I said "OK I will wait", there weren't many in lobby and they said "no I had to come back. I came back at 630 pm next day n got out at 830pm and that was setting up one phone ordered online. It took another hour or so wait(actually took 3 people b4 me bc someone started my set up the day b4 and they had to "contact " him! Anyways long story paraphrased. I waited about an hour each time I went there to set up phone. I bought phone online and honestly believe I didn't buy from the store so I wasn't a PRIORITY customer. The sales people were polite though. I definitely wouldn't recommend this store if you were in a hurry!

K: Other than paying a bill I would not go here period. The staff is completely unprofessional and no technical support help nor answers regarding Tmobile. Also just in general talk the employees don't speak nor act professional in any way shape or form. I even overheard an employee basically telling a customer that they couldn't help with a certain type of phone technical issue because they didn't use that type of phone. Of course this employee was young and obviously wasn't properly trained so this speaks directly to the level of real managerial experience those in charge have. It's ridiculous in there and the management and owner should be embarrassed as I'm sure they have heard this in some shape or form in the past. If I were a stock holder in this corporation- having dealt with major data breaches and other systemic problems with tmobile and walked into a store and into a situation like I've witnessed or directly dealt with , I'd SELL EVERY CENT OF STOCK IN THIS CORPORATION!... And urge many others to do so. This is not the store to visit for tech support Or a pleasant experience. You can do better in jail.

I went to the Grand Blanc store with the service was 100 times better. They went above and beyond and worked with apple to fix my phone in minutes. Corunna road put the blame everywhere else instead of trying to resolve the issue. They could definitely improve on the their customers service.

T.J.: Brendan was great and really friendly. Even though I was mad I broke my phone and had to pay the repair it.. he was pleasant with me. My phone was fixed in 2 hours and I appreciate it. Would definitely use again.

Melissa “Liss” Burnell: I was referred to this location by the very helpful employees at Batteries Plus (who did not have the battery I needed in stock). I asked for a specific battery, the young fellow disappeared in the back, came out with the correct battery and stated it would be a couple of hours before they could install it. I told them, I'd just purchase the battery and take it back to the location that referred me as I didn't have 2 hours of time to wait due to another appointment. They refused to sell the battery unless they install it.Interestingly, I was able to purchase the same battery for less than a third of the price on Amazon and install it myself. Thanks for absolutely NOTHING uBreakiFix, nice business practices!

Brandon Macdonald: What can I say. Beyond impressed. Between two consoles and almost two months of calling them for their knowledge, I am very happy with this repair place. Originally I called for just advice. Over the course of almost two months I called probably well over 10 times. Each time I got very lucky and spoke with either Brenden or Seth. What a couple of great guys. Even though I was calling with intentions of fixing the consoles myself they didn’t hesitate to help. That is unheard of nowadays. They are both extremely knowledgeable and unlike every other place I called they actually took the time to try and help diagnose my issues, while also recommending multiple things to try and resolve my issues. They both were very aware of the issues, causes, and solutions. Just from the phone calls I was actually able to diagnose the issue with both of my Xbox One X’s. One was essentially a lost cause due to part availability, and the other one was actually an easy fix. The fix was something I could have actually done myself, but strictly based on the help and kindness I received from both Seth and Brenden I decided to bring the console in and give them the business. However I know they would have gladly directed me towards helpful resources to do it myself. They had very fair prices, and unlike most places they will actually diagnose the issue for free. I dropped it off 5 minutes before close, and they called me the next day at lunch time!! I would highly recommend this place. I would ask specifically for either of these guys as they were just great and really the main reason I’m writing this review. Something as simple as a broken Xbox can ruin your entire day. But Seth and Brenden got me fixed right up. Thanks again guys! I’ll be bringing all future work here as well as anyone I know! Just a great experience all the way around. Thank you to the both of you if you ever see this!
