Arguably, this provides a lot of variety but there was no immediate discernable form of organization within the clothes.3 stars for variety and amount of product, but there’s no way you’d get a large stroller in there or a child with any level of distractability.

Kyle Grusling: I can always find beautiful baby gifts here, but it is not for the faint of heart. There is stuff literally everywhere, up to the ceiling, in the store. The people who work here are excellent at helping you find something and they do know where everything is, just be prepared to be overwhelmed when you walk in. It's also fantastic for shoes. I love that I can try shoes on my son from tons of high quality brands! It's not cheap. You won't find much for under $30, but it does tend to be worth the money. Returns are in store credit only which makes gifting to anyone not local a little tough.

Since then I've had the pleasure of buying shoes (and lots of them :)), baby gifts, and my daughter's Christening gown here. Jennah Hosta: Now I know why everyone says it’s not worth it to sell here! The workers are so rude and have no customer service skills at all. I brought my stuff in around 10:30, they told me they would have my stuff done around 2, I had to be somewhere else later that day so my family said they could come back to pick it up. The girl helping me was so rude when asking me questions and speaking to me as I tried to figure out how to make it work. When my family came back to pick up they lied to them and claimed they told me it wouldn’t be ready until 11 the next day, which definitely was not true as I wouldn’t have even left the stuff there. After all the mess and hassle it definitely wasn’t worth the small amount they gave me. Never going here again! Will try kid to kid next time.
Dustin Bush: I brought in 2 tubs of clean washes clothes and they said I didn't wash them. I used drift soap, even packed them in new tubs, they only gave me $9 for 5 things and said I had to organize the tub that it's not there jog searching for out fits.....onezies don't come with shorts or pants! Wasted $40 in gas for nothing. Never gonna shop here again. Gladly take my business elsewhere.
Brian Crawford: Excellent selection for kids clothes up to the ages of about 9 years old. Jeans are around 10. Shorts 3-5 bucks. Shirts around 6. More expensive than a yard sale but almost everything is like new and aisles are even divided into colors.

Ashley Shettles: I'm not impressed with this location or the staff there. I went in yesterday and the lady in front of me literally had 8 containers that were being checked. To my understanding you are only supposed to bring in 2 containers at a time. I gathered form the conversation that the employee and customer knew each other personally. So if you know someone who works there you get special privileges. I took in a 60 dollar bouncer and was offered 8 bucks.This place just isn't worth the time or effort. The staff do not appear to be happy with their jobs.

This week week they did not have time to process my clothes and asked if I could come back on another day. Because it was a busy weekend, i agreed to come back at a later day. So I returned the following week and they had kept some of my items and donated the remainder of my items including my custom baskets. No record of what they kept or donated. The 45.00 they sold of my items they did not give cash for, only store credit. No phone call or text to me.

I didn't think it took a lot of time, but I was given a card for a free breakfast sandwich because "It took so long".. Unbelievable! You'd NEVER see the other fast food places do that.. Tiffany Nelson: Consignment here is rough. They will allow you to drop things off and fail to communicate that they won't actually check your items if its not brought in a certain way. They will also not tell you prices on the phone, forcing you to drive back to them, except if you don’t come back within 24 hours you forfeit everything . The amount of time and energy invested just to find out when I got there they didn’t even bother going through everything because it was brought in in bags. ☠️Do business at your own risk.

Good luck trying to sell anything to them if your items aren’t perfectly folded and in brand new totes. You have been warned. Will not be going back.

I've made two online orders from Hopscotch of different jellycats and I'm beyond satisfied with their shipping and customer service. Both orders shipped extremely fast (I'm talking same day or next day, depending on if I ordered before 5pm or not), and arrived within 1 day after shipping.I've never had to reach out to their customer service because I haven't had any problems, however I feel confident that if I did have any issues they would take care of it. Nancy Fohlbrook: Christmas socks and sonogram ornaments had signs that said 50% off. Both items rang up full price. Showed the manager where the items were located and the sign directly above them with 50%off. She scanned them and told me that the prices were for the day before. She then took the signs down and refused to sell me the items as marked! Very frustrating

Erin Kanouse: I recently visited Buy Buy Baby to select a stroller and car seat for my baby registry. I'm a first time mom and really had no idea what I was doing. Bri and Lizzie were the associates who helped me and they answered every question and demonstrated the functions of the strollers to me. The manager was also phenomenal in customer service and her knowledge of the baby equipment. I felt so much more confident after leaving the store. And they gave be a little gift bag with sample mommy items and items for the baby- like lotions and a pacifier etc. The Noodle & Boo belly oil is so nice I ordered some in a larger size. I also got a "baby on board" suction cup decal for my vehicle in the gift bag, which was pretty neat. I'm so grateful for the ladies who helped me that day!! You made an amazing impression on me and helped the selection process to be easy. Thank you!

Store is always a mess…workers are not helpful & look miserable & they are ALWAYS closed. Woody Bomgaars: DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I ordered a step 2 Woodland climber which is pretty large. It comes in 3 different boxes. I received box #3 one day, box #1 the next day and never received box #2! After 2-3 weeks of calls into customer service, with no answers, I requested to speak to a manager. She couldn’t and wouldn’t help me either. So I ended up returning the 2 boxes and buying it from somewhere else. I’ll be curious how quickly I get refunded.

I was there for 45 minutes for one thing and they still could not find the monitor or get the coupon codes to work. Products are significantly above Amazon prices. I was only there because someone had given me a giftcard but, in the end, I still left empty handed. So sad. Getting baby stuff should be a great experience.
Chloe Youmans: Lexi is amazing!!! Dealt with her in May 2021 in regards to a dresser bought during covid May 2020. I thought nothing could be done cause i waited to so long (my fault). One drawer had tape inside blocking it from opening all the way but it was so deep in I couldn’t reach it. I finally decided since i paid over $400 for it and it came like that i should say something. Anyways Lexi immediately ordered a new one for me. A month goes by and i call to get an eta, Lexi said because of covid everything is delayed and she is not sure when it will be in. She offered to give me 50 % off if i want to just keep it. I decided to do that.So move to Tuesday 8-17-2021 i was changing the sheet of the changing table and saw huge scratches on the dresser from the changing table. I called and spoke to Lexi thinking nothing can be done and she told me that my original replacement dresser was coming in that day and she will have it delivered to me. I was shocked they would do that after refunding me. She also told me that she can either order a new changing table for me but it wouldn’t be in until Nov 2022 because of covid or she could refund it. I chose refund and she agreed cause my baby is now one and will be to big for it by the time it comes in. So i went in the next day and she refunded that and the mattress i bought with it. She is amazing!! The store is amazing!! I was reading some of the other comments and it made me sad, all furniture places are having major delays. That is not the stores fault or associates fault. I ordered a couch next door to buybuybaby back in April 2021 and still have not received it.

I have my receipt and they are refusing to take it back for full credit. The store supervisor, Lexi, laughed throughout the conversation. Said it doesnt matter what the receipt says. She told me to go to their website. I was not expecting that at all. That was my first visit and purchase ever there and will be my last.I got the feeling from Lexi's attitude that she knows they will not make this right.
Dark One: Lots of baby stuff very big store top pick
M J: NEVER ordering from them again. I placed an order on February 10th and the email said it'll be here by Saturday. That Saturday I got another email saying they're running late and that it wont be here until Sunday. I thought no big deal, it's just an extra day. Nope. It's now the 18th and it's still not here. I called Fedex because that's where it's coming from and it's stuck in a different state. It hasn't moved since that Saturday when it was supposed to be here. When I called for a refund, they said I wouldn't be able to get the refund until DECEMBER. I'm so fed up with having to call to see where the package is at. It would of been okay if it were to say that it would be here later than that Saturday that they originally said but since it never came when it said it would and it's been a week since I've been waiting to see where it's at and when I would get it, I'm fed up with waiting and will gladly order from another place that will actually deliver my package on time. I will not be shopping here again.

She was very patient and took us through MANY models. She was the perfect balance of being price conscious AND showing us what we wanted/needed. She was able to quickly give us some helpful info around other large purchases like cribs, gliders, car seats, etc.Her advice was that if we wanted to get another look to come during the weekdays as they are MUCH busier on weekends. It was Thursday evening and the store was quiet.

Chloe: I’m one of those people that would give a no star rating if I could. Placed an order which was confirmed. Two hours later received an email my order was cancelled. Called the phone number listed in my email and was told they had no idea why it was cancelled and no one could tell me because it was “the system” that cancelled it. Sorry for you Children’s Place - I love my granddaughters and love to buy them gifts - not from Children’s Place anymore.

The guy asked to talk to the manager and the manager agreed it was a mistake since she couldn’t find any of the same pjs in the box. The guy still threw a fit and insisted that he was given the clearance price. He argued for 20 minutes and then threatened to write a bad review if he wasn’t given the discount. He asked for the managers name to name her in the complaint.Mistakes happen. We are in the middle of a staffing crisis nation wide. Don’t be upset for the people who are showing up everyday to work. Our cashier, his cashier and the manager were all lovely.I hope this review cancels his review out. The store was super clean and staff were extremely helpful. Some people feel entitled and it’s a shame. Thank you Auburn Hills Children Place for helping us find our children’s back to school uniforms and making it so easy.

How can I give 9 grandkids matching jammies and leave one out! So angry since I specifically order early and all were in stock. Someone made a huge mistake. Therefore, I am returning all of them!

Carrie White: This store is clean and organized. They have decent prices and a lot of cute clothes for kids. I like that many of their boy's bottoms have elastic waist bands. You can usually find husky and slim sizes online, as well (but not always in the store).

Joann Kuklewski: Would not give them 1 star.Customer service was terrible. Rude girls, not helpful on phon or in person.Will never shop there again.

Even though the working hours says its open until 7 PM, when visited store to pick up at 6 PM, the door where closed. Though agents were in the store, they were not polite and did not want to hear anything and ignored.

Emily: I was told many of my nice items were “rejected” just because they were brought in a trash bag. If i had known I would have gone to my car and put them in the tote that was right there in my trunk. Terrible customer service and apparently staff are too lazy to look in a bag.

Moriah Rood: I love this place for clothes. However, their toys rarely come with all the pieces and are always overpriced. They always have too many toys, so when you actually bring in ones of decent quality with all the parts, they never buy them.

JBP Doe: Everyone is always nice, they stores is always clean and organzied and there is so much great stuff to choose from.
