Emily Westmaas: This is a very busy location, and generally they do really well for how demanding the environment is. However, every time I order a drink with cold foam, I am disappointed. This is what it looked like minutes after pick up. I paid $1.25 for extra salted caramel cold foam and got . . . None. When I have asked it to be remade, they remake it the same way. Staff here just needs to be trained on how to make cold foam, and how much is expected when extra is requested.Edit: after posting the above review, this location has gotten much better and more consistent with the cold foam, thank you!!

Michael Waldron: I ordered a salted caramellow like I always get from the Starbucks at Meijer at Knapp’s corner. They served me a salted caramel mocha. I pointed out that I did not order anything with mocha and told him that I do not like mocha.They apologized. That they were serving a drink that I did not order.I sat down and took two sips of the drink and as expected I did not like it because it was mocha.I went back to the counter and ordered a caramel macchiato and told them that I did not get what I ordered. I then had to pay for the second drink.Customer Service is easy. In the world of getting drinks right, it’s not that hard to take care of your own mistakes. As I sat in the shop waiting for my meeting, it was a huge disappointment that they didn’t take care of me as a customer in the proper way.

Joanne Sanford: There was a guy working the morning I went that was very rude to this African American lady when she told him she ordered the wrong drink because she couldn't read well but the lady that was working with him had him fix it for her when he wasn't willing to. Way to go, I loved this interaction! Nice to see the good women out there taking care of people like we do! Glad the lady got what she wanted since those drinks aren't cheap. Today I messed up my own order and without blinking an eye the barista (may have been the manager) made it right. If you like Starbucks, this is a great location and atmosphere. The wait is never ridiculous, they are organized and kind, definitely worth parking and getting out of the car (no driveway) than waiting forever and being frustrated elsewhere! Anastacia Williams: At 12:40pm on Saturday July 30th, my girlfriend and I stopped in for coffee and immediately one of the baristas complimented my outfit which was so sweet! They asked me what cup size I preferred and if my drink looked ok before finishing up. Then on our way out another barista complimented both my girlfriend and I on our way out! On top of the amazing customer service we received, our drinks were incredible! My new favorite starbucks!

The location was perfectly located at the foot of our hotel (direct access with Amway Grand Plaza lobby). They forgot to put the espresso in my drink and instead of having them remake it I let them give me an espresso in a cup to pour in after the barista tried to pour it into my cup the first time and it went everywhere. Had her make me another shot which she wouldnt have done had i not asked and proceeded to give more of a tip for her trouble. Im too nice! Thanked her still and moved on.

adrienne: i ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso with 3 pumps of white mocha and vanilla sweet cream cold foam on top, they told me that they were out of oat milk, so i subbed it with nonfat which was no problem. but when i got my order it was barely correct. there was no brown sugar flavoring in it, no white mocha flavoring, and no cold foam on top. they even left room in the cup for the cold foam but didn’t put it on there! i ordered a delicious flavorful coffee but instead was served a cup of espresso and milk that wasn’t even filled to the top

This is the second time int the pass couple of weeks that when purchasing a hot drink. No flavor of the coffee or tea. I feel Starbucks quality has been down graded. I would much rather go to Big apple bagel and get the chia tea and they are not know for their coffee and teas. I would not recommend Starbucks! Overpriced for no quality

Teach your workers to learn how to control themselves around customers. Everyone has bad days but it doesn’t mean you need to take it out on anyone.

Brianna Kimbler: My first time at this location was a good experience. The barista was pleasant, fast, and considerate. He seemed to go out of his way to help out the man in front of my in line as well, I noticed. The man had made some special request, I believe about either transporting his drinks or some sort of extra thing he wanted and the barista was very accommodating. I appreciated that he offered me a straw even though my cup had a lid that didn't require a straw, because I think he noticed my lipstick and was being considerate (whether that was true or not I will still give him credit for it since it helped me out).

Zach Henderson: This location has the music turned so loud overhead it’s as if you’re at in a bar rather than a coffee shop. And the guy sitting there taking on the phone the whole time. I won’t even get started with that. I’d rather go to a bar I left without making purchase. 🙄

Benjamin Dobias: Even though they’re always busy, they’re always patient with my kids. The Sunday afternoon crew is always good to us even when other people aren’t always good to them. Our family appreciates them 😁
Kaylee Strzyzewski: Nothing on the workers, but every time I try to get a coffee something is not working. One day the espresso machine was broken, another day the register was broken, today the ice machine was busted so no cold drinks. Whoever is the manager of this shop, you gotta order some new equipment. Your store is falling apart. I feel bad for the workers. I'll change my review once you're equipment is working properly. ☠️

Amber Dalstra: Cashier man was rude. I tried giving him change and he totally ignored me. He gives me my change .99 back and I said I tried giving you a penny he goes oh you wanted a whole dollar back?! Umm duh! On top of that he overcharged me for my coffee. I questioned him on it but he said he had to extra charge for me for the syrup. Any other Starbucks I have been too it’s always the same price.
