R. Hiter (Queen of Spades): This place was a spur of the moment decision. Up here from Cincinnati to check out dispensaries and we got hungry 🤭 Super glad we picked Mr. Spots. We ordered wings, both bone in and boneless. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the food was spectacular! Cooked and sauced perfectly. We will be back everytime we come up here! Definitely recommend!

Vigilante One (Vigilante 1): I love this place for their traditional Chinese food, great hot pots and seafood dishes. They also have a large variety of other Asian based dishes.

Olivia Rui: This is a consistently good quality restaurant! The key lies in what you order. My favorite is the Chong qing spicy chicken. The eggplant and tofu and the knife peeled noodles are also good.

Michele Rivette: I ordered the eggplant and tofu and it was good, but I had it delivered, and there was NO RICE included with the entree. It was not obvious during ordering. But, what chinese restaurant doesn't include rice with their entrees? Very disappointing. I called and the women on the other end said you have to order it separately. I went back to the Door Dash order and did not see an obvious choice of rice on the side. Also, got the shrimp shumai. Okay, but no dipping sauce. Overall, there are better choices for Chinese food in Ann Arbor.

Sunnee Thao: Being right next to the U of M, its a nice location to be. Parking is on the street so can be hard to find if it is a busy time. Went at 12 on a Wednesday and there was enough space for us. We dined in and got seated right away with our food being delivered very quickly after placing orders. I got the chicken shawarma with 2 sides, the salad and hummus and 2 falafel patties. The chicken shawarma was soooo good. It came with a yogurt almost tzatziki like sauce and was cool and refreshing to match the amazing seasoned chicken. It was served with some brown rice that was amazingly done (4/5). The salad was refreshing and had some toasted pita bread on it for a crunch and was perfect for the summer heat (4/5). The hummus was one of the best hummus I've ever had, perfect in its taste (5/5). Lastly, the falafel patties, they were a bit crunchy and done on the outside but it was still so good when you get to he flavor in the middle (3.5/5). Lastly, couldn't leave without the dessert, pistachio baklava. This was so delicious and flaky. The amount of sweetness matched with the pistachio saltyness, one if the best baklava I've had (4.5/5). The atmosphere matches the food perfectly and service was friendly, would def visit again!

Stephanie O'Callaghan: Used to go here in college when it was around the block in a tiny space and loved it. First time coming here in its newer space and really enjoyed it! You order at the front counter for take out or dine in and then they give you a number to place on your table. The food came out pretty fast and all the staff was very nice. Was lucky to have nice weather to enjoy the patio! Loved everything I got! Great falafel with hummus and baba ghanoush. Also really enjoyed the lentil soup.

The the fattoush salad and tabbouleh appetizer were exactly the same thing and who puts romaine lettuce in a chicken shawarma? Ella Pace: Made an online order, went in to pick it up and was told the order was never made. Showed the staff the charge on my card and the order receipt and was told it wasn’t their problem. They refused to give me the order and told me to place the same order again (and pay for it again) if I wanted the food. The staff was very rude and dismissive without provocation.

Elif Saglik: Love Jerusalem Garden! If you’re looking for a new restaurant to try, this is the place! Their food is extremely delicious and clearly well-prepped with clean ingredients. Their service is also one of the best I’ve experienced. Their staff is extremely kind, caring, and helpful and after a couple of dinners there, they recognized us easily. 10/10 would recommend. Hasn’t failed me ever.

Anthony Flores: We tried this place on 5/19/2023. Wondered why this place was so dead on a Friday night - one look at their menu prices and we understood. The food is good, but NOT $36 for a personal deep dish pizza, good!! We split a *dinner salad and it was $20!! This place is RIDICULOUSLY over priced already, but then they have the nerve to charge you a 4.5% service fee, when you know that’s DOUBLE what they are paying!! Then to top it off, they actually charge your automatically figured tip on tax AND the service fee, too!!! Talk about double dipping!!! Save your hard earned money and go somewhere honest with good food!!! Will NEVER be back!!!

Went there at around 10:30 on a weeknight and as if the 4.5% "service" fee (that doesn't even to the "service" staff) wasn't bad enough I'm pretty sure they have adjustable menu prices depending on whatever thing they feel like (time of day, events, etc) because a 14" cheese pizza started at OVER $40. My bad for not going to NYPD or something.

Michael J Lambie: As a former college student, I loved Pizza House then and I still love it now. Whenever we're in town for swim meets with the kids, my wife and I make it a point to stop by. The pizza is just as delicious as I remember, and we also love the salads. Plus, they make one of the only milkshakes in the world that my wife actually enjoys! The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. If you're in Ann Arbor, you definitely need to try Pizza House!

Mark Thatcher: Food was great. Dominos on the table are a nice touch, especially for those with young kids. The way they locate customers when bringing out an order could be improved, walking around saying someone's name to find them just isn't very effective in a loud environment and the old building has some great acoustics. A kind of rude college student held a spot in the line in front of us for their friends who jumped in the line after we'd already been waiting for a long time (with two hungry 5 year olds) and then proceeded to all order separately. Common decency is gone but that isn't the restaurants fault. We will go back. Next time we will try lunch in hopes it wont be as busy.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with good customer service by the super nice and kind staff. They went out of their way to make me and my family feel comfortable and welcome, which was a great start to my dining experience.The food was also incredible, with every dish bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. As a college student I was pleasantly surprised to find that the prices were reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food.Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience!!
jime19911: The sweet and sour chicken is good but I recently tried the General Tso chicken today and was grossed out by it. It was slimy and didn’t taste very good. The sweet and sour chicken was much better. The egg roll wasn’t very crunchy or that good both times I’ve been here. The people here are friendly but the food isn’t that good for what you pay and what you get. They need some improvement but they probably don’t care due to their proximity to South U and the high traffic from the students in the area so they’ll get business either way. There’s much better Chinese food in Ann Arbor.

Max Mcdonald: When we arrived we were able to get a table quickly which was nice. Our server Aaron K did not great us at all she started with what do you want to drink. In fact the only reason we knew her name was because it was on the receipt. We ordered 4 appetizers 3 entrees 1 bottle of sake and 1 beer. By the time our entrees arrived the table was so cluttered you couldn’t see the table. not a single plate was taken the entire time. Our server seemed to care more about talking to her friends at the bar than doing her job. The one thing she did was fill our waters … once. I’ve been in the service industry 9 years a manager for 2 years. In any restaurant I’ve ever worked in this would be wildly unacceptable. Hopefully this can help in the training of your staff because this experience is exactly what you should not do in the service industry. We had high hopes for this restaurant and they were unfortunately demolished by poor service. We will not be returning to this restaurant. There are many better options with better service.Dietary restrictions: Aaron K had a complete disregard for the shellfish allergy at our table. When notified about the allergy before ordering she did absolutely nothing to communicate it to the kitchen or food runner. When our apps came out we asked the food runner if any allergy notifications were on the ticket. He said there was not. Proceeded to tell us that there is no shellfish in the restaurant. There is clearly shrimp on the menu.This lack of care for a severe allergy is concerning at least and dangerous at most!

We drank the mediterranean mock mule and blueberry lavender lemonade which were sweetened and tarted to perfection. We had the hummus with fresh warm grilled pita and pickled cucumber for our starter which was very tasty. Our entrées were the black bean wrap and turkey club. Our dessert was the cheesecake with brûlée sauce and berries which was MOUTHWATERING. The atmosphere inside is very modern and bright! And the service was positive and professional, we were helped by Lexi and Katie. Eddy Liew: A "traditional" steak house in every sense. The restaurant is deceptively large owing to them having a 2nd floor for additional seating. Staff is wonderfully attentive and friendly. Our party of 14 was served promptly, and food arrived fairly quickly.Their offerings are what you would expect of a steak house; large portions with lots of protein choices. They do have salad offerings along with "surf" options like crab legs, shrimp cocktail, etc. Their clam chowder have very generous portion of clams, and the crab legs were meaty.
