Sade Pitts: I am so dissatisfied with the service I received from best buy. I ordered an expensive camera for my fiance for the holiday that was marked as delivered but was never delivered. After numerous conversations with customer service and investigations I was told my refund would be processed and it was completed and to wait a few days and I had never received it. Back and forth with the company and still nothing. Later to only find out they decided that they were not going to refund the money they promised and I'm out of a 1400 dollar camera. So i will be returning all the other accessories I purchased for the camera including expensive lenses and contacting the better business bureau. This is unacceptable how a company can be so deceitful and treat their customers so poorly. I will not be shopping with them going forward with any of my electronics. I don't like being lied to over and over.

Tim Rehahn: Picked up a TV, they came out within a few minutes. He was very friendly, helpful. Made sure to put it in so the screen side was protected. Although it was a cheap TV for the garage, he cared as if I was buying the most expensive TV or their best customer. I wish I got his name, but they need employees like him everywhere.
Josh Cornprobst: I would like to personally thank the employee who costed me over 200 dollars and most of my holiday on memorial day by misspeaking and telling me I had 60 days to return the product. So obviously when I tried to exchange it for store credit so I could get the higher wattage PSU I was not allowed to do so eventhough It was at 30 days and Ishould have still had an additional 30 days to return it. I would generally use best buy over buying online do to the fact I could get something the same day.But now that it's costing me hundreds of extra dollars do to mistakes other people made I think it's about time to start ordering everything online. It's really sad that a once reliable franchise turned to scamming the very people that would be there most valuable customers. For those of you who read this I recommend you use the wait time for companies that do not do what they did to me to you best buy is not what it once was, that's for sure..

Rockin: Possibly the worst store in existance. They do not answer the phone. After 4 hours of calling, l get through to find out they can not answer the questions about what type of fibre optic equipment i need. I call the corporate geek squad, I explain the application and ask them if they have that equipment for sale. Yes but they are not able to tell me what equipment i need. They transfer me to inhouse service, who transfer me to customer service, who transfer me back to geek squad. And round and round i go. I wanted to buy equipment from them, but they wont advise me what tp buy. I'll try some other company, but not Best Buy. You can no longer call them Best Buy, because they’re not. They are not the best, they are the worst.
Dan Erdeljac: I have started to look to purchase a Smartwatch. I look at the ones that are on display, but they never have one, which is suppose to on sale. It would be nice to see the product, and try it on .The sales associate is quick to point out that it can be ordered. Well then I have to wait for it. If I see it, maybe I don't really like it. Just a waste of time. It's just not Best Buy who does this, but many other retailers do it too. At least have one on display, and do not sell that one. One other thing to note is, if you sell a product, the consumer should be able to come to the store and ask for help on the product, even if it is a year old. Please don't give the consumer that you discontinued the product and cannot help. That's what happened to something I purchased at one time.
Curtis Loch: I bought a laptop using their fairstone line of credit. They made a mistake on the bill when I left the store originally. They then charged me again without my knowledge or consent after the fact to cover their mostake. This required me to take time out of my busy schedule to drive back to the store multiple times to sort out this issue and by the time they were able to sort out the refund, the loan term had expired and now I owe an extra $1000 in interest! BUYER BEWARE! This is how they make money off of their customers. I am sick to my stomach and hope to never do business with them again. If I could give lower than 1 star, I would.
Random 4400: I think it's a great store and i really like it, however most of the time the in store prices are just way too much, the app is a great way to get around this as you can see literally everything they sell and catch really good deals and sales, thanks to the app i was able to get an acer RTX3060 gaming laptop for a great deal (they go for over 2k$ in store but i was able to get it for 1200$) since the laptop i purchased had windows 11 i wanted to install windows 10 because i prefer it more i also managed to get a 64GB USB stick for 10$ which is a good deal, it was also on sale and thanks to the app i saw it and managed to get one before they ran out of stock, made it very simple to install windows 10 and upgrade the drive on my laptop and if it wasn't for the app it wouldn't have been possible to get the items i got at the price i did so the app is a must on my opinion.Overall great store but the app is a must as the in store prices are usually very high.

I found Christian diligently cleaning the shelves in that area and he instantly stopped what he was doing and asked if I needed help. I explained to him what I was looking for and he quickly offered a few solutions that seemed to fit well. We talked about those and some WiFi problems I have in the home, some of my preferences for a new devices to have. Christian went above and beyond what I expect from a retail associate in a big box store. He quickly identified my needs and was able to come up with a working solution that checked all the boxes and fit my budget. Great job and thanks again for the help!

Nichole M.: My dad tried to order my son a playstation 5 for his birthday. Went with Best buy instead of Amazon because website advertised it could be picked up the same day and amazon not until next morning. But for whatever reason order could not be fulfilled. Best buy was blaming bank but bank said was all good on their side. After alot of back and forth son's suprize was ruined and he was sad and disappointed I just reordered through Amazon. Long story short I would not recommend ever ordering anything from them if you want same day pick up. And the customer service over the phone is wack and needs to learn how a customer service representative is supposed to do their job

Trina “VillainGurl” Becker: I feel like every time I’m in the store there’s 10 employees standing around in a group talking to each other and nobody’s willing to help. Not one person could ask if I needed help finding something. I’ve been there several times in the last month and every time I’m in there it’s the same thing employees standing around, appearing not available to the customers. Stuff like this explains Amazon’s success.

Gary Eichen: While I had an UNBELIEVABLY frustrating experience with the "on-line version" of Best Buy, my recent visit to the the "brick & mortar" version was much better. Unbeknownst to me I had taken 3 days longer than I should have to return an electronic item I had purchased. The Mgr. waived the 3 days, and the "re-stocking" fee, allowing me to return it. I appreciate his actions, and will continue to use Best Buy, but will probably stick to the "brick & mortar" version.

Marie's Spiritual Insights: I shop here often, however this past weekend I had the most unprofessional experience with a cashier named Harris! He had finished the previous customer, and after the customers moved out of the line, he continued his discussion with them for several minutes before even attempting to check us out. When I moved up so when he decided to finally unfold his arms and stop his conversation, he began to ring us up but still he never even greeted us or made any eye contact. I told him that he that he did not greeted us, nor did he ask did we find everything ok, he responded with " Well, I have to take care of my regular customers." I told him that I was a regular customer and that he was extremely unprofessional . I reported this however all customers should be treated equally when patronizing a business!
Andy T: This is the worst Best Buy around, let me tell you why. I went there with 700 dollars to spend on an iPad. I sat there for twenty minutes by the ipads waiting for someone. With employees walking around in there own world no one came up to me to sell me one, horrible experience. All I know I won’t be going back here I’ll look somewhere else for it. Who’s maintaining these employees aren’t they sales people. To ignore a customer as a sales person is crazy. As a salesman myself this is a bad look. Do your job or find another and the manager needs to be reprimanded for this behavior.

John Warner: Don't trust the accuracy of an items inventory on ANY STORES web pages!Roseville Best Buy's web page showed 1 TracFone SIM kit in stock. Drove there to purchase the SIM kit and none were found. A staff member looked the item up on his phone and showed me it was sold out. He also said they haven't had any for months!SOOO... call the store to verify it is actually in stock BEFORE driving there!
