Amy Kearns: First time ever leaving a review.Tyler needs a raise! My daughter and I walked in on Saturday and were immediately kindly and attentively greeted by Tyler, while he was busy with the couple he was already helping. Instead of the usual pushy sales people I’ve encountered in the past. Tyler took the time to ask questions so that he could guide her to the phone he thought would fit her best. He spent about 40 +min (due to an update) to make sure that she left with all of the data from her old phone was transferred into the new one. He was so friendly during the entire time we were there. It’s very rare nowadays to get good customer service, you went above and beyond. Thank you!

And when I came in and asked a question about a week ago they gave me a dirty look. Once I get my phone from them that I ordered Monday I will never return to this location. Sorry.

Paulette Kendall: I have found Mr Sam to be a.male chauvinist human being. My experience started on July 3rd 2019. He tried to get over on me, by neclecting to inform me that there was a special Metro was having. With any new line you could get any phone for $ 99.00 for free. I entered the store on Fenton & Hill rd on 7/3/19 to pay my cell phone bill and purchased my 80 yr old a phone.I explain to him I only wanted to spend 50-60.00 dollars. But he was so persisted on making me pay more, he kept coming to me with 165.00 out of pocket. So I refuse and told Sam that forget it Iwill just pay my bill. As I was walking out he had the nerve to say well u have wasted my time. And I responded no u just not able to accommodate me. Well all of a sudden he decide to blurt out that Metro is having a special . He suddenly point out two phones that I had to choose from. So when I question his methods of his approach he became very aggressive and defensive. As if I had no rignt to question. I picked out the phone but I was not content in the way things went. I felt very uneases as if I had been taken advantage. Well my dad did not like the phone the numbers and letters was to small. But I forgot l to mention I still had to pay 118.00 dollars out of pocket. Now my cell phone bill was only $53.00. You do the math it was not free.. So on 7/5/19 I went back to the store with my receipt to make trade, I did not ask for a refund only a exchange and he refuse.I was well with in my rights . My receipt said I could return.. But Sam did not care nothing about providing good customer service. He is horrible person to be working in customer service. So I finally had to tell him I will be contacting corporate. And I did, finding out all cell-phones $99.00 or less is free and he had several to choose from, he just did not want me to know. And yes I was in my rights, only problem was I had to go back there (fenton&hill rd) so I did when I walk in the store I spoke and he (Sam ) went totally off he proceeds to tell me no body tells him what to do.!!!!!!!! So I responded to him that I was told you will be calling me. And he responded yes when I want to. I responded I am here to get a service resolve, and you should want to have your customer happy instead of trying to keep a fight going that is not good customer service. He cared nothing about pleasing his customers, he was so fascinated on winning by threatening to call the police on me. Well I do not scare that easy so I told him I was not leaving. After the 2 customer came and left he finally came to grips that I am not a women you can intimidate that easy. It pays to have your tees cross and I's dotted. There is always some fool out there that will try to intimidate your integrity. And just think I have told the short form of all that happen. I will never ever go back there again.

Linda Boling: If you don't mind being "talked down to" when you go back in after buying a phone but not all the accessories he wants to "up sell" you by all means go to this place...if you're like me and think a little courtesy is not too much to ask, do yourself a favor and GO ELSEWHERE!!!P.S. To the rude, smug guy...you just hurt yourself...you lost the business of five people who have many friends who are hearing about your horrendous customer service!! Furthermore let your corporate "boss" know that Metro PCS will most likely lose our business as well...nevermind we will handle that part ourselves!!!
