Guy A: So at first I did not realize that you had to order on the app instead of ordering at the cashier register which I don't mind, it's just something you have to know before hand, other than that I'd say the coffee is great and the cashiers are very friendly when it comes to handling orders.

acelia jay: I have frequented this Starbucks twice a day for several months on multiple occasions I witnessed a particular individual treat certain customers in a manner that I viewed as being less than professional and accommodating which is what you may strive to be toward your customers, I spoke with the store manager about this and then it happened to me… the store was extremely busy and the cashier was handing out drinks I had already been handed mine and needed a straw I grabbed a wrapped straw from the container of straws that was well with in my reach and it was snatched from the spot it was sitting and moved with no words exchanged! With years of customer experience under my belt I see the situation from both angles and if a customer grabbing a straw isn’t permissible in the age of covid a simple I can get that straw for you would have changed the trajectory of this interaction… instead I will buy my 2 drinks a day from the Starbucks at the JW Marriott less than a mile away! I like to start my morning off smiling and I like to help others do the same!!!!

Anya ML: I don’t know what exactly is in a Pink Drink but I’m certain it’s supposed to be more than most regular milk/cream. Bought 2 of these. $16 wasted. If a store runs out of an ingredient, the only appropriate option is to cancel the order.

Kendra Decker: This is a long overdue review as I’ve been coming to this location frequently for probably 7 or 8 years. The staff is always friendly and on top of things. Today I messed up my own order and without blinking an eye the barista (may have been the manager) made it right. If you like Starbucks, this is a great location and atmosphere. They asked me what cup size I preferred and if my drink looked ok before finishing up. Then on our way out another barista complimented both my girlfriend and I on our way out! chris kopecky: Happy Cat Cafe partners with Michele's Rescue to find new homes for shelter kittens. You can stop by for a latte and use the free wifi like at any coffee shop while observing the cats through a giant picture window. Or for a more immersive experience you can sign up for an hour inside the cat room, $15 in January 2023, which typically hosts 6-8 cats available for adoption. You'll spend time with any or all the cats that to see if you have a "cat connection" and want to bring one home. Or you can also just have a kitty visit while supporting a good cause, especially if your current living situation is not conducive to bringing a new cat home. Inside the cat room they had lots of toys available, cat-centric TV programming and several perches and cozy nooks for the cats to relax in. There was a helpful bulletin board with little bios on each cat. I would suggest visiting earlier in the day as by mid-afternoon most of the cats seemed like they were ready for a long nap.
