Diana Sieger: I posted this on Facebook this afternoon: Humbled, humiliated, and you get the drift - describes my afternoon. I give myself a grade of a "C" in technology, and today a salesperson at one of the stores of my phone carrier lost a huge sale. Before I get comments about other carriers, or why aren't you just going to the Apple store, JUST stifle. For many weeks, I've dreaded getting a new iPhone and iPad. I have come to the startling realization that I am not the best person to "change things around" for myself. Makes you kind of wonder how the heck I'm going to do when I retire later this year! Anyway, I was profiled, sized up, and summarily sniffed at because of my age, I'm sure, and by the way, I am still kind of cute if I do say so myself! 😉 After the "expert" sat down to evaluate my "case," and I had decided on quite an upgrade, he said well, you have to have all the passwords for your apps. Holy smokes! I said I guess I have some work to do. Understand. I bought my phone in 2019, and I don't recall the password being an issue. So I left, and he let me leave! I have since discovered that there are ways to also transfer passwords to a new device. Let me know for all of you who understand all of this. Please let this be a no-judgment zone - I'm not up to it today. Peace all.
Armando Nunez: Do not go to this location if you are seeking assistance from At&t. Had the worse service provided by an employee who didn’t even have the decency of wearing a name tag or exchanging names with me and my wife. Turned us around twice in one day stating that customer care was the only the department that could assist us. We were only trying to activate a iphone that we purchased from Apple. The second trip- the same gentleman (shouldn’t even call him a gentleman) accused us of Fraud. Is it because I am Hispanic and he is white? Is it because he is only interested in making sales? This guy made me call customer care and stay on the phone for three hours for something so simple. I hope Karma gets back at you soon. I am more than sure I am not the only loyal customer who is experiencing this type of treatment in this store.

AA RR: Went to fix my daughter’s old phone but they advised I get a new one for a one time payment of $44. Never said any thing about monthly installments. He also gave me this AARP membership offer and charged $12 which I never understood. Only realized after leaving the store that the phone is on $20 monthly installments. The guy Hassan is a total con. Please beware.

Diana: Always a pleasant and knowledgeable experience when I come in for information, bill payments, new lines, upgrades, and sometimes just to get accessories. Jeremy is very attentive and most knowledgeable he explains the products,promotions, and expectations in a seamless easy to understand way. The store always looks fresh, professional, and put together. All the interactions that I have had in this store no matter what employee it was was a pleasant, friendly experience. That’s the sign of good management and appreciative employees. Refreshing in this day and age. I would highly recommend if your looking for competent, knowledgeable, friendly people to help you with your service needs this is the store to stop by. If they don’t have the answer they get the answer. If they cannot fix the issue themselves they make sure they find someone to fix your issue and resolve your concerns before walking out. If your unhappy with the AT&T stores you currently go to (I know I was)come to this one I promise you will not be disappointed. Thank you guys for being great employees of AT&T sometimes a rare find glad I found you happy to spread the word for you!

Miyu: Was in store at the same time as the previous review by Nora and was helped by Nathan right after. Having seen that entire interaction, that's not at all how it occurred but regardless, Nathan was incredibly helpful and sincere! I don't want to see him getting in any kind of trouble over someone leaving a false review on him!
Nora: I had a truly horrible experience at this store today with a sales rep named Nathan. He was condescending and rude. I needed help returning a trade-in and he made it incredibly difficult for absolutely no reason. He completed my request successfully but was so nasty to me in the process. I ended my visit in tears, with him yelling "have a nice day!" at my back. Extremely poor customer service.

Nathan Hall: I have no clue what this other guy was talking about in his review about rude conduct, but this store is short staffed and despite that the workers were awesome! Super helpful and understanding of what the issue was and how to fix it. It shouldn’t a surprise or issue walking into a busy store that’s understaffed and expecting to wait. Every experience I’ve had at this store has been a positive one and the workers are nothing but polite and knowledgeable.
Thomas Griffith: Not greeted or even recognized when entering the store. Waited approx 20 min and altho the staff was busy with other customers still wasn't spoken to. The staff could have said "we will be with you shortly." But still didn't recognize our presence. This store lost a customer and a big sale today because of rude conduct.
Kyle Clark: This review is specifically for Jeremy and he gets a 1 star. I’ve been in this store multiple times and the biggest waste of time is anytime you need to deal with Jeremy. Kyle is fantastic.Jeremy can only help one person at a time and you can expect to wait 30-45 minutes when your issue could easily be fixed. Jeremy will ignore customers comments about helping others while they wait and he will only focus on a single task at a time. He will also repeatedly push added lines and new phones when you reportedly tell him no. I’m not sure if they work on commission at this store but I was super annoyed with it and could see other customers get annoyed when he pushed it on them.If you go to this store, be prepared to wait much longer than you need to and avoid working with Jeremy unless you like the upwelling.

I want to begin that I walked out of an ATT store in Emeryville, CA in 2010 due to rude, unprofessional service at an ATT Store during an attempted purchase of an iPhone.On September 18, 2022, I came back to ATT to purchase an upgrade for my Mother because of ANDREW of a phone call I had made to the store a few days before. I had wanted to talk with a Store's representative since I was traveling across the country, back to Michigan to make this purchase. On the phone, in a very short time Andrew was professional, knowledgeable of the various plans. He quickly assessed my needs, and we arranged to meet a few days in Michigan. I think he is the best at technical knowledge, understanding various ATT plans to determine best for you, and a Sales Oracle. During our in-store meeting he not only managed to address our needs (phone, peripherals, service contract), but continued to keep the store operating (answering phones, and unlocking the door for customers who were coming in). He was polite to all. We left assured our needs were met, and when we arrived home, continued to assist my MOther with her new phone. We are thankful for the service, and my Mother will return to Andrew due to her comfort level with this technical skills. Thanks you!

Amber Dreyer: DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! I wish I could give a negative 5 stars. To keep this short, we went in to this store to purchase a new plan. They ported over both my husband's and I's phone numbers incorrectly which caused massive issues. Then we were told that the Samsung S21 Plus was included in a promo but it ended up not being so I now have to pay full price for a phone which I only chose because I was told it was included in the promo. Then when getting the release code from Verizon, it wasn't entered correctly so we were not able to have our phones activated when we got them and had to get a new code. We were told we would receive courtesy credits for all the hassle we went through but after a number of calls to the store in which they told us the credits were approved and would be on our bill we have yet to receive any credits. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had setting up a new service of any kind.

Destemona Black: I'm sure everyone already knows this, but not worth the money. Full bars of internet cant do what one bar of data can. It can barely stream a show on the worst quality and they throttle like terrible. It only works for a few hours of the day and I've called many times. It will work for a few days and then go back to unusable. Also set aside a least a half hour to be on hold just for them to try to sell you more things and not fix your problem. Its a scam.

Jeff Rietman: Spent 4 hours in here trying to purchase new phones for my wife and I. I don’t think the 2 employees that were trying to help us were the issue. Apparently it is management at this location. Both employees said they were new and only received 4 days of training and were left there to fend for themselves because management wanted a couple days off. They couldn’t answer any of our questions. We finally got the two new phones activated but then they couldn’t figure out the buy back program where we were supposed to get $800 credit for our old phones. We were very patient and they were very apologetic. They finally asked us to come back Monday when management would be there to figure out the buy-back program. I returned to the store today (Monday), the manager was not there. Apparently he went to another location and left the employee there by himself again. He attempted the buy-back program again but was still unable to figure it out. I asked if it was just this location or company wide and he said probably just this location, they have a lot of issues. I will be using the corporate store from now on and recommend you do to. Tomorrow we have to go to the corporate store to hopefully finally turn in our old devices.

Heather Hendricks: The store wasn't the issue it's the customer service @ 611. I called for help with a issue I had....I usually pay my monthly bill with myvisa and due to theft that occurred my Visa was shut down so I was trying to explain that to customer service representative @ the 611 # and I was told (SORRY I CAN'T HELP YOU WITH THAT) I couldn't believe it so AT&T shut my phone off so I went to the nearest AT&T store and explained everything to Austin the manager and he helped me. I just want to make it very clear... The customer service 611DID NOT HELP ME AT ALL. It was very disrespectful and rude and I went a couple of days without a phone. I'm sure there's a lot of people that can understand what it's like not having your phone. especially now days! 🤨🤔

Debbie Haas Kuhn: I switched my services over to AT&T because they were offering a great 12 month rate on internet and TV. I've been fighting with them for the last few months trying to get the rate they were advertising. The store keeps telling me they'll fix it, but never return my calls or call me back after my visits. I just stopped by again and the store is "temporarily closed". Needless to say I'm not happy. I will be shopping for a new internet, tv and cell provider ASAP!
