John Crankshaw: Stopped in for a drink. Manager had to admonish employee to take my order. Bad. The soda machine is a wonder of variety but take a few seconds to react to my touch. And be sure to fill your cup before removing it from the machine ‘cause it won’t let you put it back in for a top off. Keeps cheapskates like me from gulping a bit and then topping up, I guess.
Nicholas Hill: The oil needs to be changed and the fryer can be cleaned. The onion rings look DISGUSTING. They are all dark and burnt. It took about 20 minutes to get through the one car ahead of us but then they couldn't figure out our order and thought it was supposed to be delivery when it was a clear drive-through pickup order. Eve Kennedy: They do is good of a job is any other Burger King. The only problem is is when you go through the drive-thru it usually takes them a minimum of 15 minutes to get you through. Sometimes it's even longer. It's the slowest one I've ever been to but it's in a convenient location so I still go sometimes.

Samantha Lynn: Fast food is struggling for workers, the workers they do have are over worked, under paid and putting up with overly rude people.. Dan Carpenter: Lived in the area for years, but visited tonight and the experience was awful. I order two sandwich combos and a kid's meal, nothing too special with the meals.We waited around 3 minutes for a worker to tell us he'll be with us shortly and another 3 minutes to be served. We waited at the window he told us to and we waited close to 6 minutes. There was no one in front of us and no cars parked around the building. We pay, get no receipt and we pull forward. We're about to leave and there's no sandwich in the kid's meal... I go in and get the sandwich and we head home to eat, but I was given the wrong sandwich in my meal.I'm sure they're super short staffed, but I encourage you to avoid this Burger King entirely. The chubby young female if you can call her that and the bubble gum air head attempted to ignore me in the drive thru and was disrespectful prior when I attempted to go in to the lobby which was locked. How is anyone supposed to know the lobby is closed. There’s no signs. Also there’s no signs pointing to any kind of a drive thru. There’s just speaker and Melanie way clear in the edge of the parking lot. I think both these employees need performance management and potentially write ups if not, then terminate. It’s clear they don’t care about customer service and are only really concerned for the sake of disrespecting others.

Michael Turner: Too many issues at this location that I'm not going back. Higher chance of getting drive through orders wrong than I would expect for industry standard. Sometimes food is cold. What got me suspect though is lobby is constantly playing explicitly religious music all the time.My most recent visit they were short staffed (understandable, I can't blame the workers). But after standing at the front counter for nearly ten minutes waiting for someone to take my order, I tried to politely ask the kid who was delivering drive through if he knew when front counter. He ignored me. He had been pointedly ignoring me, not even turning around to look at me. I can get front counter wasn't his job (probably?) but he could at least say hi. I tried to talk to him a couple more times politely (not yelling or demanding he do anything). At that point I just left, my time waiting and smiling wasted. I certainly wasn't going to go through the drive through because I didn't know what this guy has against me and I wasn't going to take a chance he'd take his frustration out on me.I had a rainbow lanyard dangling from the keys in my pocket - so that if I drop my keys in the snow they're easier to find. Did he catch a glimpse and think I was gay, being purposefully homophobic at me? I don't know, I'll never find out, never going back again.I've met some of the staff that are really super nice, and again I don't fault anyone for being overworked and underpaid, but I'm not going to risk spinning the roulette wheel at this location again to see if I get good service or bad.

Erin Carrigan: I came for a late night dinner to grab a meal for myself and one of my friends. They had a very large order ahead of me and let me know at the drive thru speaker that it would be at least 5-7 minute wait to order. I was okay with waiting. DJ (On receipt) was kind and curteous in taking my order and repeating my order. I am sure the entire staff was under pressure from large order, late night and just post covid-19 in general. When I pulled forward to get my order, a young, sweet and kind woman looked to be feeling the rough of the orders before me and the car before me literally peeling away. I can honestly say, the food was fresh, hot, tasted completely amazing, buns were not squished, patties were superb. EVERYONE working this evening deserves a lot of love, raises and myself and my friends gratitude with how great it was. Very very rare do you get exceptional food from fast food and late night. I paid about 6 bucks for a cold little piece of chicken on a huge bun. I ordered the same sandwich before and definitely was not the same piece of chicken.
