However the walls are very dirty, the fridge had mold in it, the walls in the bathroom had black mold. The jacuzzi was dirty from stains. The floor was slippery like it was oil on it. They also have good amenities like Tv,Microwave, and fenced in area for the pets. The customer service is great! I believe they truly are trying. The bed was pretty comfortable not springy like other matters. The door was hard to open and close yet we managed. There was a pull out bed it had stains and cigarette hole burns. Which made the stay spaciest for 3. One star because I felt completely un-At-Home. Yet the two I was staying with didn’t seem to mind any of it.

Jarrod: I lived here for almost 3 months & ended up here due to a previous toxic living situation. $350 a week for a double bed out the door isn't bad at all... anywhere else will charge $400+ and you'll encounter roaches and bugs at those other motels. Forget all these negative reviews, this place is somewhere to call home and comfortable living for the time being. Thank you to the awesome mantieence man Smitty for installing a brand new AC and putting a new fridge THE SAME DAY in my place when I moved in and both quit working. Take the good with the bad in life, the staff here are amazing and kind hearted in my opinion.

Sophia Virgin: We had booked this hotel days in advance, for a 2 night stay. However, upon arrival at nearly 10pm at night (after driving from the far side of toronto) the employee informed me that they were doing renovations and didn't have a room available. This conclusion took him more than 10 minutes to determine, whilst he starred at the screen and said nothing to me. He did not process a refund and requested that I call customer service and have them process it. This left us with trying to process a refund and find a new hotel at 10:45 at night. Next time, a cancellation email in advance would be recommended. We will not be returning.

Anthony andrews: NOT visitor friendly. Any guests that are not registered on the room is allowed. The front desk will ask you to check out because, quote "it jeopardizes their safety and goes against hotel policy". So apparently, if you don't mention occupation for your room including visitors that may stop by during the course of your stay, you will be charged $30 each guest. The policy does not state - any further offense will lead to early check out, something to keep in mind moving forward.Upon returning my room key. The front desk locked access to the door leading to the lobby - assuming they felt threatened by me. I was forced to return the key through small window leading to the front desk. I laughed. I honestly meant no harm and minded my own business with my quests.Overall, unprofessional the way the front desk went about. The first call was about the guest fee i was okay with paying it. 2nd call he asked me to leave. Snd I did so

This is a nice hotel with easy access to many rooms on the bottom floor, straight from the parking lot ❤️ There is truck 🚛 and trailer parking available and the rooms are affordably priced.There is room service every single day!There is a hot breakfast with many continental breakfast options. Freshly made waffles, biscuits and gravy, bagel with cream cheese, toast with butter and peanut butter or jam, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, cold cereal, and yogurt! There are even some fresh fruit options! As well as mini muffins and sometimes other pastries. The coffee machine brews your coffee fresh to order and there is a selection of teas as well as orange juice and apple juice and fresh milk!They have upgraded the entire hotel from painting 🖌️ in the lobby and the breakfast area, beautiful 🖼️decorations, as well as brand new carpeting and light fixtures throughout the hotel They have brand new pillows and comfortable mattresses 🛏️ There is a nice pool 🏊 open from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. There's also a computer and printer available in the business center. There is a coin laundry, vending machine and ice machine. There is free Wi-Fi as well as many options for TV programs. All the rooms have the standard amenities such as refrigerator, coffee machine, and microwave as well as ample drawer space and hangers. There are plenty of places to plug your devices, some rooms even have USB ports right on the lamps! I believe there are two jacuzzi suites in this hotel. Most of the rooms on the ground floor have doors that open directly to the parking lot. The upstairs rooms in the front of the hotel also have balconies.The entire hotel is very clean. There is even a woman who goes out every single day and sweeps the parking lot! A brand new privacy fence was just put up between the hotel and the adjacent motel. So no need to worry about anything there. This is a safe and well-lit location with close access to everything you could want! Located less than a block from US 131 and located directly on M11 28th Street, you cannot get a better location. You are in the middle of all the action! 28th Street was once named in the Guinness book of world records as the street having the most commercial driveways. What does that mean for you? That means that anything you could ever want could be found on 28th Street! From food to entertainment to highway access on three different highways, 28th street is the place to be! There are shopping malls either way you turn out of the hotel as well as any kind of cuisine you can think of!Just outside the pool room there is a water fountain with beautiful roses 🌹🌹⛲🌹🌹 surrounding it in the front of the hotel!God bless the owners and all of the staff. Dona Garcia: We had a great experience here. Our power had gone out and our generator leaked carbon monoxide into our home. This was the only place we could find that would accommodate a large family and 3 dogs in a pinch. The room was spacious, quiet, very clean, and well stocked. The staff was amazing! BT: I just want to say it was my wife bday weekend/ and we picked this hotel to stay at what a blessing. The service and cleanliness of this hotel is amazing. Mario the front desk guy was Unbelievable the knowledge and politeness was awesome. I thought he was a manager at first but he told me he wasn’t I couldn’t believe it. We need more people like Mario on the front lines of the workforce. The hotel was the cleanest I’ve ever been to/ the housekeeping was great also. I can’t wait to visit again. I had been trying to find a place with a hot tub because my kids really wanted one and the hotel we had stayed at the previous night had just filled theirs in. Turns out, this hotel ALSO had filled in their hot tub. Mario (front desk concierge) went above and beyond, calling multiple hotels close by to see if they had hot tubs, and even called Expedia. When none of that was available, he upgraded our room to a suite. My boys were over the moon! Mario, thank you so very much, you took a disappointment and turned it into something fun and exciting for two little boys.Also, the hotel itself is lovely, very clean and beautiful facilities.
