Jenn LaClair Shifferd: It's a smaller store, so the selection is limited. However they can order the item for you and have it sent for free to your home. I found a great coat on clearance, and they were able to have it shipped to me in my size. Really friendly staff, and I like that they have a dressing room.
Christina Scutt: The woodland location is always clean and well organized. They have a wonderful staff who always go above and beyond to ensure a one of a kind experience.

Nim Gregory: Absolutely fantastic! The sweetest and most helpful staff, each has a wonderful personality and style all their own. If you can't find someone there who can help you find something, I don't know what to tell you, because they even dressed a professional pirate well. If they can do that, casual fun clothes should be easy peasy! They had so many suggestions for my style that I loved even before knowing why I wanted the outfit I did. Once they knew...well, let me tell you, they had ideas and I liked the look they helped me come up with! I confess, I'm not an easy customer to please when it comes to clothes, but they certainly found things I adored!

Called another store to check on tomorrow and again it will be closed. lauren: I walked in today and I never received a greeting and I know they saw me walk in. I saw at least 2 women there doing nothing but talking to each other and they never offered to help me. I had clothes to try on and no one offered me a fitting room. I won't be returning to this location again. Very unwelcoming!

Melanie Whitten: I shop often at my local Lane Bryant and have always been treated wonderfully. I have always been offered help, been told of the specials etc. I went to the one on the otherside of town. I walked in and was greeted with a hello and that was the last I heard from them. They were both busy behind the register folding things. I was looking for new bras. I took a variety of sizes in as I don't know what size I wear anymore. When I came out I asked what to do with them since they didn't fit, the offered to take them and went back to their busy work.I was the only one in the store. I will never set foot in that location again. I am glad this wasn't my first experience with Lane Bryant. I will continue to frequent my usual location.

Altamiece Cooper: I came in to try and find some jeans. I had been to about five different stores tonight alone and was hoping to get some help finding a pair of jeans that fit my body(which is difficult to do). I walked in as was greeted with a "hello", but then nothing else. I walked around for a few minutes trying to understand the jeans and fits myself since no one was ready to help. I finally asked for help, but the two young girls were VERY unfamiliar with the clothing. They were more interested in talking to each other than helping me and another customer that came in. At least they were sweet, but I would have liked some more knowledge given about the clothes and a willingness to help. The selection at this store was also lacking. I wish the had the denim wall. Oh well.

Ellen Bradbury: I’ve been wanting to go to LB for a couple months now and today I finally went. I was hopeful about finding a bra that fit perfectly AND looked good but I wasn’t sure if I would get the kind of help I was looking for. I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by a lady named Carol. She was very friendly, attentive and most importantly truly cared about helping me find a bra that would fit me and that I’d feel comfortable in. Carol was very attentive and took the time, seemed like hours, to fit me and find my particular size. I’ve never been to a store where the clerk/attendants were so friendly, helpful and attentive the way Carol was. Most of the time when I would go to other lingerie store I’d inevitably walk out empty-handed, frustrated and crying. I was so excited when I found a bra that fit me. I didn’t really think I would and I was afraid that I’d walk out empty handed, but Carol didn’t give up on me. I ended up buying 4 bras and 10 pairs of underwear. I plan on being a regular customer of Lain Bryant.

Lynn Gouge: Not quite the quality of many years ago but still higher-priced. Since sizes vary trying on is a must. I can still find some well made stylish pieces. As always staff is exceptional. Tired of returning catalog pieces, I'm grateful there's still a brick and mortar store where I can touch feel and try on pieces. Their sales are always attractive. Still a go to.
Emmy: I have neve written a negative review but I was totally shocked by what happened at this location.Today my mom and I came to the store to make a return. My mom was very calm and reasonable with her requests and her return was made with the receipt and within 90 days. The woman at the counter was rude from the start. She immediately claimed that it was passed the 90 days. (Which it was not and we had the receipt that clearly showed that). After a few minutes of looking at her computer she said that the screen told her it was purchased at an outlet, which it was not and the receipt also made clear. My mom also called the store she originally purches the clothing from to verify that it was indeed, not an outlet store. I believe that there could’ve been a glitch in the computer that told her that. I don’t think the associate was lying. But the way she delivered that information was incredibly rude. My mom then went back in to speak with a manager who was clearly struggling to be nice. She made it seem like a hassle to return the clothes. Although she apologized for the way my mom was treated by the first woman it was not sincere at all.I have worked my fair share of retail and customer service jobs and I know it’s not easy. I know there are rules and policies you have to abide by. But I also know that in my experience I have never treated someone so poorly and I have never considered using such an attitude toward a customer.
