I understand that was my fault, but when I called back after finding my wallet (within 15 minutes) I wasn't able to get anything (including my previous order). I understand I was at fault for not having my payment ready but the manager was a total jerk.

Sasha Kay: I just moved to the area and got a coupon for a pizza. If I paid money for the pizza I received I'd be really upset. The sauce was sweet in a gross way. They used canned mushrooms on my pizza which were tasteless and rubbery. My husband's bbq chicken pizza was drenched in bbq. We ended up throwing a lot of the pizza away. The staff was really friendly. Other than that the vibe was weird because it's completely silent except for Fox news. I don't know about you but I want to listen to lighthearted music when I go out to eat, not be depressed by the news.

So I call back and I mean literally 15 minutes between the calls. To see if I can switch to one pizza instead of two. She tells me at this point, I assume that since you want to pay with cash instead of card in the first place that you don’t intend to pay at all so we will keep the pizzas. Steve Molesky: One of the only pizza shops open late during my recent visit to Grand Rapids. Based of reviews decided to give it a whirl. I ordered a large peperoni and a peperoni Stromboli. Great communication over the phone take out order. Upon arrival just by looking at the place and atmosphere I knew this was a long time established pizza joint. I already knew greatness awaited. I walked to the counter to pay for my purchase when the owner himself was making dough for the next day. He told me to step into the kitchen, and proceeded to tell me he had been in business 50 years and that he takes much pride in his food and customer's. He proceeded to open my pizza boxes and said this is over cooked and I'm not happy serving this and offered the food for no charge. I am not a super picky person by all means and I thought it still looked amazing. It wasn't burnt just a tad to long in the oven. He explained he was short handed and making dough and it just slipped his mind. I still attempted to pay for the meal and he refused profusely. When I got the pizza back to my room. It looked and smelled delicious. Yes it was a little over done but it still tasted amazing. I will definitely visit again. The owner is amazing and his food is phenomenal.

Eric Rivera: I did a little research on pizza places fairly close to the hotel and decided on Gino's because of the reviews. It's a carry out shop with a couple of places to sit, but nothing fancy or extravagant. All that aside, you're dealing with a place that has been a family owned business for 53+ years. I met the owner who is the little kid in the logo from when this joint was operated by his parents. He's a wonderful, friendly guy who takes pride in what he's doing. He told me he worked all day in the yard and still got in the shop to make what I have to say is one of the best strombolis I've had anywhere. Please do yourself a favor and order from Gino's and maybe talk to the staff. You won't be sorry!

Carly Storrer: Put in an order at 8:45pm, 9:45 comes around and the tracker says it’s delivered but it never was. My husband called and they said they would see if the delivery guy came back to the store. We waited ten more minutes and heard nothing, so finally my husband just drove there. They made us a fresh order for free which we were perfectly happy to wait for and take home. He brought it home and the dough was still raw and a soggy mess. After all that he drove back to the location, which is only three minutes away from our house to begin with, and asked for a refund. He was offered no apology from the store manager, and we were left without dinner at 10:45 at night after both having worked a full day and getting off late.
coman91: Live about a mile away from the store. Got ghosted on a delivery tonight. No call nothing. Went to the store and they were kind enough to remake the order on the fly for free, but I noticed it was limp, soggy, and undercooked when I got home. I went back for the second time for my refund and just gave them the pizza back. They wasted 2.5 hours hours of my time and I'm still hungry at 11pm. I love Dominos but this crew needs help before I'll come back.

I only have minor issues. The biggest is that the staff doesn't know the menu well. It is extremely hard to place an order over the phone because they don't really know what to do. Maybe it's because they have new items all the time, but it's definitely not a benefit! I ordered one of their new cheesy marinara dip with bread twists. The girl was confused, so I kept verifying that she had gotten that on the order. She said yes, and when my order arrived, it was a tiny cup of marinara, smh! They were so sorry and sent out a bowl right away. I offered to pay, but they comped it and were very apologetic... Long story short- place your order online, and you'll have the best Dominos you've ever tasted 😀

I am not the type to complain about things at all. And, I have gotten dominos before and liked it. But there was wayyyy too much sauce and not nearly enough cheese. Every single bite of the pizza was soggy and the only thing you could taste was sauce. Some parts of the pizza had no cheese on it. It looked like someone sprinkled small bits of cheese on a pizza and called it a day.

Since I was only feeding myself I was hoping to get a slice as my first pizza encounter... unfortunately slices are only sold during lunch hours. I then opted for an Italian sub and it did not disappoint. The bread was baked to perfection. With a little crisp but not to hard. The meat in the sub which was ham, pepperoni and sausage was delicious too. I really enjoyed my sub ...I'll definitely try again for the pizza but recommend you check them out!

TJ Burke: To be fair, I don't order normal sized pizzas from here. My preferred menu option here is their lunch special. You can't go wrong to get your Jet's Pizza fix than ordering the lunch combo that is two large slices of pepperoni pizza (equal to almost 4 pieces of the normal deep dish pizza). Just remember to call 15 minutes ahead of time to ask them if they have them ready.This location has always been helpful in person, over the phone and on deliveries. Would be happy to keep hitting them up every couple weeks for a quick lunch.PS.. don't forget the ranch cup.

Mateo Gebon: I've come to Palermo for pizza at lunch a number of times. My workplace is nearby, and it's easy to walk here. The pizza is good, and they sell by the slice. It's nothing terribly fancy, but the price is good and service is always quick. Their lunch specials are a good deal when so many places have raised their prices these days. They do a great job.Parking: There are plenty of spaces for parking, and the lot is rarely very full.

Star: why do I even bother with this store, how awesome I have had a terrible day and they brought me cheese stuffed bread with jalepenos in it...GROSS we hate it, can't eat it, won't even call to get it fixed so not worth doing this anymore. Last time it was raw brownies. Can't do this store anymore.

N M: Ordered a large 8 item pizza with xtra sauce, and there were maybe only 2 or 3 pieces of each item with hardly any sauce. I see many prior complaints, so this issue is never corrected, and when I called the number for complaints, they said there are always plenty for this location, and they cannot make them fix issues. I don’t want to continually call and give them all my personal info, when they should correct issues within this store in the first place! Years of complaints with no solutions. Never again. Do not leave me a phone number to call in response, rather, please finally get these issues with this store fixed instead, or close it down. This is way below Dominos quality, and not even similar.

Kelsey Taylor: The service at this location has been declining steadily for awhile. You can almost always expect your order to be late, incorrect, or both. Calling the store to get a replacement or refund is like pulling teeth. The tracker is always incorrect. Not at all sure what’s going on at this location.
