Vision Optic: I was working with this company for years. Tow weeks ago I called them to check my balance, the accounting department told me you have over do and you need to pay finance charges. I told her I never received a notice or a call from you. she said we sent a fax telling you the balance. but the fax number they had on file it was wrong.I told her you had my phone number why you didn't give me a call at least to see why I am not responding. I asked her if she can remove the extra charges for the late payment. she refused and Said you need to learn your lesson. I asked to talk to a manager because of the way she talks. but she said there is no one except me and you have to deal with me and she hung up, and in couple of days I receive a letter from a collection compny.I tried to call many times to be able to find a manager but they keep saying no one is available.

I’ve purchased glasses from them for many years & the service is wonderful, the products good, and the pricing very reasonable. This year my non-related ophthalmology company had errors in the prescriptions. Alex Cowles at EyeGlass World worked with me to identify the problem & replaced two pair of glasses at no charge even though the error was not theirs. I highly recommend this company!!
Carrie Stehouwer: This place is top 10! I accidentally sat on my glasses and broke them. I didn’t have a back up pair. I drove here on my lunch break with my fingers crossed. I was greeted and helped by Lexi…she was wonderfully helpful, kind, and cheerful. Best news is the new frames and lenses I got were ready in a few hours! BEST. SERVICE. EVER! Since I have been here, I’ve been telling everyone I know this is the place to go!

Cheryl Pendergrass: Do not get your glasses here. Only had my sun glasses about 3 months and the lenses keep falling out. This is the 5th time, have to drive 10 miles to get here.
eyedeal ohtwo: Huge props for Lizzie, who went way above and beyond to get my good friend from Kiev, Ukraine a pair of emergency contact lenses. Lizzie went back to check the trial contacts at least 3, possibly 4 times and even went through trial contacts that hadn’t been put away yet to find the perfect prescription. She was so kind and polite through it all. Thank you Lizzie!!!

Jason DenBesten: Best most professional eyeglass place I've been to. Connie and Margie did an awesome job on my glasses. I needed them ASAP and they made it happen even though I needed special lens material because of the type of glasses I brought in. I came in on a Monday and they ordered the material and they had my glasses ready in a couple days. They even polished the sides of the lenses even though they didn't have to but looks very nice A+++

He was more concerned if I had had an exam there rather then listening to my request. I see why this is low rated and was extremely disappointing in not getting any service!

River Kali: I had so much problems with this place. First, they sold me a bad pair of glasses. Then I had to make multiple trips up there to try to fix the problem. On the last trip, the guy "helping" me (young, white, thin) had no clue what he was doing and then had the audacity to stop in the middle of helping me to help another customer on the phone instead of just placing them on hold.That was the last straw. I returned the glasses and I highly recommend you don't go here.I repeat, if you know what's good for you, don't go here!
Sandra Young: Just wanted to say what a great team of professionals they have at the Breton Village store. They were polite and made sure all safety measures were taken during my visit. I was also very impressed with the turn around time from exam to receiving my finished glasses.
vikki weems: First the Doctor was excellent. The customer service representative was horrible to me. First off she didn't tell me my eye exam was not covered by my insurance. So I had to pay$108.00. Then on top of that she told me I could apply for Medicaid. As if like I told her I make to much money. I have never in my life been treated that way. I will never return there. They only want your business if you are willing to pay their high prices. This place is not for me.
Lovin' Life: Although staff is friendly, it doesn't make up for lack of knowledge or corporate practices. Had to get my (expensive) glasses redone with a provider who knew how to properly render a high index prescription, and one who knows more about frames and sizing than the cosmetic appeal. My visual discomfort is now over, and I can see (and read) again without having to remove my glasses to do so. Not recommended if you want or need more than something that is only pretty.There's no way I'll be going back to use their services!!
C B: I just went into this store. Walked around looking at different pairs of glasses. Not one time did any worker acknowledge I was there. And I was in the store for at least 15 minutes. I would never return to this store.
