K: Other than paying a bill I would not go here period. The staff is completely unprofessional and no technical support help nor answers regarding Tmobile. Also just in general talk the employees don't speak nor act professional in any way shape or form. I even overheard an employee basically telling a customer that they couldn't help with a certain type of phone technical issue because they didn't use that type of phone. Of course this employee was young and obviously wasn't properly trained so this speaks directly to the level of real managerial experience those in charge have. It's ridiculous in there and the management and owner should be embarrassed as I'm sure they have heard this in some shape or form in the past. If I were a stock holder in this corporation- having dealt with major data breaches and other systemic problems with tmobile and walked into a store and into a situation like I've witnessed or directly dealt with , I'd SELL EVERY CENT OF STOCK IN THIS CORPORATION!... And urge many others to do so. This is not the store to visit for tech support Or a pleasant experience. You can do better in jail.

I had an issue with my phone that required time and patience to figure out. Jeff never gave up. He fumbled with my phone until he figured out and FIXED the issue. Although he acknowledged every person who walked through the door he never allowed the waiting crowd to make him feel rushed or frustrated. I appreciated him for every moment he spent assisting me. . You’ve got 2 GREAT EMPLOYEES with JEFF and JEREMY! I hope you treat them as well as they treat me!!

I went to the Grand Blanc store with the service was 100 times better. They went above and beyond and worked with apple to fix my phone in minutes. Corunna road put the blame everywhere else instead of trying to resolve the issue. They could definitely improve on the their customers service.

Imagine being this big of a fail. I'd rate 0/5 if possible. I literally just wanted to stop in and order a battery for my vape.

Crazy as this was one of the busiest places in Flint.Everyone that worked there it was a nice couple years with ya and hope you go to a place the won't close on you with nothing but a one week notice.
