Mike Bloome: Highly recommend this facility if you are near the flint area. Staff is very helpful and the building is very clean.
Kristen Cooke: They kept my mom's wheel chair, they said they didn't know it was hers. How does a facility not see a name on a wheel chair or not know it belongs to the patient. Last visit they kept her clothes.
Joel Ellis: My family and I cannot thank the Willowbrook Staff enough for all of the work they did with my Mom while she was there for physical/pulmonary rehab. The care she received during her stay was top notch and we are so thankful. The facility was always clean, food was really pretty good, and boy did these folks know what needed to be done to get my Mom back on track. They encouraged her, they challenged her, and genuinely cared about her getting better and being able to get back home. From the very moment we contacted Willowbrook, we knew we had the right place. From the day she was admitted until the day she was discharged, these folks were committed to her success. For my Mom, and her family, this was the right choice for us and would not hesitate to make the very same decision if needed again. My Mom is home now and doing great thanks to all of you at Willowbrook. Thank you all for what you have done for her, we can never thank you enough. Seriously could not be happier with the care she received while staying with the Willowbrook Team!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Danielle H: This place is absolutely horrible. They had my father sitting in his feces for more than 2 hours. He had a nurse refuse to give him his meds and finally was charged $600 because the financial woman Nichole "got behind" in her paperwork and failed to release my father on time like his insurance required. She openly admitted this to my father and a nurse's aide that was in the room at the time.
Abby Francis: All staff members that we encountered were wonderful, but the PT is great here especially. Clean and well kept facility. Would recommend!

Lord Tabby: Absolutely the worst place to send people, this place is more like a psych ward than a nursing home, all the patients there looked like they were as high as a kite on medication dancing around and looking all happy, it's not cool to drug the elderly. Also they neglected care to my grandmother, she had a very nasty infection and was hallucinating badly, my mother had to pull her out of here and take her to the Ann Arbor hospital to get her proper treatment, my grandma would have died here if we didn't pull her out of this place. This is where high class Michigan snobs and Karens need to be held at, not the innocent elders, shame on you people for neglecting the care of the elderly for your own benefit.

I would recommend Willowbrook Manor to those who are looking for rehabilitation or long term placement!

Kim Cox: My Great Uncle was here for only 4 days. The ENTIRE staff (Admissions - Nurses and Aides on Unit - Social Worker- Activities) were all very caring and compassionate. Their priority was making sure our loved one was comfortable and that we were supported as a family!
meg Zombie: Worst place to ever send a family member they will neglect them starve them and cause injuries to them. then when your family member is being discharged force them to sign a paper saying they are not responsible for the family members injuries received in their care. they will not notify you if your family member has fallen. worst place to go if family is wheelchair-bound they will stick them in a room where they can’t move and they will steal family members belongings. this is happened to my family when my family member was in their care. And they lie about when patients see the doctor. portion size are awful food and quality is awful. if family member goes there get ready to pay out of pocket for food for them because Willowbrook will barely provide them enough food to survive. This place is a lawsuit Waiting to happen

_ Angie: This is a beautiful place, with very relevant history for Flint's beginnings of our library and hospitals. It is unfortunately, poorly advertised, with VERY limited hours of operation. I am a graduated UofM Flint, with my undergraduate degree in History, andvhad never heard about it. Perhaps they could work with UofM and Mott's history departments to advertise better, and get student volunteers to allow more opportunities for visits beyond every third Saturday, from 1-4. I see that about half of the limited reviews mention being unable to go inside because it was not open.

Lex Talionis: Wonderful little museum and event space. The buikding is beautifully restored and their furnishings, while not original, are very representative of the period. Touring the hospital wing was a bit spooky.

Niki Perkins: A hidden gem in Flint, MI!We attended an open house for a friend's business and discovered a beautiful historic home that is open for tours. It was originally a private home. This is also the site of the first Sisters of St. Joseph Hospital, now Genesys. They rent business space, neat place for a small business office.
Brian Sparks: I got two tours of this house. It only costs $10 each tour. I'm so happy they restored this civil war house! I saw the house from top bottom. If you ask, they will take you to the roof-top where the view is priceless!

Tammy B: I have been working with Sugarbush for a few years now as a homecare, hospice liaison form one of the agencies that they use to offer such services. We have found the environment very comfortable, clean and inviting at all times. They staff members at Sugarbush are very welcoming and knowledgeable to each individual resident's care needs.

Camille Turner: I have been here for a month. The office staff is attentive and effective at their jobs. My new place is quiet all the time. The thing that you need to know is NO satellite dishes on the property. I feel like I'm home.
DeQuindra Washington: Country Club Manor is located in a pretty neutral area. It’s quiet sometimes but when it’s loud it’s loud. For the most part the new management company has been tackling the brush leftover from the previous owner’s. As a 3rd year tenant I understand getting into the swing of things however, I hope in the upcoming year that new upgrades or services will be offered to tenants like myself who could use new appliances or carpet replace or etc.Overall, I’m pleased with the area and the management if we could a suggestion box outside the leasing office I would be more than happy to extend what I think take this apartment complex to the next level and make it stand out from the others within this 10 mile radius!
Jennifer Odom: I've been here almost a year. Thus far all my concerns have been addressed. The ladies in the office have a job to do and sometimes it's not easy. The management team is great it's the residents that cause problems. CCM have come a long way considering about 5 years ago when I visited.

Terri Lowe: What a Great day my friend and I had at Apple wood! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We did the flower tour first, then we went in and did the house. You can't take pictures inside I have no problem with that cuz you can see more. The house is gorgeous! Ladies if you're looking for something for your kids to do you can pack a picnic lunch take a blanket and sit in the gardens while you eat. I highly recommend

Jeff Stancroff: This is a great destination if your in the Flint area. The grounds are amazing, the home tour is very interesting and if you take the home tour or talk to the volunteers you will learn just how big a part the Mott's played in Genesee County and its also free!

samantha dubay: Only open on Sundays 1-4 (when we went in Oct anyhow) The volunteers were very informative and chipper. It was FREE to go into the first floor only. No photos allowed inside. Walking the gardens was nice too. Near the longway planetarium so you can park there and walk up. Mr. Mott was one of the co founders of General Motors.

Mitch: Applewood Estates is a beautiful little gem tucked away in the heart of Flint. Contributions of their resources produced by only a handful of employees and some wonderful volunteers go straight to homes and shelters within the city.But the gardens are the real prize for visitors free viewing pleasure. Stunning landscapes with apple orchards, rose gardens, herb gardens and so much more.A great way to spend a couple hours with family or on your own.

Annie Lang: Applewood Estate was the ideal destination to casually enjoy the spectacular gardens and beautiful estate vistas this historic site offers to the public for free. Applewood is a hidden gem located in the cultural district of Flint, Michigan and has been meticulously preserved and maintained by the Ruth Mott Foundation as a tribute to the legacy of Charles Stewart Mott and his many contributions to the Flint Community. The Applewood staff was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable when it came to identifying the more unusual botanicals on display. Though it only takes a few hours to tour the gardens, it's time well spent as you leisurely tour the apple orchard, numerous flowering gardens, visitor's center and historic brick barn, gatehouse, and chicken coop.
Sally Luke: We like to go on Fridays to Story Time. They read a book to the kids and they give the kids the same book to take home. They always have little activities to do after they read the story.After the story and activities we walk the grounds and check out all the flowers and find a shady spot for a picnic lunch or a snack.They do a taste of Applewood where you can try a product that has been grown on the estate .
