Leasa Holton: Well today everyone at Continnetal come thru for me. My old bedroom TV decided it was time to retire. Called and everyone worked hard and I got new TV within and hour of the call. Delivery staff was very nice and had patience with me as I could not remember password for me account. But he got every thing all taken care of before leaving. They also took old TV away for me. However the best part of these places is convenience.. Got a washer set delivered to find out I need to leavemy home find a way to the store and spend money I dont have right now on a hose for the dryer this is ridiculous... Really thinking about returning and just going elsewhere because this is ludacris altho the young men who came were very nice I just cant fathom this

Sierra Cooper: Got a bed set and a fridge. The water dispenser and ice maker on the fridge occasionally stop working it was dented and scratched by the two guys that delivered it and with latonya she’s been severely rude and claims that she’s trying to work with me when I asked her 3 months ago if I could switch my payments from biweekly to weekly and was denied and then she started demanding the fridge and bed back while she was still taking payments from my account.

Garrusdon Davidson: Terrible customer service. Extremely poor communication. When a refund of several thousand dollars has supposedly been issued, no communication about when it's coming, no tracking, no information given for your management to discuss the issues. They provide you no options, and don't communicate to you if there's issues. Atrocious experience overall.
J Calton: This is a scam. Whatever you do, do NOT use their program. Was promised pay off, made payment and am still getting harassing phone calls as are my family members. The last guy "forgot" to select paid in full. And now they "have a new district manager" and they need us to pay our monthly fee. They will call from local numbers but never answer on their listed number. Random people text you about your account and then you can't get a response 10 days later. The people change monthly. Its a literal scam. I wish I had a warning beforehand, please do not use their services.

Myisha Gill: I had the worst experience EVER with this company. The staff are RUDE and have no customer service skills at all. I would never go through this company again or recommend them to anyone. I learned my lesson and will just save money and pay up front next time. But they can definitely use better customer service if they want to keep their customers coming back. I asked for proof of payoff and ALLISON says you got a receipt. I made the payment over phone so I do not have a receipt, I want proof from Acceptance Now of payoff, plus its still showing on my credit. I feel like they wanted me to pay late fees which thank God I never got stuck with because the money was ALWAYS in there if they charged the right card that I changed in the beginning
Shanta Abraham: Everytime I have an encounter with the "manager" Allison she was very ride and seem as if it hurt her to be nice. Very short and snobby with her responses both time I went through the program at value city furniture on 28th. Also when I ask for a supervisor or corporate number and she lies and says there isn't one. What type of business is this?????This will be the absolute last time I spend money with them! Find some other location to take advantage of the acceptance now program because Allision gave me a horrible experience!

MichiganLady 1986: I don't see how this place has a 4 star rating. Customer service is not a strong suit for any of the employees here. Talked to one of the females there and she was very rude and had a snotty tone in her voice. When they came and picked up the items, Erin was rude as well. Best bet, take your business elsewhere.

She left me a message about this specific Aaron's store in Grand Rapids, saying there was a promotion to put a dollar down if you buy online? I have never, EVER spoken to anyone about this store, set foot in this store, nothing. How did they even get my number? I've never given it out to them, and I don't give it out elsewhere for any promotional things. Someone needs to reach out to ensure my number is not ANYWHERE in the Aaron's system. If it is even real, since this kind of seems like a scam.

Virginia Castle: They never call to let you know when your payment is due I went in last week to make a payment and they told me my next payment is due on the 15th of august just checked my account and they charged me today 8/2/21 not to happy with them especially because my normal payment date is the 5th of every month there should be no reason they are charging my card today (8/2/21) 😡 they will be hearing about as soon as they open up!
Stephanie Foster: Steve, I do believe, was so funny and a pleasure setting us up for our delivery of our furniture! The TV is absolutely amazing good call on only giving out Samsung and a different brand but forgot which. I had Aaron's right after highschool and kept the livingroom furniture for five years. Pro tip, when you give back furniture any money you paid goes to the furniture you pick up at a different Aaron's if you MOVE. (That money does expire in 1 or 2 years)
