Melvina Roundtree: Found 2 dresses, gym shoes, a gown, and more. I didn't go to shop for self but I did. I went with a friend to look for a dress for a wedding. She didn't find anything. We are going back soon

Gavriel Ross: When my wife and i first walked into the store, we were overwhelmed with strong and mixed perfume scents. It was terrible. Once we got past that, we asked a store employee for directions through the store. Two had no idea about the layout. Once we got where we were going, the folks there obviously hated their job. They were more than just rude. Probably because this particular person was upset that we had to take her away from her screen. Also very over priced. We went to another store and found the exact same brands for less.

A Foundational Black American Man: A typical Macy's shopping experience. A tab bit pricier than JCP. And a little more upscale in appearance. Alsi, a tad bit less crowded at the checkout counters on any given day from my experience.

Payne Tia Barksdale: My wife has always been a big fan of this H&M store location. But I never really saw the hype, it wasn’t until yesterday. When we were on one of our shopaholic sprees. My wife was trying to find a specific hoodie. I was looking for clothes to match a few pair of new sneakers , that I’ve gotten recently. I love that Tacarra saw that we needed help and immediately ask to assist. Just when we thought about leaving. She assure us , that what we were looking for was actually in the store. She showed us to different departments and level of the store and even tried on clothes we thought we couldn’t fit. Yesterday I got lucky because I literally found everything I was looking for and then some. I will be back soon. I love shopping at H&M now !

This pretty on par with Detroit since I’ve moved here, there doesn’t seem to be much of a desire to put in an extra effort. Puzzling.

Luke Vader: I was coming to Detroit for an interview and my suit was left behind in Portland. I was so lucky to have Bhavana there to help me in picking out something. She bent over backwards to get me exactly what I needed and she did it when the store was close to closure. Usually you feel sort of rushed and like they want you to leave when a store is about to close but she was just interested in getting me exactly what I needed. Because of her I got the job and I will be back. Extremely impressed. Prices were good for the quality. The shirt and pants are comfortable and very nice.
Jamie Stubbs: Was not greeted by the 2 women working. When I walked to the counter with an item I wanted to try on, they just looked at me.. I then had to ask to try it on. Tried on item, did not fit, had to walk to front exit of store to find them to let them know it did not work for me and that the dress had a torn belt holder/string broken. They both just looked at me and one said "oh". Not a word more did not take item, and they then turned to each other and continued their conversation. I put the dress back, and walked out of the store with no"thank you for coming into our store" nothing not a word.

La Muñeca: This Macys is inside southland mall and has 3 floors! 3rd floor is called Macy’s backstage where you can find marked down items including name brands even more discounted. I also love the offers around the holidays they have a little bit of everything in there! The staff is always friendly and ready to assist you. My kids like to ride the escalator lol but I think the kid in all of us does! 😄

Michele Artist: The lines are always better when the first open up and as a suggestion never go before a holiday. Alot of quality styles , pricing is fair, and staff is accommodating for the most part. Large store, not alot of sales or rotation of styles. Also shop online before dragging yourself down here, because there's always sales online.
Aasif Halim: I've always been a shopper at H&M and never have been treated in a disrespectful manner until today. As we were searching for a shirt and talking about the fitting rooms being closed due to COVID, a male African American employee with a high pitched voice rudely accused us of unbuttoning all of the shirts and told us that "we will not use the sales floor as a fitting room". I myself work in the customer service industry and have never spoken to a customer like that. Nor have I ever accused customers of things. Customers can be in the wrong and when they are, you can politely let them know. If that doesn't work, you can take whatever necessary measures, but to treat customers the way this rude employee treated us today is not the way. I will definitely not be returning to this location.

Joe: I visited this Brooks Brothers store in Grosse Point, Farmington, MI on Sunday, May 5I was in the area with friends and we went to the store to do some shopping for myself and a friend's birthday. I'm a African American Male 52yrs old. I was in the store with my friend a White Male. My White Male friend was great by the store manager clearly they knew each other. My friend talked with the store manager. However, the store manager never introduced himself to me nor any other of the associates. They never asked to help me, never asked if anything interested me, never offered me a business card, nothing. I got the very clear impression that I was not welcome. If you shop at this store observe your environment, especially if you are a person of color. Other, customers were greeted and asked if they could be helped. Just be aware. Good luck.

I made my way to the restroom and did my business. Unfortunately there was NO toilet paper in any of the stalls. I ended up using a kleenex from my purse. I found 2 employees and asked them for toilet paper and they gave me bacterial furniture wipes. Then i talked to the manager who was very condescending and when i questioned him he acted like it was bo big deal. How is this man a manager? Mark Jackson: When the fitting room had no attendant for ten minutes I went looking with six items I wanted to try on. Approached two female employees asking for the fitting room attendant who couldn’t help. Finally one pointed to a large male at front of store. I went to him and asked to try on my selections. His attitude was that I was clearly putting him out but he walked to the back but as we approached he informs me it is the attendants lunch time and I would have to wait further. I said no I have no more time and was I forEd I needed to restock the items or wait! I again said no these are yours to keep and gently tossed the selections to his open arms. He started screaming I threw them at him and loudly orders me to “leave or be trespassed” .I turned and was walking to the door when he yells for another male to throw me out because I threw clothes at him! So the second male starts loudly ordering me out too. I was already on my way to the door. No problem I will never darken their door again.

Brian Wade: Great prices, if you have 2 hours to kill in line. Also, I’ve seen thrift store better taken care of then this place. Every aisle has at minimum 37 articles of clothes on the floor. Wild.

Ahmed: Burlington Coat Factory in Dearborn is a great place to find discounted clothing, home goods, and more. They have a wide selection of items at affordable prices, so you're sure to find something that catches your eye. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what you're looking for. Overall, it's definitely worth checking out if you're in the area. The only confusing part is their closing time. It always say says midnight online, but depending on the day they close somewhere between 10 to 11.
moe beydoun: The most Prejudice location yet I've spent thousands in this location I wish I hadn't because the employees are horrible and disrespectful including the manager who has not a clue what she's doing the only reasons this place is still open is because of all the Arab Americans who spend real money otherwise shut this location down

Chy L: There’s clothes thrown everywhere, shoes and purses scattered on the ground, and everything’s been picked through. I thought it’s because of Eid and there was a lot of people there, but apparently this has always been an issue. I understand the workers cant stop what they’re doing to pick up everything because everyone was on the registers including the managers, and we still stood in line for almost 20 minutes.
