Bao Nguyen: The pharmacy technicians are not friendly and everything is very slow here now. On feb 17th they had me wait two hours, two diff employees at the pharm told me my prescription would be ready, turns out they were wrong and it would not be covered until thr 19th. It seems like they make common mistakes like this all the time.

I understand staffing is tough, but bet your marketing group responsible for online information is fully staffed and being responsible you should take all the 24 hour signage down. Chad Edmonds: So it's 11:25 p.m. on May 3rd. I come up to the door to spend money and am told by a worker that for a 24 hour store, it's closed. Don't advertise being opened 24 hours if you're not going to hold to that standard.
Jeffrey Laatz: I am disabled Veteran. Working 2 full time jobs to make ends meet, means I have very limited time to take care of myself. That led to me going to a “in network” urgent care instead of the VA because of operation hours. The urgent care sent my prescriptions to a pharmacy that refused to fill them. They transferred them to this CVS. However, my prescriptions were being denied for a unknown reason.The new manager, Paula, daughter of a Veteran, decided that I wasn’t going to leave without my prescriptions and made numerous calls on my behalf until she got the proper authorization. Customer service far exceeded any expectations. Personally, because of that fantastic pharmacy manager, I will be returning.

Sam M: The techs will manually cancel your vaccine appointment if it’s at a time they don’t feel like giving a shot at (which is apparently after 9pm). CVS has open slots until 11pm for vaccines; this store has just made up their own rule that they won’t do it after 9.
C I: I have been going to the CVS for years and have generally received good customer service throughout those times. Today was a very different experience though. A month ago I scheduled my 1st and 2nd vaccine at the same time. I got my first vaccine with no issues from the pharmacy. I did get sick the next day though, so a few weeks ago I went online and canceled my appointment for the second shot because it was on a Thursday and I did not want to chance feeling sick for work Friday. I rescheduled for Friday 12.3.Earlier today while I am at work, I get an email stating that my appointment has been canceled for later today. After work I decide to stop in because I did not cancel this appointment and was unsure what happened. When I get to the counter oh, the man asked what I was there for. I told him I was there for my second dose, but that I had received an email saying my appointment was canceled for 9pm. He tells me that they don't do vaccines after 7pm and then I will have to reschedule online. He was not apologetic and came off like he could care less.I understand that it is not his fault, but customer service still needs to be there. I already feel a way that they canceled it last minute, which did not give me a chance to find somewhere else to go (or to choose a different time ahead of time).He made it seem like it was my fault when this CVS should not have any open time slots online that you can click on and choose after 7pm if they're not even taking people after that time.I understand that people working in service right now may not be getting treated that great by customers and be understaffed but this still was not acceptable to me. I am an easy going, respectful person and if he at least would have came off friendly then I would not have been compelled to write this review.Once I left the store I called around and everywhere else was booked at least a week out or said I could come in Monday. The main point of scheduling it on a Friday for me to have the weekend to get better if I felt as sick as I did the first time.After a lot of calling, I decided to stop by the CVS on Eastern and 52nd. Even though they were busy, a lady worked with me to get me in tomorrow. I truly appreciate her, and if it was not for her I possibly would not have got my second dose in the time frame they recommend or I would have had to risk feel ill at work after getting it.
Joy Frame: This CVS fit me in for a walk in booster and it was the best shot I have ever gotten. Thank you! Short wait, happy pharmacy staff and like I said painless shot.

Aelin O’Meara: Since the Chemist Shoppe at Blodgett shut down and all those prescriptions and customers were moved to this nearby CVS, this pharmacy has been a nightmare to visit.Revolving staff and long wait times are just the beginning. They will not answer the phones, sometimes not even from other pharmacies. Trying to escape this pharmacy is nearly impossible because when you try to transfer your meds, the other pharmacy can’t get ahold of CVS.When you walk in (because otherwise you’ll be waiting an hour in the drive through) the techs will likely be talking trash about another customer, lengthening your wait time.Once you can get to the register and talk to someone, it moves smoothly, but there seems to be very little rush between customers and there’s never enough staff to deal with the volume of business this pharmacy now gets.Take your meds elsewhere until CVS can hire enough people and pay them enough to stay and care.
Spencer Little: A few years ago I never had any problems with this location. Now every time I try to get my script there’s always something. I’ve had the drive through take about an hour, medication not in stock, slow experiences, oh and currently been on hold for now 30 min. I don’t know what changed but this past year’s experience has sucked. I would avoid filling medications at this location. It is worth driving a little farther for a much better experience.
Conrad Lipsitz: Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Avoid.I had two separate instances in the past month where I put a prescription in, was told it would be available the next day and then when I went to pick it up was told that it was not available but would be coming tomorrow. Tomorrow then turned into the day after, and then the day after that, etc. I spoke to staff to try to understand what was happening, they had no idea and didn't seem to care.The first time this happened my condition got so bad due to not having my medication I had to go to urgent care. I should have learned the first time to not use this pharmacy.

Matthew Curry: CVS brands are less expensive than name brands, but still read the ingredients and dosage to make sure you are getting a better deal. At first glance the CVS fiber looks like the better bargain, but the amount of soluble fiber is half as much. But…second container is half price so, turns out that they are probably equal. Interesting, they carry a Covid test kit that’s made in China, not in America.
Matt Ablan: Went at 8:40. Signs on the registers that say "Use self checkout." The self-checkout CONSISTENTLY doesn't recognize items put in the bag. Still had to have someone come "verify" that I'm putting the correct item in the bags. Why not open the regular registers then? Or fix the machines?
Jessica Elkins: If you don't drive don't go here for a covid test even with a so called"appointment time" I still stood outside for 25 minutes to do a two minute test and the lady was rude about it im sorry i thought appointment time meant a set time the wind chill was 12 and I took the test cuz im sick and that's how they do customers smh now I feel even worse thanks for that
Jon Thurston: I like to shop at the CVS on Lake Dr. in Grand Rapids because the have Air Borne on sale quite often (buy one and get a second one at half price). When I went in today to make a purchase using my HealthyBenefits card, I was told my card would no longer work for this product. That was too bad for me, and for CVS, because they've lost me as a customer.
Mark Neistat: I have been in line at the drive up window for over 45 minutes. There were two cars ahead of me. It’s the middle of the afternoon. The person in front of me has been sitting for 15 minutes and no one has come to the window to help. She just pulled away without getting her medication. CVS you need to up your game.

Elizabeth Tuffelmire: Before I got tested for covid, they advertised as taking less than a few days for results. After getting the test taken, it updated to 3 to 5 days. A few days later it updated to 5 to 7 days. And a few days after that, from 6 to 10 days.This company is too cheap to hire enough people to process these tests in a comparable time to other places. Other places take just 2 days and CVS has no excuse. If this is how long they're going to take, they might as well stop testing people until they can get enough people hired to actually do the job properly.By the way, my job is in jeopardy now because this has taken so long and I already have no steam of income through out waiting on results.
Tim V: Don't get tested for COVID 19 at this CVS. Tested on Sunday 6/14, at 10:15 am, Now Thursday 6/18 at 6:45 still no results. Now telling me up to 10 day. Don't waste your time. Now I need to go get tested somewhere else so I can go back to work.

Fluffy Pillow: The people were so kind and respectful 10/10 experience
K D: Had a 2:45pm covid test appointment. There was a red suv being helped when I pulled up and a silver suv waiting behind it. After I waited about 10 minutes the silver suv in front of me takes off, no telling how long they had been waiting prior to my arrival. Another 10 minutes of waiting goes by and the red suv gets their prescription and takes off. Since when was it okay to let one car hold up the line for 20 minutes? I could have taken my covid test and been gone with all the waiting. When I finally got up to the tech was rude. She had me waiting another 20 minutes just to get my test. If there’s delays this needs to be communicated to the patient who is waiting instead of leaving them there with no info as to why it’s taking so long. I will never come back to this location again.

jj black: Horrible pharmacy experience. Sean is the worst, very self important and rude. I moved my scripts to another pharmacy. This pharmacy does everything for their own convenience first and the patients needs come last. Nobody knows what is going on here and are constantly shifting the blame. Also they send you a text saying that you can pick up your scripts and then make you wait a half-hour once you arrive. Worst experience ever.

Unfortunately, they both left and now what remains is a pathetic, rude and unhelpful crew. Yesterday? A staff member AND manager of the pharmacy were so rude that I contacted their DM. The pharmacist said she would no longer fill my prescriptions and would not call my doctor because it was not her job. This younger group has NO respect for ANYONE..I've tranferred my prescriptions elsewhere. And? The DM would not call me to let me know what had been done, as far as discipline.

Ashley Belcastro: This CVS went above and beyond to help me out tonight. I pulled up to the store right at closing time (I did not check the hours before coming). Both Danielle and Seth greeted me at the door ready to close up for the night. I told them it was totally fine and I would come back another time. As I was about to leave Seth asked what I needed assistance with. I explained that I wanted to print a photo for my dad’s birthday. Seth then made an executive decision and welcomed me in. He brought me over to the photo desk and walked me through the steps to print the photo for my dad. Needless to say, it was a small gesture but it meant the world to me. Thank you Seth and Danielle for the GREAT customer service!
Erin Elliott: This locations said they have at home tests, they do not. And when I went in and asked for a mask because I am sick, and want to protect others, I was told “we sell them” - it’s wild how companies like CVS charge ten dollars for masks and don’t have plenty of covid tests. So frustrating!

Completely ridiculous. Should have pushed back appointments instead of cancelling those who had them booked first.

The worker that was standing outside SMOKING and on her phone told me the store was closed and refused to let me in. To my knowledge and education you did not close for another 10 minutes. Had to drive to another store. Customer service seems to be lacking at this store.

Lois Robinson: Finally, a CVS drugstore that is organized. Every month it's difficult for me to get my prescriptions filled at the CVS that I've been using in a different area. They consistently make a mistake. This place is fantastic. They are skilled at what they do.

That's on me, however...When I arrived, this Fuller site asked me to pull around the side so they could help the person behind me. I waited and waited for someone to come out and help. They didn't send anyone. Come to find out the pharmacy attendent wanted me to pull back into the line but did not communicate that to me. By the time I got back in line to her over a half hour had passed and I could not make my appointment at the other store. I asked if they could do a test anyway, since I was already there and she said there was no way they could help me.If you want to keep customers you should try and help them out rather than making them jump through hoops and then not help them.Good job CVS, you are the worst. Carole Sluce: Very long wait for service. Pharmacist busy with a couple in front of me. Associate who took care of me was unfamiliar with over the counter products eligible. Manager came after she could not figure out what allergy medication was available for me. I was so weak from the symptoms. I am from out of state and just arrived and was hit with "allergies" I never had before. It became very difficult for me to stand and wait. Need better training of associates.

We will he reporting the pharmacy for their latest mistake, and promptly switching to another pharmacy.

amontillado26: very fast refills, been going here for 3 years now and the staff has always been very quick, professional and nice.
Diane White: Their website says they close at 7, but they actually close at 5 on Saturday. So I was unable to get my prescription when I got there at 6:30. So it's another trip into town in bad weather.
