This happened the day before our wedding while we were on the other side of the state. We had to stay longer to get it fixed and drive home.Then, turns out the tires are already dangerous to drive in. Having to replace those. This morning my car wouldn’t start. Now I need to figure that out. This car has costed us so much money and it hasn’t been a full year of owning. This place said it was in fantastic condition and wouldn’t need any work until maybe years down the road. Don’t let the salespeople fool you here.

jonathan johnson: If I could give this place a 0 star I would. They were rude and did not want to talk to me and my fiancé. Just because we were young adults (21) shouldn't mean anything. We were looking to buy a car and they guy we talked just started to lie to us saying things like the there are only 7 fiat 500 abarth left in the whole United states that are new which was not true. And then he proceeded to tell me that the 124 abarth’s do not have the same motor in it which i was looking up on my phone and they have the exact same motor. In the end he wouldn't let us test drive any of the new cars even though we had cash in hand and when we asked if we could maybe test drive or get a used car that they had in the lot. He said “I will call someone who is in charge with all those cars and get them right on over they are standing over there”. Well he walked over and just started to laugh and make jokes with the other salesman and we waited about 30-45 minutes and no one ever came back. This goes down as the worst dealership experience i have ever had and they lost all my sales in the future.

Sharpe Cars: what do users think?
Gerald Steinkraus: I ordered a part for an R59 roadster, but they send parts for an R60 countryman. They did this twice. Then they charged me a 25% restocking fee, when they sent the wrong part TWICE!!!!! Then they were rude to me about it. We buy, service, and sell 60-100 mini coopers a year. We treat our customers with respect, no matter the situation. We just took our business to another Mini dealer, who by far, is so nice and very helpful with us. We expect to spend $20 to $35,000 with them this year. It's sad to see that an inexperienced employee can cost Sharpe money. Disappointing, to say the least.....

Go back to pick up car after only front tires were replaced on an awd car. To find rear tires needing replacement. They said they would not replace they were fine and awd cars don't have to match front and rear.Brought my car in for repairs at the same time was quoted way more than I wanted to put into it. Had it fixed elsewhere for 1/7 the quoted price.Use caution when using this dealership. Not what they used to be.

Camden Schuessler: Bob helped me when I purchased my 2017 Nissan Rogue. Not only was the car in terrific shape, but everyone here was very nice. I loved how Bob saw an actually human being when speaking to me, and not a way to make money. For example, Bob took the time to really get to know my mom and I, and even giving some special info about himself. Like the fact that he was in a Mountain Dew commercial in the 80's which I found pretty darn cool. When I put money down, the title for my car was not in yet. However, during this waiting process, Bob contacted my mom and I regularly giving us updates and funny jokes. I highly recommended purchasing your next car here.

Morgan Dufford: I randomly decided to upgrade my vehicle a few weeks ago and was in between a brand new Subaru (from a different dealership) and a Range Rover. I was checking out Sharpe's website to see what RRs they had in stock and a used Mercedes really caught my eye. I sent an email to get more info and within a few hours, Brett had contacted me to set up an appointment so I could check it out. Brett was super accommodating to my insane work schedule and was able to answer any and all questions I had (good and bad!) regarding the vehicle, servicing, etc. and was not pushy in any capacity -- I felt completely comfortable and believed he wanted me to make an informed decision as to which vehicle I purchased, even if I did not end up purchasing with him. We also discussed options for my "old" vehicle, and he even emailed me the CarFax report to assist in my selling it privately -- I was (and am) super impressed and would recommend Brett to anyone in the market for a vehicle! They replaced the broken plastic piece as we requested and the other issue we had required the battery to be reset. Reseting the battery did not fix the issue, so we reached out again to Bob. He was very responsive and we are taking it in to have it fixed on Saturday courtesy of the dealership. I appreciate the ease of communication and the follow through on fixing these items.

Betten Imports, Inc. Volvo: what do users think?
Tim Bradshaw: I own a Volvo XC60 which has defective rear tires which both went completely bald at about 10,000 miles. I brought this defect (which was acknowledged) to the attention of the service department after waiting almost a month for an appointment. They said it is tire manufacturer issue and couldn’t really help after I called them 4 times over 3 weeks. If you are buying a Volvo for perceived quality or service, DONT. Just get a Buick (or equal) and save thousands for the same quality. Betten service is poor, and I recommend avoiding this dealership that doesn’t stand behind what the brand describes.

Called my local Volvo dealer back home which is 300 miles away and then said to call Betten and ask for an emergency service since out of town. I called just now and politely asked and explained the situation I was in. I was told basically I’m SOL because they’re booking past Nov 15th. I called my local Volvo dealer back home and told them this and they were astonished at the poor customer service from Betten. They couldn’t believe nor could I that in an emergency situation they weren’t willing to make an exception for a customer. I hope this review helps others who may find their self in the same situation as me. No empathy was shown towards me or anything. I got a “unfortunately nothing I can do” response.
Evan Hordyk: We worked with several people at Betten Volvo over the past few days and received excellent customer service from each one of them. Landon was super helpful, asking us questions and pointing us to a model that would meet our needs. James did a great job showing us around and answering questions on a test drive. Mark was completely upfront when negotiating a price, which made us feel better about our final purchase. Landon and Dominic were both helpful in getting everything taken care of to process the sale and help us understand the features of our new vehicle. I can't speak to comments of other users from years ago but Betten Volvo is providing 5 star sales service today!
Caroline Nguyen: If I could give a 0 star review, I would. The service here is absolutely horrendous and the dealers here are extremely incapable of understanding the bare minimum of politeness. My mother has been searching for a new and reliable vehicle. Right when she came into this dealership for the first time, she (as anyone and everyone who are seeking to purchase a new vehicle would do at a car dealership) had asked if she could please get more detail on the 2 vehicles she had an interest in and potentially go for a test run. The dealer rudely mentioned word for word and said to my mother, "Are you actually going to buy a car? If not, I don't have the time to work for free". Apparently taking the time out your day to go to this dealership, asking for more in depth detail, and wanting to test drive a vehicle you may potentially want to purchase does not meet their criteria as a client. You're better off going to other car dealerships who at least have polite and adequate service. As you can see from other reviews, this would not be the first of many who have had trouble with their service. What a poorly and undeveloped dealership this place is.

We reminded him of that and he said "Gentlemen, I think our time is done here." It is single handedly the most unprofessional thing I've ever seen. Don't waste your time here. (This happened several months ago)
