Jeff Olds: Went in to have a frontend noise diagnosed and was told it would be about 20 minutes, after an hour I asked how much longer it would be and was told that they had to finish an oil change that came in AFTER I did before they could diagnose my car, I have used this location before and spent hundreds of dollars and was prepared to spend hundreds more but I will NOT be spending my money there ever again
Diana Elkassis: My father was in yesterday Saturday from 2pm to 4pm waiting in the lobby while there was two workers on their phone playing games, there was no one inside other then my father in line, no other car but my fathers. My father went up to the front desk and asked how long will he be waiting, they told him loudly “if you want you can leave” My dad told them no he doesn’t want to leave he’s been waiting for two hours then the two workers proceeded to throw the keys in his face and told him to leave since they are too busy playing on their phone. We will never be back again. What a horrible service.

Yall Fullofshit: Worst place ever brought my car here to get fixed and my car is in worser condition then when I dropped it off. Never have I heard of a car place nor taking a car on a ride to ensure the problem is fixed or nor have I heard a car place tell anyone when you get your car fixed something else usually goes wrong on a car and needs to be fixed. Terry Money: Used to go here for my oil changes exclusively for because of the price, then I developed an oil leak on my plug from them stripping it out so they first gave me a last chance plug and acted like they were doing me a favor.. then they proceeded to tell me they won't do anymore oil changes for me because of the last chance plug they put in there because the last chance plug can get metal shavings in my engine. Now I need a new oil pan because of them and can't even get change my oil. Stay away from this place if you don't want your plug stripped out and then lied too!Service:Oil change

I asked if it can be looked at because they were not on when my car was brought in but they refused to look and told me to get off the property. I was not rude at all when I asked so I don't understand why the rudeness. It has been a few days and my warning lights are still on. The guy at the front desk did nothing to stop the guy from talking to me the way he was. That place is going down hill quick. I will never go back there and I hope my family won't either.

They tell me this problem is because of leaking of flex pipe so if I want to change it ,this will cost 1021$as it comes with converter and if I want to repair the old one it will cost me 250 $. Then I decided to take me car to another muffler man at corruna road . They change my flex pipe in just 150 $.

The one on Pierson Road and Jennings,no they are always busy,which is a good sign.They are helpful and gives you a referral where you can go to get your car fixed.I have never had any issues with them.Honest,hardworking people.So i don't understand why others gave them a bad review.I have been taking my various cars to them over 20 + years.I would refer anyone to them,Kevin and his wife earns a A+ in my book anyday and its hard to inpress me.They go far above anyone else.

Cerissa Williams: They changed my catalytic converter 2 weeks ago. All of a sudden I had a transmission leak. Took it to a different transmission shop who informed me that when better buy did my converter they bent my transmission lines causing them to rub on the casing and putting a hole in them. I contacted better buy and they completely deny any wrong doing. But they were the only ones that had been under my car. I do not recommend anyone to trust them with their car.
