Neikos Lin: In my attempts to eat more plant based, I've frequented many Mediterranean style restaurants all around the country. I have to say Le Kabob surprised me with the size of their menu, the quality of the food and the generous portions. Once seated, we looked over the enormous menu and even before we decided, came a basket of pita and a generous side of garlic aioli. I eventually settled on the veggie combo, which included hummus, falafel, veggie grape leaf, spinach pie and tabouli. My coworker ordered the lamb chops. Each meal came with a choice of 1 of four soups and two sides. We had the lentil and lamb chili along with grilled vegetables, rice and French fries. Despite the number of different items I had in the combo, every morsel tasted freshly made and of fresh ingredients. I'm usually not a huge fan of grape leaves, but even that was delicious. My co-worker also found everything top-notch despite being unfamiliar with Mediterranean food. Up to this point, we were not too happy with the food in the Grand Rapids area, i.e. a certain AYCE Asian place which shall remain un-named. My only regret about Le Kabob is that I didn't order the Veggie Combo for 2, which would've allowed me to taste their Baba and mujadara, but we were already taking home leftovers with what we order. It's a shame I haven't found such a delightful establishment near my home town. Well done folks, it's nice to visit an establishment with such clear passion for great food.Vegetarian options: Great vegan and vegetarian options.

Shawna Cozzello: We came here to take our daughter out for her birthday. She loves Mediterranean food and was really looking forward to dining here. When we arrived, an hour and 15 minutes before closing, we were told that the cook would no longer cook for in person dining…only takeout. What?? What is the difference in cooking for takeout and cooking for in person dining when you are still open for another hour? drove 20 minutes to get here too. Needless to say, we did not get take out.

Jim Peterson: Le Kabob is one of my favorite restaurants. It has the absolute best falafel outside of the Middle East, and the the best hummus I have ever had. The mini pitas that they serve are amazing. My friends say the the kabobs are great too.

Julian Silva: I really hate to post this, because the staff seemed very kind, but the food was poor and greasy. The beef shawarma's meat tasted grisly and under seasoned. The French fries tasted freezerburnt and were chewy. Our waitress was sweet but didn't check in on us unless we called her over. I can't recommend this place, even if you are in dire need of some shawarma or kebab. The garlic dip and bread was alright.

Olives tasted like they were soaked in sewer water, chicken was insanely dry, same for the tacos. Also, a lovely hair was sitting in my potato skins. I kindly asked for a refund or FRESH food and was put on hold for over 10 minutes and was told in return they could give me a pizza. After spending 70 dollars, I don’t believe that was fit.
