I know they are doing the best they can but they usually only have 1 maybe 2 people if your lucky and We always have to wait in a long line.I work for a company and we now have to drive 7 miles out of our way to stand in line for 20 minutes or more and lately we drive all the way there just to find out that they are closed yet again for some reason. This is getting old, I would not recommend this place or any of the branches, unless you have lots of time to wait in lines. very disapointed.

mitchell skelton: I have never had an issue with thid locations teller staff AT ALL. Although the management seems to be horrible. I go in this location almost every other day for deposits around noon to 1 pm. There are literally 3 TO 5 MANAGERS and probably even higher management just lolligagging and staring at the ONE TELLER they have whilst the line just grows.Any other bank I've EVER been to has way more tellers or at least a management staff that won't allow BOTTLENECKING to a single teller when some of us are either on the job or on lunch and this time. Especially at the intersection of 28th street and the East Beltline...right next to the mall you would think they would try to expedite service faster.This is a major dissapointment.

There was 2 other people working, one I know also works the teller booth. No one offered to help or apologize for the wait. When I got up to the one woman working, I asked if they were short staffed. She said, "A little bit yeah." Didn't apologize for the wait either, then said "sometimes we just have one tellerworking." Why in thr world would only ONE person be working during lunch hour??

Get a money order I leave go pay a bill with it only to get a call that they canceled the money order, they made me drive back to get a new one.2. I ask them if I could upgrade my account and they tell me that the person is all booked and to make an appointment even though it is opening and no one is there.3. I make an appoitnment but they took someone else that didnt have an appointment waited about half an hour. Yet last time they wouldn't take me because I didn't have an appointment....Utterly and completely disappointed and beyond livid. I have never have been humiliated like this in my entire life, yes I am wearing my sweats do as I am told yet they take someone else. Sounds pretty much they are discriminating against me based on what I am wearing (sweat pants and a sweatshirt). Yet just recieved a call at 12:47 (actual appointment was at 12:00) to reschedule that they were accessing a safe box... but for me the woman in sweatpants has to make an appointment only to be told to wait close to half an hour....

Pauline: The staff is nice enough but, as the other reviewer said, the wait times here are ridiculous. Every time I've gone in to pay a bill I've had to stand in line (no seated waiting) for 20+ minutes because they only have one teller on. She's very friendly but she's also very slow, and doesn't seem to take the 10 person parade behind her current customer as a cue to act with urgency. The last time I was in a woman had an issue with a check and she was allowed to make several phone calls while the rest of us had to wait - this could have easily been a time to ask the customer to step aside and she could get a few of us out of the way while this woman held 10 minute conversations with whomever. Only $500 a way from never having to deal with Bank of America again. Credit Unions, ftw.

Kyle Ziegler: Worst bank ever. I have a business account and after a year it is a horrible, anxiety ridden experience. I have had a customer I have deposited over a dozen checks with no problem. Then they decide one day to just toss a 7 day hold on a check deposited. I spent years with PnC and never had a single problem. I wish I never had made the change. I will be moving back this week. If your a small business I do not recommend doing business with these folks

K M: I had an excellent experience today with Tracy and the entire staff. Tracy was very pleasant and professional, and was especially determined to assist me in rectifying a major mistake that a nearby branch had made on a cashiers check. Even though it was clearly a very busy day for them today, everyone there made sure I was taken care of. While I was waiting, they constantly checked on me, and I also sat back and watched as they warmly greeted and eagerly helped other customers.I read the other reviews, but I can assure you that they will take excellent care of you at this branch. Thank you, Tracy and team for your outstanding service today!! I drove an hour and half- so worth it!

Julia Habib: I have no idea how this place is rated so low but if you go to this branch MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR LUKE!!! Never has a banker been so unbelievably thorough. He won’t sign you up for random cards or give you an overload of information but will take the time to make sure you understand everything and will give his honest opinion. You can tell he has a lot of knowledge compared to so many other bankers I’ve been with and if you’re unsure about a financial issue you are having or just need help understanding something else, just make an appointment with Luke! You won’t be disappointed. Really can’t say enough good things about him, thank you again!
Daniel Sundberg: 7/15/2021 @ 3:30pm 1 teller, additional staff behind the counter not attending to customers and 7 customers waiting in line. The staff not working the desk keeping peeking around the corner and not assisting the customers waiting in line. As the first person in line, I waited nearly 30 minutes. Hopefully the other customers got out before the branch closed at 4pm. If someone from Bank of America reaches out, I collected photos.

I needed a temporary bank card but couldn't accommodate me. The card seems to wore out easy and needed replacement already. First I tried calling before I went but was not open until 10 am. Then I decided to go personally and started off with a person that was not willing to help me then I waited a while and someone came to me just to tell me that they had someone with an appointment coming in that was still not there and that I had to wait. I heard how another person was being treated there and everything seemed like was an issue like they are not willing to help solve your issues so I am stepping up and letting you know that customer service at this location is just hassle for them and are obvious about it. I am not coming back there anymore. Not as long as the same people work there.

Ashley Ash1990: I have been banking with Bank of America for years, well that was all good until I got scammed, by a company called the infinity system it is trending right now it’s a crypto scam and no I don’t use crypto, I reported it immediately to my bank than reported it to the federal trade commission, and I just knew I would get my money back once I disputed it through my bank well after the scammers emailed my bank a paper saying I paid for it because they stated it was a product to get me to pay for it my bank believed them, mind you this company has no contact info like you would think a bank can tell a scam or not but they can’t other banks have refunded people who got scammed but not Bank of America do not bank here I’ve never reported disputes before and they say oh as if I buy crypto on a regular basis no I don’t pay for it at all like if you see the ad pop up under Jono Armstrong do not pay for it good luck getting your money back they took my money I did not receive a product or classes or training they than blocked me off the site after I reported everything.
Evan D'Orazio: Usually an OK experience getting cash withdrawals. I'm starting to wonder if B of A is aware this location is one of theirs and open? Today I put my card in the atm and it has absolutely no-response to the touch screen. Luckily I was able to push the cancel button and get my card back. Really unreliable location now, yet it's the closest and most convenient to this area.

RedBerryFarm: This branch is very odd for a bank these days. Open 10 am- 4pm (doors locked by 3:50) with only one teller, and the drive up window is permanently closed. (What's with that?! )Yes, the persons working there ARE helpful, but anyone with a desk "cannot help the teller out" or do simple transactions, it seems... so there usually is a wait and a line for transactions. But how customer friendly are those hours of operation?! Other BOA branches are open until 5pm - but are a further drive.This is the ONLY branch north of 96.... and it has to be the one that closes crazy early.I gave it 2 stars, because at least this branch hasn't totally closed as of yet. Maybe if they would extend the branch hours until 5pm and staff another teller, they would pick up more business.(...and less complaints.) If we didn't have our low interest mortgage with BOA, I would switch over to someplace else with better banking hours for the customer in a heartbeat.

Dan: As a business, we provided reasonable documentation that we were making a legitimate withdraw, including getting internal BOA personal on the phone. They not only refused reasonable accommodations, but called another branch to prevent the reasonable accommodations that bank was doing.

Deborah Higgins: This bank has been mentioned in a recent scam/fraud attempt involving my 85 year old father. He was instructed by a phone scammer to withdraw all his money from his current bank, put it in cashier's checks and take it to this Bank of America -- Cutlerville, Michigan branch for deposit to an account there. I've tried contacting the branch there to get more information and alert them that there is something suspicious happening -- but I can't get through to an actual person. Will update this status IF /WHEN I ever hear back from anyone. Meanwhile ... this is very disturbing and I hope no other vulnerable elders are being scammed, or that this bank is not unwittingly taking part in some kind of fraud.
Daniel Crawford: Deposited a cashiers check. They placed a hold. Manager called the issuing bank and verified the funds. Told me he released the hold. Turns out that was false and they’re holding funds that THEY INDEPENDENTLY VERIFIED for over a week.

Krimzon X CringeGang: Never again do I want to bank w these guys, only bank that keeps you access from your money , when I opened account I was told about the wonderful features of having check scan on mobile device where I could scan my check and it would be deposited into my account now I have to wait 24 to 48 hours and it’s a Bank of America check, but if I wouldn’t of scanned it I would of been able to cash my check right away , it don’t make sense I have to wait for my funds and it’s the weekend, this is the reason I never wanted to bank w them at least any other bank in GR will give u half ur funds right away or at least all ur funds without waiting and this is why I always dealt w credit unions, This bank is horrible for business and the mobile app is such a scam I stay far away from this place
Larry Mays: Typically I go to the Cascade branch or an ATM to do my banking, but i was in the area and had questions about my account so I stopped in. I sat several minutes in the lobby before someone acknowledged me in passing. The staff did the bare minimum when asked anything and were not helpful or pleasant. Finally, the teller at the window was rude capping off a bad customer experience.They didn't make me feel valued or appreciated as a customer. This is the last time I'll go this BoA branch.

As annoying and inconvenient it was to have to deal with this kind of problem Whitney came in clutch and was nothing but understanding and very helpful! Thank you so much Whitney! Todd Emery: Bank of America has devolved into an impersonal and ineffective bank for me. After working to have help with obviously fraudulent charges (confirmed by PayPal), I twice reached out to ask for assistance from the local branch manager in Cascade. He failed to return my calls and -- after more than 12 hours total waiting on hold over a couple of months with the fraud & claims department -- I am done after 25 years as a customer. No-one has been willing to personally follow-up to resolve this issue.Follow-up -- Today I had an opportunity to personally visit with the manager, who addressed my concerns as well as possible. I am convinced he is constructively working to improve local communication and will give feedback to the fraud and claims departments. His failure to personally response was due to illness.

Looks like this is BANK OF AMERICA CULTURE GOING FORWARD. You guessed it right my friend quit the bank.2018 -As soon as I walked in, the manager asked how she can help, told her need to talk to someone about business loan. she asked me to check/ sign in, while I was helping myself with coffee which was cold, and when I was ready to sign in the teller asked for my ID. I expressed my displeasure to manger, mentioning i have relationship with many banks and no one had ever asked for my ID to talk to a person at the bank ever. she said everyone had to sign in with ID. i think that's a lie, but i will find out from a friend working at B of A. when I spoke to the guy who was to help me, first he wanted to see my history with bank to see how he could help me, I mentioned I don't have current account with them but had mortgage a few years ago with them. mentioned if I could give him my name and number and if he could foward this to a business banker, he said NO he can't do that. I shook his hand saying nice doing businesses with u and walked out.

SCN Solution: I been banking with BOA for 5 years and we recently moved to Michigan. I over drawn my account for the first time and went to this branch and ask can the fee be waved. Soon as I walk in the workers looked at me creepy like they've never seen an African American before; and they told me the fees are valid and nothing they can do. When I decided to leave the banker didn't extend to shake my hand. I'm very disappointed in this BOA bank.
