Sascha Rommel dela Rosa: My phone whacked out on me all of a sudden and lost ALL SERVICE after a software update. I was on chat with tech support for a FEW DAYS and they were not able to determine that my phone was defective. I brought my phone to this store and they were able to get a replacement phone ordered for me right away. They did all this while juggling multiple customers in the middle of a complete renovation for the store. Thank you , Sidney and Jacob for getting me the help I needed. I appreciate your time, knowledge, and expertise.

She told us the reason our trade in wasn't worth as much as quoted online was because the promotion ended. We later found out you pay less if you upgrade online from the store manager. She messed up the transaction and I wasn't able to mail in my trade in so we were going to have to drive an hour home to set up my phone and then drive an hour back to give the phone to them in person. We were told we didn't need wifi to set it up with the cable so we tried to do it from our car. When we tried to set up the phone it didn't work and when we came in a third time Bella was extremely rude to my fiance right from the get go. She shushed him, put her hand up to his face and claimed she already apologized to me even though he wasn't even going to bring that up.This was absolutely unexcusable behavior. The manager helped my fiance set up my new phone and charged us 30 bucks for it even after eveything and the way we were treated. We will never go back.
Ally Beshouri: Visited 1/31/23. Had to buy a new phone because my old one had water damage and was no longer working. Chad helped me initially and was very informative, helpful, and patient. He helped walk me through adding managers to my account and looked into things while I had to wait for those changes. Brayden (I believe that was his name?) helped me with the end of the transaction and went above and beyond looking into pricing options, trying to see if there were any promo or trade in options for me, and helped walk me through different phone and payment options. Super helpful.

One staff will take the name and put it in queue and nothing more can expect from the same staff. He will be looking for other customer if someone walk-in. Not sure if he is trained for only taking name or something else. Last since day 1 of moving from T-Mobile, not receiving text messages or not getting even 2g speed in which they call 5g/LTE. Pathetic service.only answer to my issue is ..you have to change your plan to higher one.

dwight oswalt: Went to this Version location to get information on home internet. Waited about 20 minutes before a worker informed me I was supposed to check in. This same worker then checked me in and then stood around watching people for another 15 minutes before I got tired of waiting and left the store. They don’t have to worry about explaining the home internet to me anymore because I am done with Verizon and am switching my cell service today
KT: A friend and myself had an occasion to visit this location after both visiting three other Verizon locations. Braden was extremely customer-oriented as he got on eye level with my friend who was the actual customer sitting on the seat of her walker. Sean the manager gave excellent customer care service and resolved the problem my friend went into the store to have addressed. If needing customer service again, we would by far drive across town to this Verizon store as it stood out from all the others. Knapp's Corner Verizon won us over!

Justin Schieber: I recently stopped in with my wife to look into how much we would save if I were to change form AT&T to Verizon and merge our accounts and Kevin was extremely helpful with this. No annoying sales pitches - he was just extremely helpful in laying out all our options and asking about our typical usage. We walked out of there changing our phones and our home internet to Verizon and saving us a good chunk of change. We both commented on how pleasant and non-pushy the experience was.Then a few days later, after my number had been ported, I was having a bizarre technical issue where I could make calls and send and receive texts but was somehow unable to receive calls - they all went directly to voicemail. I checked all the user-side reasons this might be but had no success. I went into the same Verizon location and was happy that Kevin was there and able to help. They went through a number of tests to diagnose the issue - ultimately he called the Verizon technical side who after some. testing of their own were able to fix the issue.This took an hour and a half (apparently it was an extremely rare technical glitch) but Kevin was relentless in his efforts to get the issue solved and I'm extremely grateful.

Ally Beshouri: Visited 1/31/23. Bought my phone at the other Verizon on the Beltline (went there first because it's closer to my house). Came here to pick it up because they only had it in stock here. Everyone was friendly and really helpful. Talked with Reyna specifically and they were super nice and let me know options for setting up my phone. I was able to set things up on my own and hang out at the store while I did so. They offered to help if I had any issues. Employees kept checking in to make sure I was doing alright / didn't need help.
Mary Phippen: I have tried to call this store 2605 E Beltline several times and only get the overseas corporate call center. The call center has tried to call them and they do not answer. I am trying to arrange for my college son to upgrade his phone that is on our account. I ordered it Thursday thinking that it would take a couple of days like it usually does. However, I received a text message the following day (Friday) that it is ready for pickup and must be picked up within 4 days or the order will be cancelled. My son will not be there until Tuesday. I do not want the ordered cancelled. I have tried having the corporate call center contact them and have been told that they do not even pick up for them! If you read these reviews, please answer with how I can contact the store to ensure that you will hold the phone for a Tuesday pick up. At least use the last name to look up the order and respond that you will hold the phone until my son's Tuesday appointment that I made with customer service for your store.This has been the worst experience ever with Verizon and we have been customers for over 20 years!UPDATE: I answered the reply and filled out the form to escalate. After the call center assured me that the order would not be canceled until Tuesday midnight. It was canceled Sunday night. They are not even open for pick up on Sunday.

Even added some things on to my plan that would normally be super expensive and I got some promos. He workedddd for me and it felt like he cared. That dude needs a promotion! Katie Weidner: Not sure the reps name since he didn’t share that information but there is definitely a guy at the Gaines TWp location that hates his job or just shouldn’t be involved on the customer side of things. Instead of answering questions between some phones so I can decide what is best he told me to read the specs on the phone. I said I can do that online I wanted to know what the main differences were and he said to just buy the newest one and keep upgrading. Then he walked away. We have always preferred that location because they are typically helpful and low pressure but this was horrible.
Jeremy Palinkas: Brendon did an exceptional job! He ended up showing me the benefits of switching to Verizon. My dad loses his phones a lot so he came up with a decent solution for me and put together a two line unlimited plan for myself and him and it didn't break the bank! Plus, now I get Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ bundle for free with their 5G Unlimited Play More plan. He will hook you up 👍

Chris T: The child working the counter yesterday around 6pm should maybe consider a career change to get out of customer service. I went in to do one of two things; either transfer an existing business number to a new personal account and get a new phone, or open a new account and get a new phone. After asking a couple questions I was informed they couldn't transfer the line at the store and I needed to call a customer service number. A little weird, but ok I told him. Immediately he snapped back "It's not weird". I asked why they couldn't do a line transfer there, which apparently comes down to it having to be done on a recorded line. Not really an issue since I was prepared to open a new account anyway, so again I say "I still think that practice is a little weird, but ok". This kid turns to the bigger guy behind him, rolls his eyes and sighs. I ask him if I said something wrong and he looks back at me and just says "Continue". My next questions were going to be about opening a new customer account, but I just said "No" and left.At no point was I rude, just inquisitive, and your employee is the sole reason I left the store yesterday without buying a phone and feeling like a burden. If that's how Verizon employees are trained it's no wonder I was the only customer in the store.

Went to the Best Buy on the East Beltline and 28th they were more busy than Verizon but they squeezed me in within 5 minutes with 2 upgrades was out within the same time I spent at Verizon.

Zoomed out of work and over there making it just in time to be told I have to drive another 15 minutes away and hopefully they can help me out. On the way to the next location I actually activated a new line under Google fi over the internet. I'm excited for their free international and I'm probably going to cancel my Verizon eventually here since they are nothing but a headache.

Shelby stacked some sweet Verizon deals for me so that I got a new phone and iPad for almost free (just taxes and activation fees), and upgraded from a 10gig to unlimited date for just $7/mo more. It was a combination of 4 different deals working together that I would not have discovered myself and wouldn't have worked as well independently. Also didn't push me to buy any accessories - the only deals he brought up saved me lots of money! I left the store with a phone to activate at a later time only to find out when I got to my car that my current phone was deactivated and I had to immediately activate the new one, or go without a phone. I was also told 3 different versions of what promotions I was eligible for and left with zero peace of mind that I’d ever actually get what was promised. Really frustrating experience after waiting 45 minutes for help. While I was waiting, they were chatting about an entirely non work related topic instead of helping

Brian Finn: I went in there yesterday with a question about my bill. I had a terrible experience with the person I dealt with, a guy named Peter. At one point he said I needed to talk to "customer service" - that's why I came in, and aren't you customer service I asked? No, I'm a salesman, I sell stuff all day every day was the curt reply. At another point he said he didn't care to help me and didn't care if I got help or not. I would describe him as discourteous and rude, not to mention unprofessional. He goes the doors lock and systems automatically shut down once it hits 8p so they wouldn’t be able to help us tonight. As three of them were just sitting there with nobody else in the store. Anthony Netti: I was having probably the most difficult week I’ve had in a long time. I’m at Verizon after being checked in waiting till its my turn. While I’m waiting i just get emotional. I don’t know if it’s the fact I didn’t have my phone to distract me from my feelings or because of the gentle music they were playing but I couldn’t help myself to put my head down and tear up a bit. During this time an employee who was helping someone else near me, called out my name and asked me how I was doing. He told me to hang in there and stay strong. Even though it was a small interaction it went a long way and it really helped me. A moment where I felt alone, a random Verizon employee sought me out. If you are reading this, thank you. Owner, if you are reading this, I don’t know his name but he was working December 4th at closing, he was a bigger white male and helping an old couple with a flip phone around 4:20 at the bench.
Scott Ingersoll: I stood in line and walked around for about 10 minutes. Everybody's working with guests, but nobody acknowledged me or asked if I need to be put on a list. I feel it's not polite to interrupt but it was clear I needed help. All I wanted to do is activate a new line of service.
Inquisitor Federov: Sean, Kevin, and Pat (forgive my spelling errors) are some of the best reps in the business. They spent HOURS in the store with me trying to rectify a messy situation. Long story short, they were able to save our numbers, do not look elsewhere for wireless service. Verizon is hands down the best out there, and this store specifically is highly recommended. Thank you again guys.

anthony sullivan: The employees refused to call in and have my pending account change removed so my sons new phone will activate. They stated they can't make outgoing calls due to covid restrictions and "limiting customers time in the store". maybe if they required masks they could take the time needed to help each customer sufficiently. the guy that 'helped' us first was less than pleasant and argumentive, only offer a bandaid of a fix stating "oh its OK, he doesn't need a 5G SIM card as 5G isn't available anywhere around here" then telling me I had to call customer care to get my issue resolved knowing they had already closed. what a joke? and not a funny one. He knew instantly that I was not there for a sale and rushed me out, this is what happens when you get paid on commission.
Sara Bartles: Why have a physical store if you don’t want people coming in? Second time we’ve gone to try to figure out multiple upgrades with multiple options and a few other aspects of our plan. We walked in, they said it would be 45 minutes and to go online. We said we were happy to wait and wanted to speak with someone in store. They referred us to go online/call two more times before handing us a sheet of paper with numbers on it because “they don’t keep stock in the store” Walked across the parking lot and got new phones within 15 minutes.
