erin garner: The most relaxing experience in Metro Detroit! I’ve been a client since a good friend sent me here in 2019. The atmosphere is so comforting. I love arriving a few minutes early to remove my shoes and lay back in the lounger waiting chairs and listen to the fountain. I’m always greeted when I walk through the door and when it’s my turn, Andrea & Apolonia come and peacefully wake me from my quick nap and usher me to a chair. After making sure I’m comfortable in the chair, they then place my feet in a perfectly warm bath scented with essential oils. They always ask what area of the body I’m treating today and no matter where I focus , I always feel a difference during and after the session. The cream that they use melts into my feet and has that perfect therapeutic scent (like grandmas lotion). That’s where my review has to end as that’s the last thing I feel before I hear a soft voice calling my name , letting me know time is up. I’ll know I’m successful when I can afford to come to Royal Reflexology daily!!

Every time that goes to a msg box. Left at least 3 messages - No response or call back. Sent email. Nothing. The least they could do is refund me, which is what I will seek. So my advice: Save your money and go somewhere else. Terrible experience. Also, most of other negative reviews sound of having same experience.

Zee Dak: Honestly I’ve never seen a massage spa that’s booked every single time you call , weather it’s a Tuesday morning or a weekend , it’s weird they’re literally always fully booked not even room for one person . Don’t know if they’re just lazy and don’t wanna assist people or if it’s just not meant ? I’ve been calling every day for the last month trying to get a massage and somehow there’s never ever room. Pretty lame, time to take my money elsewhere from now on !

Jennifer Cummings: We stayed at MGM for a girls' night out and then hit Immerse Spa in the morning. Such a great place! Gorgeous facilities, ample room, relaxing vibe; each of us enjoyed our treatments (massage, pedicures, manicure) and left feeling pampered and refreshed. Prices are a bit higher than a strip mall facility, but rightly so and well worth it: the steam room, pool, hot tub, locker rooms, and showers were clean and beautiful. Highly recommend!!

Christina England: I booked last minute because I had some time to spare and my usual downtown spa was booked. You may like this if you have NEVER been to a spa before. The pool is the only decent area. There is paint peeling off the walls, sinks wouldn’t drain, the toilet areas are terrible tight little booths that remind you of a prison the showers were decent but not cleaned fast enough. I cannot believe how run down it looks. The staff is not helpful there is zero privacy, they didn’t even have a laundered robe for me they had to open one from a bag and the slippers were the soaked they handed me so disappointed. There weee zero infused waters or tea or coco you could make in the locker room/relaxing areas and no fruit or snack ms that is typical for a spa of this price range. Whoever is leaving reviews have never been to a good spa. I spent A LOT of money at spas and they had a chance to earn that and the unprofessional, loud staff that seemed to lurk around no private changing area and dirty appearance really turned me off!!! To bad because I did like the overall vibe in the pool area. The hot tub is not nice and had crystals at the bottom which is never appealing there is no sauna.

heather hurley: USED to be one of my favorite places in town. During 25 years of bartending I have suggested this place countless times. NO more!This used to be my husband's go-to place for buying gift cards for me. I had a few saved up and decided to treat my friends for their two birthdays (one their 50!). We planned for the day, I made the reservations for all three of us to have services, I got a babysitter.... and upon arrival I was told my gift cards had to be verified by a third party that could take up to 4 days. Note my husband goes directly to the spa to buy the gift cards. Apparently they had a breach in security which has spurred this process. Having worked years in customer service, I know when something is the fault of the company or of the customers. The fault lay on MGM and all they could do is direct me to a phone number to call. Even though the cards were attached to my name and I had my driver's license and I could verify the amount of the cards they were unwilling to accept. It was very disappointing and will gladly spend my money elsewhere.

A Jackson: My day at Immerse Day Spa was amazing. Pool, Hot Tub and an incredible massage. I received hot stones 50 min massage. The masseuse hit all the right spots. When I tell you it felt like God reached down from the heavens and gave me the massage himself My soul was touched. Every spot he hit took me to heaven. I highly recommend Jerell professional, soft touch and pays attention to your needs. The atmosphere was so refreshing. I will definitely be returning soon.

Summer Alkhafaji: Very nice place. We stayed at the MGM hotel twice, months apart, yet both times the hot tub was closed for renovation! The receptionist didn't do a decent job informing us of all the amenities available. We were not made aware that there are robes and slides available to use inside the spa! One would assume someone would inform you of available amenities. I also had a question regarding one of the shampoos for sale at the store front, but she was very annoyed by my 1 question! Not sure I would like to go there again, very unwelcoming vibe.

olga long: I was staying at the casino for my 55th birthday with my husband and about 20 friends. My husband wanted to pamper me with a special spa treatment. I enjoyed a facial that included a relaxing scalp, arm, and shoulder massage. The spa environment is very clean, beautifully decorated, and tranquil.When staying at the hotel or using spa services, you have access to the wonderful pool. There are round rattan oversized chairs to lounge in. The amenities are plenty and offer a full locker room to shower or change your clothes. Fresh fluffy towels are also provided. My friends, daughter, and I are returning this Saturday and cannot wait to chill by the pool before dinner at D Prime Steakhouse.

My boyfriend went because he was having back and neck pain. He asked her multiple times to make sure she had time to work on that. She said she ran out of time in a 90 minute massage so he left there still in very sore.

JADE RITTHALER: Recently had an hour long massage with Anne and it was great. Most places shorten the massage because they factor in undressing and dressing time but Greenleaf does not. It was a full hour! Her use of pressure was exactly what I asked for and she even could tell sore areas where she took special care not to make me tense up. I have decided I’m going to make this a monthly treat for myself and already booked again with Anne for the end of the month.The location is great and there is metered parking right in front. The reception area is welcoming and relaxing. They have a ton of rooms which makes me feel like they see a lot of clients which is a good sign. Some places only have one or two rooms and bookings are hard to get. I like I can schedule online too which makes things easier. I really recommend this place!!!!
Kayla Reynaud: Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy at Greenleaf bodywork has changed my life on a daily basis. I’ve suffered from chronic back pain and sciatica for years, and this is the best I’ve ever felt. I went from an 8 on the pain scale most days to now a bad day is a 3. I sleep better and have a better quality of life because of Kelly and Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy. But all the therapists are amazing, highly recommend!

Lynn Mubita: I have been here twice, each time with Brad. The first time was after a back injury with residual soreness in my left lower back. Brad was attentive to my request and performed miracles on my back with a deep tissue massage that seemed tweaked for my injury and included stretches and other treatments I have never had before. Since that session, I've had no pain or soreness. The second time was a more standard deep tissue (or what I'm used to), but was no less disappointing. He has great hands and is exceptional at his craft. I will be back.

That's not what I was looking for, what they said I would be getting, and not what I paid for. I felt rushed also. I won't be back. The staff was kind. There's better out there that are cheaper. I expressed areas of intense pain in my upper and lower back and shoulders but that was not addressed at all. It was just my skin being rubbed with very very minimal oil to the point her hands were getting caught on my skin and that was painful. It wasn't a great expereince.

Jill: Excellent massage, my therapist used several techniques to work on my difficult areas, and she was fantastic. If you have difficult spots, and many of us do, be sure to first, drink as much water as you can 2-3 days before the appointment, this is necessary to help your body in the massage to not be dehydrated. Our lifestyles tend to be caffeinated, which is dehydration, so more common than you think. Also, breathe deeply through the pressure. I did this, it helps to release the knots, and it lets the therapist know which areas you struggle in. They will work with you. She came back to areas from different angles and pressure. I definitely need more appointments for my problem areas, and I will also check out their other services. No frills place, which is comfortable for me.

It was a painful massage, the guy was put so much pressure on the bones not the muscles, It’s a waste of your money. I had to guide him where the muscles are located. Peggy Harris: I have had nothing but pain in my tailbone since my message last Monday, and each day its gotten worse. The therapist pushed extremely hard to the point it hurt. I asked him to lighten up but I don't think he understood me. Will probably be going to the Doctors because I'm getting no relief. Note: I did ask for med to hard pressure but...this was harder than hard. Not a good experience at all
