Philip Champion: This location is better off closing for good. They are never open during the hours that they say they are. Yesterday I ordered online for pickup. When I arrived the door was locked. An employee walked to the front door and cracked it open and said “we aren’t open.” It was 5 pm. The service is awful and the food, you’re better off with a frozen pizza. I’m warning you now, go to a different location or different restaurant.

I go here because it’s close but most if the tribe the pizza isn’t cut, if it is the slices are horribly uneven, and every once in a while you get a raw pizza. Today I was in there and stood in line for over 10 minutes and the employee behind the counter just decided that they weren’t taking in-person orders anymore because she was tired of the long line. So since I hadn’t made an online order, I had to leave. And then prior to this experience, I showed up one time at 4:30 on a Tuesday and the only two employees in the store were having an altercation with each other that was turning physical, so they told us to leave. Dan: Look at my profile. I don’t give bad reviews unless they deserve it. Well I call my order in. Simply 2 orders of Italian cheese bread. When I got there I added a hot n ready that was not hot n ready. They had the cheese bread ready but not a single hot n ready. Ok I’ll wait the 10 min. Still not a big deal. I go back in 10 min later for it to not even be put through. She tells meshe is sorry but they got a new system. Well Little Caesars you have failed your employees and customers for not training your associates long enough. Now again I’m not the type of person to leave poor reviews but get it together guys. Amanda Palazzolo: I waited in the drive thru to read at the window a handwritten sign, "Online Orders Only." So I park and walk to the door to place an order inside instead. I get to the door, and it's locked. I look up to see another small handwritten sign, "Online orders only." It was such a horrible experience and a huge waste of time. Little Caesars is supposed to be there for a quick pick up, and all it was, was a headache. There could easily be a sign posted in front of the business that this location is only accepting online orders. What a horrible way to conduct business.

When purchasing from Little Caesars, we normally know what to expect... mid-grade pizza.HOWEVER, a fresh pizza from Little Caesars is always a plus.Today I placed an order online for a pretzel - stuffed crust pepperoni pizza with cheese sauce (not pizza sauce).I arrived 2 minutes before my pizza was expected to be done, when I got to the window, I was told my pizza had to be "remade", and if I get back in line and go around the building again, my pizza will be ready. I did so willingly...10 minites later I arried to the window and they had my fresh out of the oven pizza ready to go.When I arrived home, I was disappointed. There was absolutely ZERO yellow liquid cheese on the crust between the crust/mozz cheese. So I basically had mozz cheese on top of crust with pepperoni on it.It was DRY.... Due to the lack of cheese sauce... I'm just absolutely unhappy this time.Do better Little Caesars... Do better.

They said 15 minutes. No big deal.15 minutes later, I get the pizzas, bring them home to my family, open them up, and the cheese Pizza was burnt on top and normal on the bottom, and the other 2 seemed a little undercooked. The 2 crazy bread didn't seem right either. It had a darker color, and instead of the fluffy airy breadsticks, it was solid dough and slightly crumbly.I also noticed that the marinara sauces I requested were all only half full, but I was charged the same price as I would for other locations that of which the sauce containers would be full to the brim.(Added Edit) ALSO, I'd like to mention, I've almost damn near popped my tire here on one of the entrance/exits and bottomed out my car, REPEATEDLY. The parking lots here is atrocious as it is eith the way people park all crazy and it's hard to maneuver around, ESPECIALLY the pot hole, that of which has been here, for YEARS... Can we PLEASE fix it! This is why I'm rating the place a 1 star instead of the 3 previous, and before that was a 4 or 5 before the previous incident...I'm not here to bash, I'm just here to share my experience and hope that maybe this place will hear me out and make some changes.Thank You.

Head on down to AL-BOS RESTAURANT on 29th and Shaffer they make the best pizza in town. Clean no pork in the restaurant and amazing toppings. Pizzas aren't that greasy and not cooked in a bunch of engine oil. Cleanest place ever and the pizza starts at 12-14$. Little ceasers pizzas are disgusting and cheap quality. sandra olson: 6:00 pm on Friday, January 6. Line out the door. 2 people yelled at each other about the lines and problems ringing customers up. They were screaming at each other. Not comfortable being a customer hearing store issues being screamed back and forth. Seemed like chaos. A delivery guy told me that I have to get a store number and complain that way. T. Scott: We tried to order from this restaurant using the Little Caesars app. When I got to the restaurant, the gentleman at the counter said that they had no record of our order. When I showed him my phone with the app, which showed that not only was I at the correct store but I had already paid for it, he shrugged and said that they didn’t have our order. He didn’t offer to make the order at that point or anything. I asked if he could then refund the money, and he said that I’d have to call “DoorDash”. I was using the official Little Caesars app. It was pretty disappointing, since it was clear that I had already paid for it. Since they essentially stole from us, we’ll never be back.

Heather Johnston: I will never go to this store again they are rude and don’t care I ordered two pizzas and a breadstick and they couldn’t even get that right and then when you call and let them know that the person that had taken your order is a completely rude and disrespectful. Not to mention they don’t know where any of our orders are at? They just know that they’re really busy supposedly. Let the manager know what had happened the night before because they refused to answer their phones he act like he don’t even care, so what’s the point I guess if you don’t care I guess I can just make it everybody know not to go there because they just don’t care as far as the pizzas go. That was the nastiest pepperoni pizza. I’ve eaten in a long time not to mention it’s probably been sitting there for a good couple hours, so sick of how management cannot control their employees with the disrespecting here.
Steve Mosketti: Walked in and ordered pretzel pizza. Had to wait 10 minutes. Got it home and the crust wasn't even the pretzel. It was normal crust with the salt all over it. Dough was a little raw and the whole thing was just a mess. People just dont care anymore.
Summer: I ordered online thru the pizza portal and it told me that my order would be done by 5:04pm so I went to go pick it up and it wasn't done yet. They hadn't even started making it yet. I literally sat and waited for an hour before my food was actually done and in the portal. And all I ordered was 2 pizzas and crazy bread and they weren't even busy so idk why it took so long..

I've gotten pizza and Crazy Bread that's sat for a while, but I've also had fresh, really good food.
