Global Infusion: what do users think?
Ella Rapelje: Love this place, so glad they're here. Amazing selection of tea, herbs and spices sold in customizable sizes.
Anna Bailey: Amazing tea selection!
Ty Wiseman: Tea but on a whole 'nother level! My wife needed a specific tea and they had many more options besides the one she was hunting for. Organic tea, not covered with "natural flavors" or in toxic tea bags. They have a small tea bar so you can walk out with a cuppa. They also have some nice sundries and handmade gifts.
Tate Kessler: I've been coming here for years. Knowledgeable and friendly staff and WONDERFUL selection of bulk teas and herbs
Margaret Werderits: Great place for gifts, coffee and very helpful service. Never been disappointed.
Margeaux Cotton: So thankful to have found this spot for refilling my spices in bulk! The parking lot is shared with a few other shops, but I had no issue finding a spot. You can bring in your own containers or have them fill paper bags for you. They also have a huge selection of tea and other fair trade gifts and home goods.
Paul Townsend Lamb: Spices galore! Fresh whole, ground and powdered spices from all over the world. And tea! So much tea! Teas for every occasion. For no occasion. For you, for friends and for family. While you are gathering your spices like a squirrel gathering nuts, enjoy a latte or other coffee beverage. Not a friend of the coffee bean? Have a chai latte instead. Not a latte fan? Fine then, have a nice cup of tea. They also carry handmade products from all over the globe to infuse some culture in your life and support small business at the same time.
Paige Kern: My favorite place for teas, spices, and chocolate! The staff is super friendly and helpful. I absolutely love the Dream Blend herbal tea.
Marlene Ward: Great verity of loose leaf tea! Also they make great tea beverages. Love there chi
Jeremy Chris (Captain): Great selection and knowledge staff
Anne Marie Nuter: sweetest workers ever!!
Melody Hoffer: Favorite coffee shop in East Town ♡
A.M. Hutchings: My favorite place in town! Extremely friendly staff, delicious drinks, abundant tea selections, and intriguing home goods. Always feels good to spend my dollars here!
V Coffland: Amazing store! Get your spices in bulk and order a drink to go or dine inside/outside. Beautiful handmade household and sustainable items sold there. They carry Sacred Springs Kombucha (the best kombucha I've ever had) and their Chai is the best we've had in Grand Rapids!
Shane Tovey: This place was very euphoric as I walked in. Staff was super friendly and greeted me right away. It Has a wide variety of herbs and spices. Very cool place!
Joseph Kaniewski: Nice selection and staff was happy to help.
Jada: Thanks, Johanna! You were such a great help and the tea was amazing 😊 we hope to be back soon
Joshua Loomis: Global Infusion is a lovely little shop that embodies Eastown - it's eclectic, well traveled, and diverse. They have a wide variety of goods offered including spices, loose leaf tea, coffee (both beans and ready to order beverages), jewelry, candles, and many other globally centric gifts and goodies. The spices alone are worth the trip - I'm an avid cook and they offer the freshest and widest variety of spices in the area. The staff is always cajoling and helpful, to boot. A true gem in Grand Rapids!
Caroline Karimi: It was a very artsy and fun tea store. It has very healthy options and fair-trade items. The teas came in many varieties. There will be surely something for everyone if thye like tea. In addition to hot teas and lose leaf teas, they sold journals, handbags, notecards, and other accessories.
Cathy Barger: Awesome, homey, global shop, with wonderful fair trade goods. Highly recommend this place!
Glenn Fischer: This store is now on my list of "must visit" places when visiting Grand Rapids. The merchandise is high quality and cute. The tea and spices they sell are so fresh. The staff is friendly and attentive; you feel like you're the best part of their day. The drinks made here are top notch. Treat yourself to a visit here.

Ding Tea Grand Rapids: what do users think?
caroline: been looking for the best boba shop in GR and i haven’t been able ti find anywhere better than ding tea. i love their brown sugar milk tea:)
Alexandra Tiesma: Lovely boba tea shop! I wish they had a few more decaf options, but other than that it's great! I love their fruit juice drinks (no caffeine) the grapefruit and peach with aloe vera are my two favorites!
Hassan Saleh: Good tea and selection, oddly enough you can’t make changes on drinks, not sure if this was just due to personal or policy. Drinks also take a while to get.

Alex Duran-stawiski: I love ding tea. It is tradition for me to go with my sister to ding tea and it is great bonding. The drinks are not the best Boba I have tried, but it is still pretty good. They have comfy couches and the ambiance Is pretty cozy. Sometimes this place can be flooded by white women, but usually the wait is not horrible. The service is great and they give out stickers. I'm looking forward to returning.
Mars Baas: Food: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
kneecole198: I got the mango milk tea with light ice and it was watery, sour, and not sweet at all. Really not good. I’m not sure if that’s how they mean for it to be but I’ve never had boba like that. Maybe their other flavors are better?
Moth Effect Studio: Shout out to my authentic Taiwanese boba tea shop with much more then just Boba tea. You will be missing out if you haven't tried their aloe vera drink series. Everything taste great so far. Would be cool to have an points system or other possibilities for discount.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Henry Roeters: This place is awesome! It's right downtown and they even have a slush tea (basically just a slushie) that I have never tried before. I got it with bursting boba and it was amazing. The atmosphere is awesome.Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Eskira Kahsay: Always consistently great tea. Love their milk teas, especially signature and taro with boba. Can’t go wrong!
Teddy Jones: This place has the best bubble tea out of any chain. I haven't had undercooked boba here. The first time my wife and I had it we went back and got another one later in the day. This place makes me want to open a ding tea where I live so I can have it every day. I wish I lived closer. The only downside is there is no dine in!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More

AbiGayle Lee: Overall the boba was fine nothing great but not terribleFood: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 3/5 …More
Reba Hamilton: Excellent tea! Excellent service! Good price! But so busy!!
Amy T: I asked for an empty cup to split a drink between two little kids (after purchasing 5 drinks with an added tip) and was denied. The owner out right stated “we pay for the cups and can’t just hand them out.” Now their reasoning is perfectly understandable but their lack of courtesy was not. No apology or “I hope you understand”, just straight up “we pay for the cups and can’t just hand them out.” Awful service.
Leandro Binuya: Best boba in Grand Rapids!
Kaela Hubbard: My favorite place in the city to get bubble tea. But the kiwi aloe Vera juice is so good.
Keat K: The Hokkaido black tea is the best!

nickk05281982: Great shop and good coffee
Kerry Zuidema: Amazing Coffee!!! With amazing people and product!!!
Michael Currie: The coffee here was delicious. A bit slower than other coffee shops and more "corporate" style seating compared to the more soft seating and comfortable environments of other coffee shops, but there's low traffic so there's always a place to sit.
David Watson: Some of the best coffee I've had. 1st class.
Eddie White: A great place with great stuff! Their dark chocolate covered almonds are too good to stop eating, the peanut butter is great, as well as the roasted cashews. Worth stopping in if you haven't been yet
Michael Voiles: First time today. Had an excellent latte and the barista was phenomenal! The selection of nuts and snacks was super cool. Great local spot. Definitely check it out!
Madeline Huber: the BEST coffee in GR and Shelby the barista is amazing!! ❤️
Eric Nettles: They supply my work with coffee, and their colombia supremo is by far the most disgusting coffee I've ever had. You know the coffee is terrbile when you turn down free coffee. Even plain classic folders tastes better, and doesn't tear up your gut.
Laura Casaletto: When you hang out in a pretty coffee shop you pay seat rental, more or less. So this spot is a good deal.
Matthew Curry: Now this is a coffee shop ! Had a Cortado and it was perfect…highly experienced staff, very knowledgeable. Very clean and lots of space. Abundant choices to go along with your coffee. Definitely a great place to enjoy a good cup of coffee.
Mike Brandes: First time there today! WOW!...SUPER friendly and knowledgeable people, a huge variety of snacks, supplies and coffee, and some fresh variety of flavors to sample! Definitely going back!!

Ahsav 26: Darling tea house - attended a themed tea party, the Patriotic Tea. It was quite informative, be prepared for a decent amount of content presentation between courses. Food and tea was scrumptious. Tea Room is housed inside the hostess' own home it would seem, which took me a bit by suprise when pulling up (thought I arrived at the wrong location!) Very intimate setting. Be prepared to chat with some friendly old ladies, and a couple slightly younger attendees too
Christine Vanderheide: Food was good , presentation was lovely atmosphere was a warm tea house very welcoming could sit and visit very comfortably Worth the visit
Frances DeVries: Cynthia Wedge puts on a lovely high tea a few times a year. They are fun. The food is scones, little sandwiches and other tasty tea party foods. The tea itself is delightful to drink.
Laura Burton: I absolutely loved going to The Little Women themed tea party. Great tea, great food, wonderful host and place. I hope to go again sometime soon.
chris perini: What a terrific time at the Little Women Tea this afternoon! The food was delicious with a different type of tea for each course! I enjoyed learning new things about Louisa May Alcott from our wonderful hostess and talking about Little Women with everyone.
Leslie Carr: Delightful experience!
Pam Gifford: My best friends too me too my first tea party and I loved it.
Joseph Miller: Nice quaint tea room, with awesome food, tea and service! I'm very pleased and will go back again in the future!

Moondrop Herbals Cottage of Natural Elements: what do users think?
Chuck Premer: Cool little store with great teas and herbals
Marquis Winfrey: Beautiful vibes. Love tye music and she may have solved a couple of problems in my life.
A. L.: Knowledgeable and very friendly staff. Full of everything I was looking for. Very happy. Will return!
Heather Boogaard: Lady was extremely rude
Alyson Moran: I love this store and the owner is great! I see a lot of bad reviews in the comments, but they all had to do with mask issues. She kindly asks that you wear a mask, and since it is a small space I completely understand and respect her rule. They truly do an amazing job there and there are so many great items there! Definitely check this place out.
Samii J: My favorite place for anything herbal, although I usually end up buying more than just herbs when I visit. It is a small shop, but the selection is well curated and extensive.
Casey Jones: There are some nice stones here but the lady has a terrible attitude. The second I walked through the door she was rude. I tried to shake her hand and she just looked at me. Very disrespectfully demanded i pull my useless mask over my nose. Honestly I would rather travel a little more than to support this business anymore.
James W: 👎
Beth Seeger: Beautiful shop! Very helpful staff. They had everything I was looking for in 1 shop.
Priscilla Kimboko: Wide array of herbs, teas, oils and crystals as well as books, pots, and more
Maeve MacFarlane: We entered and were welcomed. Then I was told I had to go tie my SERVICE DOG that they referred to as a pet outside. One she was well identified as a service dog. Two it's 90°f outside. No thank you I'll shop another store. $200+ sale lost.
S. B.: I adore this shop. The owner is always kind and helpful. I'm grateful to have a shop on the westside that I can find quality herbs and tinctures.
Sammy Mae: My favorite local spot to gather crystals, tarot, and educational books. It's a small shop but it offers a ton! I've always been treated well while in the store. I also find new things every time I go!
Breanna Cathcart: This place is truly beautiful, it is small but there are so many things to look at. I’m from Detroit and came here with my grandma and son. Neither one of us have been here and the owner was extremely rude. I felt that she was watching my every move, she told my grandma very rudely to put on a mask even though the new law states that if you are fully vaccinated you do not have to wear one. There are only 2 people allowed in the store at a time but when a customer she knew wanted to come in she let her in. I personally did not want to buy a thing from her company for I do not like supporting businesses like this. But as stated above she does have amazing products but the customer services will make you want to walk right out. I have never been there and for her to keep customer I feel that she should be nice to the new ones too, not just the regulars.
Arya Ellesar: First and last time visiting. Last time we even tried to visit we waited for 40 min and only 4 people went ahead of us. We left before they had even come back out as at that point they had been in there for 20 min with no signs of coming out. We had a 1 year old with us and I had called ahead but we ended up leaving due to the length of wait. I thought that it was a bigger shop with lots of stuff which accounted for the wait. Went back today and found NOPE not the case. The whole store is about the size of my apartment living room. The older lady working today wasn't very nice, yeah she welcomed us. Then disappeared into the back room after we said we were browsing. When I actually went to ask a question I had to raise my voice to low yelling volume to get help. Then when getting herbs I was basically told that in order to get big orders I needed to order ahead. I only got 3 oz of product and that's considered bordering on a big order? One of the questions I asked I was given the answer to check out Spirit Dreams in East town. Considering the level of inconvenience we apparently caused and us and our child not being welcome. I think it now safe to say that Spirit Dreams which has been my local go to spiritual shop will continue to be so. Better selection and prices. I will NEVER be coming back as it wasn't worth the time and wasn't a very pleasant experience at all.
Soulgarden Studios: I'm sooooo happy I found this place.
Spiritous: This was such a cute little shop packed with lots of amazing and unusual stuff. A lot of the items they carry are made by local artisans which I found to be refreshing. I wasn’t able to look at the tea selection bc it was roped off but it looks like an extensive collection.
Katie Klemish: Owners was fantastic! Merchandise was beautifully displayed. Can't wait to go here again!
Kendra Mosqueda: Adorable spirit and herb shop, hand made quality goods, stones and beautiful oils.
Dylan: Absolutely lovely place. I went there with my mom, and the owner was super sweet and chatted with her while I browsed for my items. The prices were very reasonable for the quality. It is a smaller shop, but still very much comforting and very welcoming with a good variety of items. I am definitely adding this to my favourites and stopping in next time I'm in the area.
Greta Gustafson: Moondrop is such the find! Service was incredible and I’m so happy with the diversity in products. I will be visiting Moondrop soon and I’m 100% sure I will fall in love with this shop all over again.

caroline: got the brown sugar milk tea with tapioca. it’s good just wish it tasted more like tea instead of just sweetened milk:(
Kassandra Weber: I found this gem last summer, and fell in love! The staff is SO kind. The atmosphere is very cute. The owner made the paper flower wall herself! The Boba and food is delicious. Coworkers, friends, family… I try to bring them all here!

I have so many FAVs lavender milk tea & the lychee tea is a delicious taro milk tea to die for but what’s really incredible is the food my to die for are the eggrolls and the chili sauce, the bomb worth it worth it worth it ✨✨Recommended dishes Pineapple Slushy, Lychee Mochee, Egg Roll Cha Gio, Wintermelon Tea, Lavender Milk Tea …More

Fatima Galvez: We got the ..-Coconut Milk Tea w/ Peach Boba-Strawberry Milk Tea w/ Strawberry Boba-Matcha Milk Tea w/ Brown BobaAnd they were all very delicious. My favorite was the Coconut Milk Tea, it was so refreshing I couldn’t get enough. Im definitely coming back to try the sandwiches, it smelt so delicious and authentic in here. Staff was super friendly and the establishment is very cute and welcoming. 10/10.
Todd Schavey: Classic boba flavors including our favorites of brown sugar, Thai, and Taro. The tapioca boba is very good. You can also request to adjust the sweetness level (30%, 50%, 75%, 100%) 🎉The atmosphere is clean and cozy with lots of tables or a couch to chill
Sarah Rooks: Such a great place! They’re always super friendly and helpful! Their boba is delicious!
Yus Official: Best boba in Grand Rapids hands down 10/10 must recommend
Eliezer Yeong: I need to give a one star review unfortunately. Our drinks were watery and the consistency of the actual tapioca was not bouncy, it was overcooked. The actual amount of boba was also very limited. I'm sorry, I would not recommend.
Amelia Cross: ordered from uber eats not what i ordered. and spent 30$ on two boba you would think they would try and contact you and let u know so you can pick something else if they don’t have it. very disappointed
Anna Kelley: Delicious, and best variety of tea flavors. Very kind people.
S B: Love the drinks! Quick service, fun chalkboard wall, games to play, and relaxing music all make a great place to hang out. I played a couple rounds of UNO with my daughters while sipping on boba tea and felt very relaxed here.Kid-friendliness: Chalkboard wall to post your drawings and comments or play tic-tac-toe. Couch, games, small wooden blocks to build with, yummy food.
Amy Nguyen: The grilled chicken and yellow rice was so good. The shop is very clean with a cute atmosphere. I really like how creamy the milk teas are. I can't wait to try more off their menu!
Clarinda T.: Lavender milk tea and grilled pork bahn mi sandwich was so good!
Alec Munro: This place is super cute. But both times I’ve been here I’m underwhelmed with the amount I’m given. My glass isn’t filled and their boba doesn’t even fill the bottom of the cup. It’s sad bc their flavors are so good! I wish I was actually getting a good amount of boba.
Morgan Madden: I ordered the brown sugar milk tea with brown sugar tapioca and it was DELICIOUS!!! I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone wanting a good boba drink. Also, the fact that you can order ahead of time is amazing and such a lifesaver! The owners are super sweet and supporting a locally owned business is always nice. Give this place a try!
Aaron X: Had the brown sugar milk tea while my kids had the mango and honeydew. I tried them all and were impressed. The drinks were flavourful with just the right amount of sugar. Let's not forget their authentic Vietnamese food.
