Dena: Were do i start, I was charged twice and never received a refund when I was promised one they made a mistake on there end . Then there was a stink bug in my so they moved me to a room that was not clean at all the floor was sticky the microwave was dirty there were crumbs everywhere this was the most disgusting dirty place I could have stayed in. I took pictures of everything but for some reason I can't post them on here

Nathan Rickman: I booked my family's stay on the main hotel website. I requested a room close to the pool and on the main floor. I wanted to stay for the splash pad for my daughter. Everything seemed fine online when I got my confirmation.On arrival I was charged an addition $100 for a deposit until I check out. When I asked about the extra money the counter clerk said oh, the hotel has the right to add a deposit. I told him that I did not receive any document explaining this online or on the papers I signed at check in. Once I got my room number I noticed it was upstairs I asked about my request, the guy said their are no guarantees with a request. We give you what is available. I got a room upstairs and on the other end of the building.I asked about breakfast and the clerk said we have a restaurant and don't do breakfast where online said different.I am not impressed with the pool area. The paint was falling and chipping off the wall. The pool had sand in it and was not clean.On a positive note the room was nice enough, but not enough positive to bring me back.

Emily Devendorf: The first room we were given had a TV that didn't work. The front desk woman was so kind and moved our room. The second room had a TV that worked BUT:-There was a used bar of soap in the shower-The shower had stuff that looked like old scum or mold in the cracking grout. (I couldn't even get in the shower, I was so grossed out)-The bathroom sink had very strange stains all over it.-The second room had a desk with no chair.-The first room obviously wasn't cleaned bc we found other peoples leftovers in the fridge.-There was a thick coat of dust on the tops of the mirror and picture frame in both rooms.-The second room had a remote control for the TV, but it didn't have a battery cover.On the bright side....-The sheets and comforter were very clean and comfortable.-The design on the room was gorgeous-The staff was very, very kind.I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless it's a last resort. It's so strange bc the hotel looks new and remodeled but once I saw the bathroom it looks like not everything was remodeled.Rooms: Very nice design, but not very clean at all. I think the housekeeping staff needs to be a lot more thorough for the money it costs to stay for even one night.

Josh Loonsfoot: THEY PROBABLY HAVE BUGS!!! DON'T STAY HERE!!! Blankets were disgusting and dirty, stains on the walls, blinds were broken, and the floors were dirty. This was just some of the issues. I had to leave back home to get new blankets and towels because they couldn't supply us with anymore towels. They admitted to being short staffed, yet I paid over $200 for one night. And the lady at the front desk said breakfast was free and that was a lie. I wouldn't be surprised if they had BUGS!!!!!!

Ashley Latham: The only thing about this hotel that deserves five stars (and a raise) is the staff...every employee we came across was friendly and helpful.The hotel and pool area are definitely due for an upgrade. But the rooms were clean and the kids did have a blast at the super kids friendly pool and splash pad.Breakfast was not complimentary, it was two free kids meals with purchase of an adult meal. But breakfast was still good and speedy, even with them being short staffed

The splash pad area is ok but there were 4-5 bandaids on the floor the night we got here and then again they were still there the next morning, so I don’t think the pool area is cleaned everyday.The regular swimming pool was very cold. We were under the impression that there was a complimentary breakfast but there was not. Other than that it was a decent hotel room.

All of the front desk staff was always welcoming and wished us good luck on our days out.The room was very clean the staff did with get us more towels in pillow when we ask for it I will stay here more then at other hotel this hotel know how to Treat that guess what respect and very helpful. It was one lady her name was cashmere that Was there this past weekend? And she was very pleased and thankful to us and she helped us with everything even helped us how to do laundry room and everything. In plus the gentleman Justin he was very good to us? He even asked us was everything okay.

Storbin: decent hotel close to retail and not too far from local attractions.Hot breakfast daily of eggs / sausage / biscuits & gravy along with your normal continental lineup of instant oatmeal / muffins/ yogurt / cereal………They have a pancake machine also but I’m told they only run that in Saturday mornings so didn’t get to sample the pancakesthe hotel is under renovation but they are doing that half a floor at a time & didn’t effect any of the rest of the property.indoor pool, hot tub& workout room in basement *hot tub is down for the foreseeable future so don’t count on that being available during your stay.what I didn’t like about the hotel, no microwaves in room & only a single 700watt shared microwave in the lobby area. minifridge in room has no “freezer section” / coldness can’t be adjustedAC/Heating unit was hard to adjust to your preferred temperature, but that mighta been an operator headspace issuethe windows only has sheer drapes that lets the sunshine light up the entire room during the day & allows people to see into your windows at night, you can’t close the other drapes. *don’t stay here if your a day sleeper / don’t go prancing around naked at night

Mark Norris: This hotel was very clean and bright. Our room was made up upon arrival and contained two queen beds, a fold out couch, cold refridgerator, and KCup coffee maker. Shower was large and had full size bottles of Shampoo, Cream Rinse, and Body Wash. The swimming pool was very nice and included a hot tub. A full workout room was also avaliable as well.Breakfast was excellent. A large assortment of hot foods consisting of omelets, sausage links, bacon, biscuits and gravey, hot cinnamon rolls, as well as a waffle maker. Also included was cold cereal, fruit, and coffee bar featuring 3 types of creamer, hot apple cider, and OJ.The only complaint was the mattresses were only fair and the pull out couch matress was really bad. My young grandaughters had to sleep on the couch cushions as the springs were uncomfortable for them to sleep on. Would definately recommend this place for a pleasant stay

Andy Nelson: Room was clean and nice I came here with myself and my three kids so I had reserved a room with two queen beds and a pullout couch in which my two smallest kids would sleep on the pullout and asked for two pillows one for each kid and none were available was a little bother by that because there was not many cars in the lot then I have never been in such a cold hotel in my life the hallways and Elevators you could see your breath it was so cold the pool was clean but very cold our room was set at 64 degrees when we arrived and took 31/2hrs to get it to 72 degrees we ended up leaving the room and going to Walmart so our room could warm up i will never stay at this hotel again very disappointed

Sandra Mrachina: Worked with group sales for a hockey team trip. Not only were they able to secure our rooms at a good price, but they helped us with meeting/hangout space too. The kids loved the pool and the breakfast was very good. Having a place to grab a drink and socialize with the other hockey parents in the lobby was also enjoyable. We will stay here again if we end up on this side of the state. Thank you!

Jhene Willis: Paid for 2 rooms, while the hotel was nice, I specifically booked here for the hot breakfast. I had a total of 8 guest and it seemed like a cheaper option. However, they ran out of food an hour before breakfast ended. I could've went somewhere cheaper and paid for breakfast at a restaurant which is what I wanted to avoid.

Kristy Raska: The pool is freezing cold. When I asked the front desk what the temperature was set at, they had no idea if the pool was even heated or what to do to adjust the temperature if so. She stood there, quite rudely, acting like she couldn't care less.Apparently, they don't heat the pool until somebody complains.

Kelli Sipress: This hotel should run a seminar on how hotels should smell. I've stayed at plenty of hotels, none have smelled as clean. Everywhere seems to have a different, better scent. From the lobby, to the elevator, the halls and your room. I am a cleaning lady who is huge on smell (odd or not) and I've never visited a hotel that seems to care about that as much as me! Super clean. If you complain about this hotel, you're way too spoiled! 😂

Joe B: The hotel itself areas clean and neatly arranged. Room was clean. There was a lot of moisture dripping on the inside of the aluminum windows. Breakfast was the issue for me. The person working the food area was never there keeping up with the food or coffee. In my opinion this was a clean nice location but the customer service was missing.
