Pamela Cooke: We had a great caregiver worker for my husband. Always on time, polite and considerate. But the office staff is disorganized. 3 times we have contacted the office and made requests for the caregiver not to come,..illness or appts.." yep we'll let them know" they say. 3 times our caregiver drove to our home and never got the communication. Ridiculous.They say need people but don't even communicate with the ones they have.
kevin hagler: The people at Elders Helpers have been there from me when I was in a pinch. Their compassion and undying commitment to the population they serve is outstanding. The staff is top notch, and I would entrust all those I care about to their dedicated hands. Thank you for all you do.

Mark Manion: Human waste left on toilet seats, food and clothing continuously disappearing and your loved one left in dirty diapers for days is what I have received for $ 8000 a month. Possibly your experience will be different , but I doubt it.

I sent them photos. They assured me they would talk to the caregiver.I have to file police report so I can report the loss on my laptop, programs and braille clay crochet hooks on the business income taxes.Lesson learned. eva bivins: The worst agency ever employees and staff, lie, cheat and steal from you, don't show up, are late, sit and will watch you sleep, when written what do and wake you up to take med and have breakfast!!!!!! This agency is hazards to your health! RUN!!!!

Mike Nowak: As a former employee, I would recommend this business to anyone with a loved one in need of care. They take care of all of their clients as though they were family. The management staff in helpful with someone always on call. They are there for your loved one 24/7. If you need in home aid, give them a call.

Anthony Wolfram: The employees are uneducated, part time, minimum wage workers. They are skilled at exploiting and taking advantage of the clients they are supposed to be helping. The "helper" does little more than prepare meals for themselves, use the client's vehicle, and take money and "gifts"- including major pieces of furniture!! The last experience I had with this place, the "helper" assisted an unemployed drug addict move in on the client and did absolutely nothing about the drugging and exploitation of the client. I don't understand why investigations and charges haven't been brought down on this place. It is horrible. Protect yourself and your loved ones. Steer clear of this "service".
