Morgan Brown: I have always gone to Norman for help with gear and information, but the help I received in my last couples visits - unparalleled!! I went in to have someone take a look at one of my cameras that dropped to the floor the day before just to make sure it was all good. They happily took a look.Then, I wanted to take a look at the R6 as I was thinking about upgrading. When I tell you that I was not only impressed with the knowledge but also the ability to provide the information in a way that wasn't man-splaining (like I have experienced a lot in this field, just saying).. that's an understatement.I was lucky enough to be helped by the store manager Daniel and he took the time to talk through the R6 and other options in terms of gear and how each could change how I photograph and also spend my money. I truly appreciate the hour or so I spent in the store learning from someone who was knowledgable and personable because he didn't just provide information, but checked in constantly to make sure that he wasn't over-doing it and that I was still interested in the additional info. I seriously can't say enough good things about the experience, Daniel, and Norman Camera in general.I walked out of that store happy and energized to add my own research to everything I was just taught. When I went back to actually purchase the camera a few days later, I left with the biggest smile and confident I had made the right choice. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

If you want prints it's expensive because film/negatives are developed to be digitalized. It can also be put on a flash drive. I ended up leaving because I found the choices/prices overwhelming.

They knew immediately how to fix it and and were so friendly along the way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a good photography store.

Ty Saylor: I’m new to film photography and had never gotten film developed before. When I dropped my first rolls film off I was met with friendliness and a positive attitude. I received my scans on time (a little early in fact) and they were clean and high quality. I’ll certainly be calling Marks Photo my home photo lab and will be happy to recommend them to friends and classmates!
vu: Not sure who is developing the film there but this is the SECOND time where my photos are practically ruined and unfortunately will be my last time going there. There is so much glare in my photos it deems them useless... Prior to these visits I always unload my film in a dark room so this doesn't happen because of my doing.This is very unfortunate because the guy I talk to the two times of being there is actually respectful and nice. So this isn't a shot towards him.

Josh Schaeffer: Went in and looked around. Pretty good size Best Buy! Our first time we came they were unfortunately closed for a remodel but I am glad to have gone back and checked it out! Good selection of everything including cameras! Most Best Buy’s lack in the camera section and, while this wasn’t the biggest display, it was certainly better than most.
Mac Wolf: very limited selection on basic items. if you want a tv or appliances that’s fine here but don’t come looking for much else. this store looks really nice inside but that’s about it
Brock Gould: Beware of open box products. I purchased a laptop and it was locked by the previous owner. If you're not tech savvy don't leave until you know you can access the device.

Mark Darling: I brought in two Nintendo switch pro controllers with broken joysticks. Repair Node got them working good as new with a very quick turnaround. Very satisfied with my experience. I will be returning.
C Wright: I needed some blade fuses micro-soldered on to my circuit board on a 24 Volt, 4000 Watt Pure Sine Wave Inverter, and I needed it done kind of urgently, as it it was the source of my only power supply, living completely off grid. Not only did Dustin get it done sooner than I expected, he went above and beyond my expectations testing what other components in it that he could to make sure it would function. Upon bringing it in, he discovered he would have to dis-assemble the board from the housing, and he would have been justified in an additional labor charge, but they kept to their original quote on the phone, which honestly, they'll never know how much that blessed me. I would make the hour's drive again, absolutely, to have any of my electronics repaired at this business again. Thanks, guys, my inverter is up & running and we have full capacity power again!

The service person, Dustin, was able to diagnose and fix an issue with his Samsung Galaxy that TMobile couldn't solve. Dustin ordered parts and fixed the phone within 36 hours, and saved us hundreds of dollars.
