Quincy Querfurth: Came in and Joey helped me out, he is extremely knowledgeable and personable. He went above and beyond to take care of my situation!
Ryan Gallagher (Rhino): Arguably one of the worst customer services experiences I’ve had. Went to turn my phone in after having a new one shipped to me. Was completely told off by the guy working here and said there was nothing he could do which was false. All the while I was the only person in the store and pretty clear he couldn’t be bothered to help. If you need T mobile help in Grand Rapids go to the corporate store on 28th st. As this store is a franchise and rather useless.
Alexander Woods: I've had one of the few, fun experiences being in a phone store due to an informative and kind personal, Mary. She told me about the watch deal, less than $20 a month for a new SMART watch for 24mos. I almost got it too! The only problem was that the other is not for Metro customers, not Mary's fault as it's probably the big heads of the company don't like to be nicer to us poor metro customers. Regardless, Mary went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. When went into the back to find the watch that would fit perfectly with my wardrobe. Great employee to talk to, we laughed and joked. T-Mobile has better customer interactions by far, speaking to you Verizon.

He seen me waiting I went next door to get something by time he was finally ready to let people in I was back and waiting g for 5 min he let someone else in before didn’t even ask if I had an app or anything and locked the door back. So what was the point in making an appointment

Brad Adamczak: Great customer service, excellent experience. If you are using a Sprint device and haven't switched to a new TMobile sim card, I highly recommend doing so. My service and data speed improved drastically. Call service as well so far.

John Koppenol: Walked in hoping to upgrade to the new Galaxy Note20 ultra and thinking all I need to pay was like maybe $24 or $34 in trade in fee like how I used to do with sprint before they was bought out. Nope T-mobile wants me to pay $500+ down payment fee for the phone even though I'm eligible for early upgrade. For get that I'm thinking about changing carriers. T-mobile your a joke.

Taylor Nowicki: Frosted tip fairy wanna be pretty boy, said for my i phone 12 plus i couldn’t get a screen protector just liquid glass failed after 3 weeks and the phone barely works anymore. Doesn’t register where your finger taps. Lack of knowledge and talk out their a**. Plus when switched to a new phone canceled my other phone line not the one i wanted to switch. Inadequate to do “its” job

Alex T: First they put me on hold for for 15 minutes before I had to hang up and then call the back when I got a little time. I was able to squeeze in a quick question before they tried putting me on to hold again. Apparently she was just trying to get me off the phone because when I get to the location what she said was actually completely wrong and they are not a corporate location so they can't help me out. Zoomed out of work and over there making it just in time to be told I have to drive another 15 minutes away and hopefully they can help me out. On the way to the next location I actually activated a new line under Google fi over the internet. I'm excited for their free international and I'm probably going to cancel my Verizon eventually here since they are nothing but a headache.

Jeffrey Cook: Any time that I go to this Verizon Store, I am very pleased. They have always helped me, and my roommate, with questions and with service. Today when I visited the store, Daniel was very kind and considerate. He helped me with my phone that was giving me problems. He got it working. I am very satisfied with the customer service at Wireless Zone. I would pick them over any corporate store, which are usually rude and deceitful. Wireless Zone will always have my business.
