Coffee and local-made baked goods are excellent - be sure to hit up their waffle Saturdays when they have them!Lines can be long, so have patience on a Saturday morning or weekday business break. But it is worth it!Vegetarian options: They have veg and GF food, but not sure about vegan.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor, no steps to go in. There is a bit of a threshold at the door, but floors are smooth and the bathroom is wheelchair accessible. Folks with vision issues may have trouble reading the menu signs but it can also be looked up online. There's no way to get on the bad side of these guys, I have yet to be disrespected despite any situation. Still around after years, still local Elites and, well, us lesser-bank-endowed folk, drinking coffee together in mutual dignity. Bring big money for the opener on coffee, as a non-coffee expert, I can safely say this is among the finest pour-over and brewed coffee in Michigan. But what do I know. Brett Andrew Kirken: This place has a lovely atmosphere and has good hours for studying and socializing, and the prices are fair, but unfortunately it leaves a lot to be desired in terms of coffee.I appreciate the ethical sourcing of the beans, but the espresso is overroasted by contemporary third-wave standards, and the espresso shots are pulled long. Mine was served in a coffee mug, and although it was pulled very long it still tasted over extracted and was basically undrinkable.

Jose Angel Dominguez: Visited this coffee shop on Saturday night while out with my family and this place is great. Cozy little shop, mainly for college students but very welcoming to anyone. The chai tea latte was great, the decor was the magnificent. Today, when everyone is on the run, this place takes you back to a time long lost when you could just sit and enjoy the evening. Definitely going back to try a coffee this time.

Ever flowing Coffee!The coffee was good and had a balance of roasts mostly earthy but have fruitier choices too. They roast inhouse and provide a variety of blends offered through drip brew method, in addition to the variety of espresso based drinks.
PinguAX: Cool building, good coffee. I almost hate to give it 2 stars, but after sitting down and having 3+ gnats swarming me, each one took off a star. I'm not sure if this was a one time thing or what, but I really can't relax and study with bugs swarming my coffee.

The first rep was unhelpful and told me to go to a different rep. The second rep was disinterested, didn't pay attention to me at all and talked to her employee the whole time. The person who greeted me was the only nice one with good customer service skills.
Judy Hadsell: Waited 2hours to cancel my TV and return cable box. Was unlucky one employee called in. I couldn't be mad the two techs that were there. Worked super hard to get people help. Pleasant employees with smiles!!

Anastacia Williams: At 12:40pm on Saturday July 30th, my girlfriend and I stopped in for coffee and immediately one of the baristas complimented my outfit which was so sweet! They asked me what cup size I preferred and if my drink looked ok before finishing up. Then on our way out another barista complimented both my girlfriend and I on our way out! On top of the amazing customer service we received, our drinks were incredible! My new favorite starbucks!
