myroutine Myroutine: For about 21 months our mother had been a resident of Woodhaven. We have nothing but positive things to say about the facility and the wonderful staff who work there. Everyone is so kind, helpful and eager to be of assistance. The place is kept clean, the laundry is cared for and the meals are excellent! They also work hard make sure there are many wonderful activities for the residents. As a place for independent living, you could really do no better. All the staff and residents became family to us. Due to mom’s progressively worsening dementia, we felt it necessary to move her to a long-term care facility. However, we will have nothing but pleasant and wonderful memories of Woodhaven and all of the people we were privileged to get to know. Many many thanks to all of you for taking such good care of mom! We appreciate all of your excellent service and love. We will never forget you!Family of former Woodhaven Resident

Vanilla Bean: This place refused a resident's medication because the family had a balance and the Executive Director Erica let this senior sit in pain until the debt was paid. She let staff take the blame for her decision. Let's talk about how an employee ended up dead face down without any pants on in the basement at the beginning of her shift. Someone had time to attempt to unlock her iPhone, and the phone caught half of a burred face, but you didn't notice that this supervisor was missing for an hour the way your employees are always watching each other, waiting to throw each other under the bus. This isn't a good place to work or have your loved one live here. I don't recommend it.

D Riley: During C-19, the director, Kelly Price, has done a remarkable job keeping the residents and staff safe. I am extremely grateful for the care the staff has provided to my mother, especially during this most difficult time. My mother has told me on several occasions how appreciative she is for the staff and that is comforting for me, since I can no longer care for her in my home. Thank you.
Patsy Dimond-Spencer: I was there visiting a friend. Very nice place. She was so happy in her new environment. No stairs, which was nice. Elevator was very convenient. Phones provided with intercom to let residents know of upcoming event. Thoroughly enjoyed and impressed. Staff was great.

jose greer: Suspected elder abuse, rude staff. My grandma stayed at the facility several years and they had her intimidated not to disclose living conditions with family members. Prices are ridiculously high, 2000+ dollars for a room the size of a jail cell. Avoid this place at all costs
K H: They drugged my mother and told me she was dying and placed in in hospice care. I got her out of there and 3 years later she's still alive and no longer drugged. It took 3 months to get her back to normal after all the drugs they had in her system. I would find her sleeping in the shower and her bathroom floor flooded. That's how well they cared for her. It looks nice but beware if your loved one needs any kind of care.
