Kevin Anderson: We initially brought our new-to-us E-350 with the 6.0 Powerstroke to Drury Diesel based on their stellar reviews. Poor communication and timeliness aside, they diagnosed a bad turbo and quoted us $3,789.59 to replace (13.5 hours of labor at $150 per hour, and a near 100% markup on the turbo). No way.A tractor mechanic advised me to contact Diesel Injection Services before I attempted the job myself, and am I glad he did! Less than an hour after e-mailing them I had a new quote: $1,150 for the same turbo, $450 for labor. But after describing the van’s issues, the service rep (Nate) said it didn’t sound like a bad turbo. They diligently worked at it fixing a lot of little issues (replacing the fuel filter, air filter, air flow sensor, ICP sensor, and giving it an oil change just in case the previous owner had used synthetic oil) until it was running great! Not only did they have fair pricing on the turbo replacement, they saved me a LOT of money on a major misdiagnosis, did a fantastic job, and kept me informed throughout the whole process! I can’t recommend these guys enough!

Kyle Kleinjans: Sent 8 injectors to be cleaned and tested. Was told they were all over the place and they all needed to be replaced. When asked which one were good they said they didnt know the specifications so they all should be replaced. Two of them had been replaced within 6 months. We bought an injector cleaner and ran these through cleaning and testing. Before cleaning only 3 were way out of line. Once cleaned there was only two that needed to be replaced. Was charge $200 to be lied to and told we tried. Do not recommend getting injectors cleaned here.

Michigan Green: I don’t normally spend time writing reviews but they deserve this one. My 2003 F250 6.0L diesel had a problem that a few very experienced auto mechanics over the course of about 14 months could not figure out. So I brought it to these guys and it took a while but they didn’t give up and they finally found the problem. And Evan was incredibly reasonable with the price considering the time and effort they put into the job. I normally repair my own vehicles or have mechanics I know do it but when comes to my diesel truck it will always go back to Performance to be done right the first time by a real diesel mechanic.

Troy J. LeBaron: Ok after $15K of service work my truck is now crank no start. Gerr. Poor quality of parts and worse mechanical workmanship. Had it back 5 times for injectors that were all replaced during rebuild, oil sensor pouring oil all over the exhaust, glow plugs and turbo tube was installed backwards that blew off on the I96 plus a turbo electrical connector was not even connected. All that after spending almost $10K in Sept. Had high pressure oil pump and stand tubes replaced less than 2 years ago and now what. Done with these guys.

Andrew Crimmins: Beware of Chinese parts from them!I bought a used 2010 VW TDI that had been serviced at this shop. They had completely replaced (Compressor, condenser, drier) the AC system the year before. Well I was given the receipt when I bought the car and felt good about it. Well a few weeks later the AC went out. I contacted this shop and was listened to and treated respectfully when I was told they would not help me. I was told that the parts were two weeks out of warranty when I called, and therefore there was nothing to be done. Granted I did not live locally, but I was still very disappointed. The AC repair they performed had been over $1,000. While fixing it myself it became evident that the parts installed by these guys were sub-par Chinese parts that were complete no-names. The compressor had detonated sending shrapnel through my AC system. The repairs were more costly for me due to the cheap parts these guys installed last year.I understand that a shop can't cover every mis-hap like this. And while I was disappointed that no action was taken, I wasn't truly owed anything since I was technically two weeks outside the warranty period. But does that make you feel good about taking your car here? The reason I write this review is to warn others of the sub-par parts that were used in my car that caused even more damage. Beware!

Scott Nightengale: After contacting numerous local to Grand Rapids, MI, RV Service Centers that advertised that they work on generators, they don't. Finally one of them (Midway RV) told me to contact Cummins Bridgeway. And, thank you for the tip, Midway. I called the Cummins Service center and explained the problem I was having with my new to me 25 year old Onan Microlite 2800 Series generator in my older RoadTrek. They told me that they were a tad bit busy but if I could bring it up and drop it off, they'd take a look. I have to admit that when I went there and looked at all the big diesel rigs and quite a few fire trucks, I thought to myself that these people won't work on my small issue. Couldn't have been more wrong. Received a call that afternoon telling me what they found and what it would take to fix it. A few days later, they called and said it was ready. So, one new carburetor, new head gasket, valve adjustment and a complete tune up to include a new spark plug, an oil change, a new air, oil and fuel filter, and a load bank test, it now purrs like a happy cat. I was well treated and very impressed with the people I came in to contact with. The service manager knowing I was new to this type rig took the time to explain how to maintain and care for my generator to include when and how to exercise the system during the off season. I highly recommend this establishment.

As a result of the recent hurricane I needed to move my service up a day so that I could return to Florida and my wife who was stuck in our home with no power, phone and flooding waters. Ron and the techs went out of there way to get my service done and on my way. Excellent people and customer service.

Laura Goble: I have had a terrible experience with Cummins. They worked on my sprinter van numerous times and did not fix the issues. I finally took it to a van builder in Colorado that was able to deal with part of my Webasto issue. They damaged the interior while removing a cooktop and broke the controller to that cooktop. I was told that a replacement part was ordered 3 months ago. I just found out from them that they are not taking responsibility for this part (that they damaged) and no longer work with webasto.It honestly has been a nightmare situation for me. Very disappointing.
