and the opposite of knowledgeable. I feel bad for the people who get their meds here.
Kelly Daniel: Several times, this pharmacy has failed to verify my insurance or had incorrect info for my prescription. Today, they couldn’t find my filled prescription. Every time they make an error and it will take a minute, they ask you to get out of line for them to fix it. You then have to wait for them to call you on the intercom, after which they make you stand and wait at the back of the main line again. If they make multiple mistakes, this process repeats every single time.Today, when my prescription couldn’t be found, I stood at the counter for 15 minutes while they looked. They then apologized profusely and asked if they could call me when they find it. Another 20 minutes later, they found it and called my name. When I got back to the register, I made eye contact with the people I had talked to, but they asked for the next person in line, forcing me to get back into the end of a long line. This wasn’t my worst experience at this location by a long shot, but i finally decided to both switch pharmacies and leave a review since there’s something wrong every time I pick up a prescription here.I don’t have time to stand in line multiple times for staff to correct errors that are the fault of an incredibly inefficient process. In my mind, if you’ve already waited in line once, you shouldn’t have to do it again in the same visit. I don’t blame the staff, though, as this is clearly how they handle their workflows from the management level since it’s so consistent. It must be incredibly frustrating to work at this business as well.

Susan Lyons: I have been unable to properly have thr pharmacy get my prescription on time. This has occurred on multiple occasions and affects my health. Today I spoke with the pharmacist named Sally and she was completely unwilling to assist me in getting my medication though I had called a few days ago to remind them to order it. She would not order it so that it would arrive on time.I had my prescription transferred to the State Street store in Ann Arbor and they immediately got my prescription and my medication for me.I will never get any prescriptions or go to the CVS on Stadium again.

Somebody kept losing prescriptions, gave out misinformation regarding injectables, that will turn something easy into multiple phone calls and trips and wasted money. Might want to see if other pharmacies get better reviews. I am going to look around. I want to add this edit, there was one very helpful pharmacy technician working around 9am that assisted me, and has helped me before. I think the key might be to go there early in the morning during weekdays if possible to get the best service.

Coriano Ford: I had a very serious issue with my stomach. There was a rejection that would not allow my med to be filled. The pharmacist Nour fixed it with ease. Her attitude was amazing and comforting in my time of pain. I truly appreciate her and her professionalism!
Stan Wutka: Called in a order to pharmacy said it would be ready in a hour. Said will pick it up in the morning, they said no problem. Went to pick it up, not ready, said they never received it. Said I had to come in and order it. Told them 3 month ago you told us to order it by phone. Be aware next time you phone an order in.

A2 Life: While picking up my prescriptions I realized My doctor forgot to send a RX over and quickly had her send it. Knowing I was there picking up they made me wait another 2 hours to fill the added Rx. No effort was made to prevent me from having to make an additional trip back. Very disappointed

Megan Reimer: Called to have a prescription transferred here and was told they would take care of it. I called the next day to see if it was ready and was told they could not request a prescription from another place and that I would have to call. This resulted in me missing medication that is required daily due to their lack of diligence and communication.
Torin Peck: Didn't honor my 40% off 1 item coupon, despite the item meeting all the terms outlined in the coupon. It was an $89.99 air fryer, not on sale (coupon said couldn't be alcohol, milk, licenses, on sale items, or items over $99.99)...Staff was rude and unhelpful. I hope they never sell that air fryer. I would be willing to come get it again for the 40% off of the $89.99 price if management wants to work with me.
Padmini Inbasekaran: We recently shifted to Annarbor and moved to this Pharmacy. First they filled my 3 month supply but when I came home it was only for 2 months and I had to drive back to fix it. They were not bothered at all. They said it came in a box so they thought there might be 3 packs . I cannot accept this , if I saw it some days later what could I do? Again yesterday my son had an oral surgery and the technician called this pharmacy to fill a prescription by evening , they said they are so busy they can't fill it and asked the Nurse to call 24 hour pharmacy in Bellville which is like far from Annarbor. I really don't like this attitude. Pharmacy is a service industry and I don't see any service minded people in this CVS.
