Andrew Pollina: They've lost my trust. I own an automotive repair facility and signed up for their first aid kit services. I've been looking through my invoices and found several items added to our first aid kit that I did not approve, and at prices that are outrageous. Off-brand cough drops for $8.31, Off-brand anti-acid tabs for $8.95, Lens wipes for $8.31, etc. When I asked the agent about it, she stated: "my job is to keep you OSHA compliant, that's all I'm trying to do." I didn't know cough drops and anti-acid tabs are required for OSHA compliance, lol. I also specifically declined a tourniquet because I already have a high quality one on-site. She put one in there a month later and billed me for it anyway! Part or all of their pay-plan is obviously commission based. Fraudulent practices don't live well. I'll never use Cintas again.
Mandy King: I would not recommned using this company, not only did they over charge us, all we did was watch a video while they sat and texted on their phones, but we work for a childcare center and just found out our CPR is not even valid, because they did not do pediatric CPR. When we contacted them about this we were told their is nothing they can do for us.

Scott Wells: Scheduled a COVID PCR test online for my fiance and me. At the store, they told us they stopped doing testing a while ago and aren't sure why customers can still schedule online.I am happy to reasses review when they correctly update their information.
Skye Schader: Needed a PCR Covid test for my employer and I was able to go online this morning and book a same-day appointment at the Burton Rite-Aid. I received a confirmation number, email, and everything! When I arrived, the lady at the drive-thru plainly told me they no longer do testing and shooed me away. I asked where I could get another free PCR test, and she advised me to go to another facility entirely. Not only was that test NOT free ($50 just to walk through the door, and unable to tell me whether my insurance will cover the actual test), but it was on the complete other side of town! I am currently Covid positive and it took every ounce of my energy to get to that Rite-Aid for the CONFIRMED appointment. How devastating to be rudely turned away and then absolutely misled on where to find a similar service.

Sum Pi: Employees are very attentive! Especially the short girl with glasses at the check out counter is someone rite aid should employ at all locations. Polite and make customer feel welcomed. 10/10 all the way. Keep it up!
Maggie Zick: Dana took care of me when checking out and she was the kindest and most genuine person. I’m sure everyone working here provides excellent customer service, it shows, but Dana really was amazing. Great job!
Bill Cleveland: Attentive service is apparent from the moment you walk in the door. The staff goes out of their way to greet you and offer help. With a medium box pharmacy, finding the exact product you seek can be a challenge and the staff helps with this. Pharmacists do a great job, although reaching them on the phone can be problematic due to staffing issues.
Mary King: Employees helpful. Out of stock on sale items. Prices not updated accurately to reflect sales. Half customers not social distancing or wearing masks. Store appears neat and clean.
Diego Rojas: Avoid this pharmacy’s drive. It takes forever. 40+ Minutes trapped waiting for a prescription with no movement. Never again!
Christeena Lee: The pharmacist was extremely rude to me. I asked politely if I could schedule an appointment over the phone to receive the booster shot and the lady told me “no” and hung up before I could say anything. This isn’t the first time someone has been rude to me at this rite aid.

Brian: Wow what a horrible right aid, I’ve moved apt in the state and went to dozens & dozens of right aids all over the state and this one is the worst by far. ( just the pharmacy) the lady up front was nice. I had to wait 4 hours to be my meds than came back when I got a text from them saying they are ready only to stay they need 30more min. Un friendly. Don’t come here!! The guy with the college shirt in pharmacy needs more training. Unless it’s his first day then I apologize.
Miller G: Not very polite at the pharmacy. Needed to stop there two times in two days and it seemed that for two times they were giving me a favor instead of appreciating I was at Rite Aid instead of Walgreens or CVS.
Alicia St.Germain: Poor customer service. I requested my brand name Rx, but the pharmacy would only give me generic, stating the brand name couldn’t be ordered. Had my Rx sent to another pharmacy and didn’t have a problem filling it. I found out this is because it’s cheaper for the pharm to purchase generic. I find this unethical and will be going elsewhere!

Kris Shannon: Superfriendly staff at both the pharmacy and the front counter. Only downside is it's not as big as some rite aids but the local factor makes up for it.
Sam Massie: Search indicates open until 10:00 PM. Was closed at 9:00.
Daniel McGrail: Supposed to open at 8am, but all doors were still locked at 8:10.

Kaleb Smart: Best vaccine experience I've ever had. I let them know I'm apprehensive to infections and they were very understanding and helpful to distract me. They were also extremely nice and helpful beyond the vaccination

William Whitley: Me and my friends walked into the store to buy a snack and where immediately being watched by the rite aid workers before walking in their was no signs saying mask required to enter or anything like. When in the store for the short minute we noticed the other customers not wearing masks but we where still told to leave I would of understood if they told everyone they had to wear a mask But they didn’t can’t believe stuff like this still happens in 2020
