Shirley Hood: Came into the store and got welcomed with opening arms on corunna rd. Well spoken and helped with my problems after Miller Rd was rude and nasty towards me. Everybody treated me like my own family, Keith,Brent,Tray,T and karis gave the best service I ever gotten. Can't wait to come back in the future for the same treatment ! 10/10 highly recommend
K: Other than paying a bill I would not go here period. The staff is completely unprofessional and no technical support help nor answers regarding Tmobile. Also just in general talk the employees don't speak nor act professional in any way shape or form. I even overheard an employee basically telling a customer that they couldn't help with a certain type of phone technical issue because they didn't use that type of phone. Of course this employee was young and obviously wasn't properly trained so this speaks directly to the level of real managerial experience those in charge have. It's ridiculous in there and the management and owner should be embarrassed as I'm sure they have heard this in some shape or form in the past. If I were a stock holder in this corporation- having dealt with major data breaches and other systemic problems with tmobile and walked into a store and into a situation like I've witnessed or directly dealt with , I'd SELL EVERY CENT OF STOCK IN THIS CORPORATION!... And urge many others to do so. This is not the store to visit for tech support Or a pleasant experience. You can do better in jail.

The attentiveness and knowledge about your phones and services is truly admirable. My recent encounter with Jeff at the Corunna Rd location was no different than what I have come to expect. I had an issue with my phone that required time and patience to figure out. Jeff never gave up. He fumbled with my phone until he figured out and FIXED the issue. Although he acknowledged every person who walked through the door he never allowed the waiting crowd to make him feel rushed or frustrated. I appreciated him for every moment he spent assisting me. . You’ve got 2 GREAT EMPLOYEES with JEFF and JEREMY! I hope you treat them as well as they treat me!!

Kristen Watson: I went in here having issues with my iPhone. Very dismissive of my issue, no solution and told me to go to Apple or Best Buy. I went to the Grand Blanc store with the service was 100 times better. They went above and beyond and worked with apple to fix my phone in minutes. Corunna road put the blame everywhere else instead of trying to resolve the issue. They could definitely improve on the their customers service.

Tony Novak: They were great! It was a little busy but the service was worth the wait! Everyone was very nice and polite. I felt they were getting through all the customers as quickly as the could, while also giving great service and meeting each customer’s needs.

Bobbie Pritchard: This place was very busy. First time I went was at 6pm . I was told there was an hour n a half wait. I said "OK I will wait", there weren't many in lobby and they said "no I had to come back. I came back at 630 pm next day n got out at 830pm and that was setting up one phone ordered online. It took another hour or so wait(actually took 3 people b4 me bc someone started my set up the day b4 and they had to "contact " him! Anyways long story paraphrased. I waited about an hour each time I went there to set up phone. I bought phone online and honestly believe I didn't buy from the store so I wasn't a PRIORITY customer. The sales people were polite though. I definitely wouldn't recommend this store if you were in a hurry!

Chris Lutz: Very misleading & disappointing. My service is awful & they say there is nothing I can do about it besides find other service. We also tried to upgrade another phone on the plan & was mislead on how the process would work. Sprint wasn't the best but T-Mobile is infuriating!

Michael Gwinn: This place scams its customers. I have been paying my bill here for a couple of years. Each time I get text saying I have been successfully added to the family 4 for a hundred plan. When I asked about it he said it was just advertisement. I had to switch to the daily plan for a few days so when I called boost they said that in fact I am on a 100 family plan. So if you paid for unlimited service at this store this is why your phone is lagging. They keep making new family plans adding lines as people pay their bills. Thus the reason they will not give you a receipt either. They are scamming y o u and boost.......

Gregoire Bolduc: I needed to upgrade my house cell phone with the discontinuation of 3G service. This was the nearest Boost Mobile to my home so I tried it out.The gentleman there (I forgot his name) was quickly able to get me into a new phone and it took less time than his estimate of ten minutes.At the same time he was finishing with a customer before me and put a new SIM card in my son's phone. He was a multitasking master!I recommend this Boost Mobile shop.

Katlin Collins: If I could I would give zero stars. I went in today to see about switching to boost and getting a new phone. Soon as I walked in the woman behind the counter had an attitude. Asked if they did phone trades and she told me no. Then she asked what kind of phone I had while calling her boss to check what they would say. I told her and she said her boss said I would have to pay $300 plus the trade in. I told her I wanted an iPhone 11. Well she had the nerve to say if you can find an iPhone 11 for $300 you let me know. By this time I was fed up with the attitude so I pulled it up on my phone and showed her like she told me to. Then she waved it away. So I left. I will not be going back
