Brad Hamilton: Came here during store hours. Noticed a couple people waiting outside with a sign on the door that said “bathroom break 15 minutes” waited over 30 minutes and no one ever showed up. Not sure what was going on but suspicious the employees locked the door and probably didn’t wanna work and sit around all day. If someone was sick and couldn’t return, a manager should have come in. Very poor service. Very hard to buy a phone as well.

I thought ok sounds good, like it was an awesome deal! I didn't need our want the 3rd accessory another $40, and it's all just regular price! They make it seem as if you HAVE to buy it in a bundle just because you bought a phone from them. If you need all that fine. Do not force people to buy extras if they don't need them just so your C.S.R. can make their commission. The upgrade price for the phone has nothing to do with buying extra stuff. That is some sneaky shady business model point blank period.The csr & the phone is nice.
Monica Kannai: My mother-in-law spent an entire hour waiting to get permission to pay her own bill after informing the staff she needed her new debit card number to replace her lost one that they have on file for auto payments, which she wound up saying, "Forget it! They'll call me when they want their money when it doesn't go through." And we left. She didn't recall putting security questions or a pin on her account, so after waiting for the only one staff member on the phone and helping others in the meantime, an hour was more than enough to remain patient to pay on her own account.

Lady Alex: TERRIBLY UNORGANIZED!!!This is the corporate store in Flint for MetroPCS. Best place to go especially if you have any issues with your phone. And more often than not... Any other Metro store is probably going to send you there anyway. I typically only go there to pay my bill. However, I think they need a much better system for waiting on customers, like pulling a number or something. They never truly know who's next, people like to cut in front of other people, etc. And the prices they charge especially for accessories are absolutely ridiculous! You're better off getting accessories from one of the smaller stores. Most of the smaller stores are individually owned and the owners can charge pretty much what they want for accessories. A $10 case at a smaller store will cost you about $30 at the corporate store. And they sometimes charge a bit less for their phones as well. I only go to this location because it's right near where I do a lot of business.

So I called around 2 to see what time they were open till, the gentleman said 8:00 p.m.. I got out of work and head up there at 5:20 and they're completely closed. That's the only issue I have with this place. Other than that they're a very reliable and friendly.

I feel this way because I traded in the phone I had, I switched from my previous phone carrier to Metro by T-Mobile, trading in my phone so I would get a discount on my new phone- a Samsung A13.. I paid less than $200 for new phone and monthly service.. Soon after buying it, while running down the road, I tripped, phone in hand while catching my own fall!. The screen skidded across the concrete in my right hand, and left hand bloody- missing chunks of skin..To sum up my Point....I went back to Metro by T-Mobile, and they basically said too bad, they could not replace/send it in for phone to be fixed.... Not even a pity discount for my brand new phone breaking so quickly after switching services to them, when I was almost-happy with the phone service I had switched from to begin with.. I was stuck paying over $300 for an OFF BRAND POS (TCL) phone, because purchasing the same Galaxy A13 would have cost me a hundred more than their POS TCL out the door!! Unlike the Samsung, my TCL phone will not pick up 5G it claims to have!! I was forced to switch networks back to 4G.. z,n
Ashley Jobson: I purchased a phone at the beginning of October at another location and absolutely hated it!! My texts weren’t coming through. My facebook messages were being delayed for literally days. If someone called me, I could hear them but they couldn’t hear me AT ALL. I WAS SO MAD.. mostly because I hadn’t gotten a new phone in almost two years and wasted my upgrade on it And couldnt get a new one til April!! I called customer service AT LEAST 5 times and everyone basically told me they couldn’t do anything to help me. When I called corporate and asked to talk to the manager and told him the situation he was more than happy to help me out. I had to basically eat the 100 bucks I paid on the original phone but at this point I really didn’t mind.. JEFF helped me find the phone I REALLY wanted and let me get the upgrade price for all the trouble I went through.. while we were there getting my new iPhone he even came out of the back with two little bags with cups in them for my two little girls. It was so nice. We all walked out VERY HAPPY. THANK YOU SO MUCH, JEFF. You were my hero for that day! 😆 Great customer service. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Electra Rose: I went to have my iPhone XS screen replaced on Friday. It took 5 days to get it back, because they didn’t have my screen in stock, which wasn’t a big deal at all to me. If you need it done that day, I would call to make sure they have what you need. They did a perfect job, nothing got broken in the process. I took my case with my phone in, but it did get lost, which again no biggie. It was a cheap Walmart case that got my phone cracked in the first place, but they were still kind enough to give me 4 free new cases and a free screen protector. And please don’t take advantage of their kindness. Definitely recommend going here!!! Worth all five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It took another hour or so wait(actually took 3 people b4 me bc someone started my set up the day b4 and they had to "contact " him! Anyways long story paraphrased. I waited about an hour each time I went there to set up phone. I bought phone online and honestly believe I didn't buy from the store so I wasn't a PRIORITY customer. The sales people were polite though. I definitely wouldn't recommend this store if you were in a hurry!

James Bowers: Well, I wish I would have read the reviews before I went into this store. Called prior to coming in to enquire about a touch screen that stopped working on a phone after it fell in a puddle, no physical damage at all, just wet. We were told a price for the screen replacement and water damage repair. About a week later, dropped the phone off in store. The girl acted like I was inconveniencing her for even being there and told me she would need to order a screen. She stated it would be about 3 to 5 days for the repair and stated that payment was required up front. Completed the payment and left the phone with them. 2 weeks later, no contact (granted we gave them some extra time with the holiday weekend). We were told it would be ready in 2 days. The next day we were called and told it was repaired and ready for pick up. Upon arrival at the store (for a repair we already paid for) we were told that the chassis is now bent and a case will need to be put on it to keep it safe. We got home with the phone and gave it to my son to test and put his SIM in. Come to find out, the fingerprint sensor (which is behind the screen) no longer works. Now I have to call the store and determine if they are even going to address this properly. Not onyl is the phone bent, but the fingerprint reader no longer works. The phone is less than 6 months old.
David Mata III: Brought in a motorola hyper one with a broken screen. Paid $140 to have the back case broken and a hazy border around my screen. Then a week later, cracks started to form. I didn't drop or bang my phone on anything. I was honestly ok with stuff as long as my phone worked but the cracks got worse and I ended upgoing back and explaining it the employee and got the "warrenty doesn't cover cracks". I had to buy a new phone thanks to a lack of accountability. I'm sure they're good for iphones and other more popular brands but not so for my particular phone. Plus side is that an employee worked after hours to replace the screen so that's cool. Just wish the quality of the repair and hardware were better for the price.

Royal Toyz: Took my sons iPhone 11 here to have the front and back glass replaced. The guy told me to give him an hour…but I told him I’d just come back tomorrow due to work. He said it’d def be done by then. The next day I call to make sure and he says oh yea come right up. I arrive and he hands me my phone all taped up with glue hanging off the sides. He said I needed to give it an hour to dry and I’d need to rub the sides of the phone to rub off the glue once it dried. I’d never heard of that but ok. So I didn’t give my son his phone back until the next day to make sure it dried. So the next day my son took his phone to school and someone knocked it out it hand. While the screen protector nor the actual glass on the phone broke—the inside of the screen broke. I took it back for the warranty which was denied due to being “damaged”. I explained that the phone didn’t even fall hard enough to break the screen protector…it didn’t seem right. He wanted me to pay full price to replace it. So I took the phone 3 mins down the street to UBreakIFix (A+ company!!!) and they explained that the screen was faulty because the outside glass would break before the inside screen. They also pointed out how the camera and speaker piece were missing and should have been replaced when they fixed the back and the work was super sloppy with glue everywhere. They recommended that I demand a refund because of how bad I had been done wrong. After UBreakIFix correctly fixed my phone I took the phone back here to point out everything that was wrong with the back. I talked to the owner and he stated that he would order a whole new case and re-install everything for free. He couldn’t promise that the new case would be red like what we had—but he said he could probably do a white case. What?!? He said he’d call me when the new case came in. That was back in December—I never received that call. The back of the phones glass has broke again since then, but the front glass (replaced by UBreakIFix) is still standing strong. They did such a poor job I don’t even trust them to re-do it. Avoid at all costs!

Mary Washington: DO NOT GO HERE …. Purchased a replacement screen. Went back 3 times then finally he said the screens he had were defective. He told me that I could bring in back for replacement the following week. I also purchased a replacement screen protector. Twice…. My screen started a small crack then it spread more. When I went back he said he couldn’t do anything before then screen was cracking $300 later still have a cracked screen.
James Fuller-Gallo: I took a working iPhone into this store and had the screen replaced for $120. Within an hour of leaving the store the phone stopped working. When I took the phone back so they could investigate, I was told there was water damage and it would cost another $47 to extract the water and dry out the phone. I understand there is always a risk when replacing parts but if this screen was replaced and sealed properly then there is no way water would have gotten inside.(I know the speaker/mic/etc.) I was told that the water completely ruined all the inside components and the phone could not be fixed. I went from having a working phone to losing out on all my money and having to buy a new phone. No refund or warranty on work performed. I recommend researching more places before using this company!
Clare Mianecki: I went to get my battery replaced bc my phone wasn't charging. When I came to pick up my phone the screen was severely cracked. When I asked them about it they said bc they changed the battery it caused the screen to crack more from a tiny crack the was on it when I gave it to them. I said that I should have been informed before I they fixed my Phone that this was a possibility. They didn't care and blew me off and were very rude. Later that day I came back with my grandfather and there was a nice woman to said they would replace the screen for free.
Liberty Romain: Very good experience fixed my iPhone in a pretty good amount of time. Very respectful business people there. My phone is good as new! Fixed both the back and front screen for me.
SAM Junz: I went in because my phone wasn't charging correctly and asked the cost of cleaning and port replacement. They said it'll be $50 to clean the port and then $75 in addition for port replacement. I asked can't he just do the replacement since I can get a new phone for $150. He said no that's not our procedure. So I left. He turned down a guaranteed sale. Not good business. In addition he was rather rude.
